Be careful of any products you buy from this store if it pertains to food. They are selling expired food. Seven months old in this case. Even though we bought it today and have the receipt they refused to refund us. They want us to drive back to the store which is 25 minutes away for a refund. They do not want to take care of their customers. I offered to text a copy of receipt and the bag but Crystal refused.

We ordered a gaming chair from Amazon that arrived a few days before Christmas and it was missing the screws to assemble it. On Christmas Eve I called the Office Depot in Seguin and spoke to Andrea who walked me through placing an order for curbside pick up for the same day. I was so excited. If it wouldn’t have been for your store & great customer service I wouldn’t have had a gift for my son. Thank you for saving the day!!!

This is the best customer service I have had by far in a very, very, very, long time. Tyler at the Seguin, Tx helped me as soon as he saw me. He greeted me and helped with my search for a comouter desk chair. The chair I wanted had been on sale during my drive there. By the time I got to the store, (a 15 min drive), it was not longer on sale and had doubled in price. I advised him of the sale he knew exactly what I had been searching for. The signs changed yesterday in store, but the price was the same on line as the sale. He asked to see what I was in reference to online and contacted his manager and she agreed to the price match since it was online on the website as the sale price. I am super grateful for the friendly staff and honor system at this store. I will be going to this office depot from now on. I usually go in New Braunfels.

I enjoy Office Depot their products and service. The checkout process is so painful. It just takes a while to go thru the line and for the front to get some help

The staff at this location said they were too busy to assist. When I asked for additional assistance, Magnolia stated that there were too many products in the system to help me locate a specific one in the store. I eventually gave up on this store and purchased elsewhere.

Great selection and usually has what is needed. Employees immediately ask if you need help or not. I would give them 5 stars however every time I go to purchase an item they ask if I am a member of something, I say no thank you, then they ask if I want to, I say no thank you I just want to purchase this item and they usually ask one to two more times before I am allowed to purchase an item. Its a business model that is frustrating for customers. Other than that it is a good experience just be prepared to be drilled into joining or signing up for something over and over.

They are open until 9 pm on Saturday. Many times I have to get something copied or printed at this time. The New Braunfels store has two extremely qualified ladies that take care of my needs fast and professionally.

You need to get rid of that one girl behind the print desk with the disgusting attitude! Ive been going to you for big print jobs for over 5 years now and I am not planning on returning until she is gone! Ive been talking amongst other business owners in Seguin and the feeling is mutual. She is very rude and condescending. She can not just tell you No, we can not do that here, instead she treats you like youre stupid and causes a big dramatic scene. Case in point, I asked to have something printed and did not realize the graphics were copyrighted. Instead of informing about the issue, she loudly speaks with sassy attitude and in front of many other customers WE WILL NOT PRINT THIS FOR YOU! When I asked why she snidely remarks DO YOU WANT ME TO GO TO JAIL? ARE YOU GONNA PAY THE $10,000 FINE??. Im not sure if she just takes her job too seriously or what but DO NOT EVER embarrass a customer for no reason. There was absolutely no need for the attitude or the sass. I felt everyone staring at me as if I were purposely trying to break the law. A simple, calm explanation about copyright policy would have worked just fine, I didnt need to be scalded in front of everybody. And if I wasnt in my company uniform, I would have gladly got in your face and returned fire instead of writing this review.

The 2 stars are for the new sweet girl in the print department. I believe it was the manager, but she was very rude to me. She ran me off after i sat there for an hr trying to create business cards only to tell me she couldnt print double sided business cards with in a day, after she told me she could before i started.

Office & school supplies usually available when I need them. unless its school supplies I usually don’t spent more then 10 minutes. staff is friendly and available. Never had any issues.

These folks are always on top of things. They assist in anyway they can. Ive never had any real problems. Great job.

This store has gone down since my last rating. I dont know if all Office Depts are set up the same but this one had like products located all over the store making it very hard to find what I wanted. As an example I was looking for colored file folders. I found plain Manilla file folders in 3b different locations and finally found the colored ones on the last aisle in the back of the store.

They are ok with losing a customer! I went in this store today to purchase a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet - wood look. The reviews I have read about assembly are horrendous, so did not want to waste 3 hours working on something that would irritate me (I put a high price on hassles). The floor display model was perfect for me, I didnt really even care that the lock on it did not work, or that there was a small chip in the front side of it. The assistant was very pleasant, but returned from verifying with a manager with the answer of no. Unless they have sold all the ones in stock (of which they state they had 1 left), or unless it is on clearance, they would not sell a floor model. But they could sell me the one in the box and charge me to put it together! I was not going to pay for them to assembly one for me because they charge too much for that service. I think their lack of wanting to sell something already assembled, expecially when the customer was happy with the floor model, was a ridiculous move on their part as it cost them a customer and a $179 sale. Oh well, their loss.

Oh My God! This is the worst store I have Ever been to! Every thing about it is bad! The employees first of all are all rude, no one greets you or asks you if you need help, they actually avoid you and dont make eye contact, Ive worked a lot of places, some of those places retail. When I walk into a store I expect to be greeted just as I would if I was working anywhere. These employees not only ignore you, they are incompetent, have no knowledge, no wonder the store is always empty. Even the manegment is just as incompetent. This store and the district manager should be so ashamed of themselves! I feel embarrassed for them! Also they had a printer out of the box on a clearance shelf for $199, we went online and found the same printer new in a box for $169....
