I was a little up set with Verizon, and just walk in to our store in Seguin Texas. I was greeted at the door by Tina Migues. I was prepaird for bear. Instead I was treated like royalty. She not only corrected my problem but she made me feel like family. Very knowledgeable about all the products but went out of her way but got me taken care of very fast. I buy a brand new phone I go in there to show him something is wrong with the phone they tell me to look up a website and have some company fix it after I pay $1,200 for a phone they cant do anything for me. I call Verizon customer service speak with them they replace the phone instantly.

I went to the store wanting to get a better rate plan, and Cory and Maria helped me get the best rate plan. They even helped me transfer my pictures and contacts. They were so helpful. I would rate them over 5 stars if I could. I am very very satisfied. Came into store today looking to transfer my service and they informed me that because of my continued service to Verizon they could change me to a lower unlimited plan, upgrade my phone, and even pay less. Im very happy and satisfied with the service they provided me today, made me stay with Verizon. Very very very happy!!!

Jared was not helpful in the slightest. The home button on my phone not working properly. He was not listening and kept trying to get us to upgrade when we were just trying to get the phone fixed through our insurance. He was not accommodating for trying to access our account information. He handed us some brochures and told us to look in them for the info we needed.

Dont waste your time. Store sales reps spent two weeks giving us the run around when trying to return a phone that wasnt working, then told us it was past it 14 day warranty. Was told a new replacement phone was ordered. That was a lie. Came back to the store 6 times within two weeks of buying the phone, but was constantly sent on a wild goose chase, which they used to run the 14 day warranty clock out. Wanted us to pay for scratches on a supposedly scratch proof phone. Was told they couldnt help us and that we must have dropped the phone because it was brand new and not scratched when we got it. Basically calling us a liar. Worst experience ever with a phone company. Now, we are having to use a borrowed phone and have a useless, brand new, none working phone, still in its box.
