I was going in to pick up my girlfriends necklace that was sent out to get repaired. It said they closed at 6pm online but they locked their doors at 5:45pm. I was at the door and they just looked at me and turned the lights off. Very disappointed…

I came in here to explore earrings and being inexperienced in jewelry knowledge and pricing, what they had was out of my price range. It WASNT expensive, I’m sure, but just not for me cause I’m not a jewelry guy. These five stars go to the fact that the staff was not one of those, “if you’re not buying anything, get lost” type of people. I was exploring, they were friendly despite my lack of jewelry knowledge, small conversation and moved on.
