I had Pella replace my old metal windows in my condo and now they are so beautiful. Quick and efficient. Well priced and good quality. The team showed up on time and did a great job and finished in the time that was quoted.

We replaced our (4) kitchen windows this Spring. Our sales rep Rob Marchand wasn’t pushy and took the time to answer questions, walk us through the process from planning and pricing to ordering, and our install team Mr. Perry (Senior and Junior) were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Pella will oversell and promise anything to get you to sign a contract. Then after you sign, the delays and costs change. So frustrating. Over a $53,000 project and the install date has been delayed over 4 weeks and the Salesman says its out of his control. Never again!

While we liked the features of the product, we decided not to purchase from Pella because of inflexible terms and conditions. They refused to quote a delivery time frame until we placed and order. Their terms made us responsible for the dimensions of the windows, even though their own people measured for them. My experience is that if a company is not cooperative in the sales phase, walk away. You will see the company responded below,; I provided them my contact information as they requested but they never responded or did anything about the isssue

Dave the sales guy was so pushy and demanding, completely unprofessional and he personally was the main reason we went with another company who provided excellent professional service and a great installation.DO NOT ENGAGE with the sales guy Dave... absolute nightmare to work with

I highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors of Seekonk. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. From our first meeting with Bob Schow, it was obvious that he knows the products and he stands behind the products. There was never any pressure to buy anything. Bob was responsive to our questions and he came back a second time to answer more questions. He made us feel comfortable with our decision to have 23 windows and a storm door replaced. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and expertise of this Pella crew. Steve, Brett, Don, and Mike are hard workers who are considerate, professional, and reliable. Renovations on a 110 year old home can be tricky, but their expertise made the process seem like a walk in the park. They cleaned up the space as they went along and when the project was done, they barely left a trace that anyone had been here. Aside from the windows looking amazing, the best part is the noticeable difference in temperature (the drafts are diminished) and sounds (they buffer sound from outside greatly).Pella is reputable for a reason!

Pella replaced all the windows and a sliding door for our newly purchased house. The window and doors were designed to our liking and the quality of product fit our budget just right. The installation team (Kyle and Stan) were prompt to work every day and asked which rooms we preferred to have them start on. That was very helpful since we have 2 young children and had to work around nap times. They also kept the work area very clean after removal and install. Would definitely recommend for anyone that want beautiful windows in there home.

I had a very large custom bow window replaced. I wanted to save the marble seat under the window but every other company I contacted told me I had to remove it. Robert met with me and said it would not be necessary to remove the seat. He designed the new window in such a way that it did not have to be completely removed just certain parts. The installation team was quiet, quick and efficient and left the window looking beautiful. Painted more than I expected with one color inside and another outside and the window looked beautiful. I couldnt have been more pleased.

With the winter approaching, we knew we needed to do something about the large casement windows on the front of our house. They were in tough shape, and basically held together with 3M weather tape. Enter Pella Windows. Vinny came to the house, took all the measurements, and within an hour of talking about our options, we had a quote and a time frame for installation. And that was it. Boom. Done. The install team was courteous and professional, and knocked the project out of the park. The new windows are beautiful, and much better at keeping the air outside... outside. Great financing options were just the icing on the cake.We called a competitor for a reality check quote, and while they were also impressive, Pella offered a great window for less money with better financing. Id recommend anyone planning a window or door project to give them a call.

Pella did an excellent job installing our bay window. It was a custom job, complicated, and required ingenuity an creativity from the carpenter, who did not disappoint. He and his team did an excellent job, were friendly and professional, and left the work area tidy. Since this window ultimately took several weeks to finish (weather), this was important. There was also never a day when the space was left open to the elements or boarded up. This window cost more than we hoped, but it is beautiful, and was installed with great effort and expertise, so well worth it.

Pella exceeding my expectations. Their sales walked me through every step of the project and made sure I knew what was going to happen and all the options I had. Their installation team above and beyond - they even fixed part of our flooring while they were there! I will definitely be using them for all relevant future needs.

The 24 windows and two doors we purchased look great! Bob S. has done an excellent job of looking after us throughout the whole process and the install team of Chris D . and his guys were neat, clean, did a first class installation and finished ahead of schedule! The installation was a amazing. Stan and Kyle worked tirelessly in 90 degree heat without a complaint. Set up and clean up (inside and outside in my driveway) was amazingly done by Pella installation team. It was a little more expensive than other companies but you would never know they were here if I wasnt looking out the most beautiful triple pane crank out window over my sink. You get what you pay for......great job.

Robert came out and consulted for our windows that we were looking to install. He worked with us to figure out what we needed and what the process for replacing our windows would look like. He was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the windows that worked best for us. The installers were friendly and kept their work areas clean. They worked efficiently with installing our windows. Work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend calling Pella for windows and doors. I know I will be calling for future projects.

We have built over 150 homes over the past 10 years and have used Pella on all of them. Once we switched over to Pella doors and windows we never went back. Our Sales Rep Bob Milligan is the best rep that we deal with. He brings vision and ideas to all projects and always keeps us at our target budgets. His attention to detail is unmatched and and no matter the curve ball we may send his way he always keeps a smile on. Pellas customer service and warranty are the best in the industry. I recommend Pella for all builds/renovations and I absolutely recommend using Bob Milligan.

The Pella crew was on time, worked throughout the very cold day non-stop, encountered some unexpected install challanges and overcame them. The outcome are great looking and energy efficient windows. I would highly recommend the crew i had.

From sales to install - Pella is pro. They replaced old windows in Newport. The new install still has the shape of the old ...perfect fit. Not only do the windows look beautiful, but they seal tight leaving zero draft and ...surprisingly Quiet. Thx Pella. Will be a repeat customer.

While every Pella representative we dealt with was pleasant and responsive, the company did not follow through on correcting the issue we had with the scratched screen door that was installed. They said they would replace it without examining the scratch and agreed that for the comparatively high cost of the product compared to other patio doors there should be no issues. The second door had the same scratch. The installer told the family member that was here during the installation that all the doors were “coming in like that” and left. This is the first follow up we’ve had. There was no offer of any type. I wouldn’t recommend the product

UPDATE: I am updating this review from 1 to 4 stars because of the sincere effort Pella has made to apologize for the experience I had. It is clear that this company values customer service and it seems like my bad experience was a departure from the norm.(Terrible service. I have been shopping for patio doors and windows for a few days now and decided to visit this store. When I walked in I waited for the attention of the associate who was working close to the entranc . When she finally acknowledged me, I mentioned that I am looking for patio windows and doors. She said she would be right with me. Im fine with that and fine with waiting. However, I waited for a good 30 minutes before her conversation with the other customer seemed to be wrapping up. When I thought I might finally get to ask my questions she informed the other client that she would not be here next weekend and proceeded to provide every excruciating detail about her upcoming cruise for 10 minutes while I stood at the front desk, within her eyeline, waiting for her. THEN she asked him if he had ever been to Europe and talked for another 5 minute . Still, I waited patiently. When the sales associate finally approached me I asked about french doors and explained that I want to cover a wall to the patio with 4-panel french doors. Her response was well, thats going to cost $15,000-17,000 dollar . This price was quoted without asking any details about what finishings I am interested in. My next question was why is the Pella brand sold for a fraction of that price at lowes and she informed me that the Pella products sold at lowes are not the same quality. I can appreciate that sentiment, I know that some manufacturers make alternative lines at better price points for the box stores. As she sat at her computer and said she would give me a price for exactly what I want, she commented again that it was going to be really expensive, not like Lowes. I told her that the service is much better at Lowes too and left. This was a true fricken Julia Roberts, Pretty Woman moment for me .. I truly wanted to buy the doors and windows from that store today. Instead of a sale, she earned this glowing review...)
