I am online at the pharmacy drive thru as I write this review. I have been online for 30 plus minutes. This is my second trip today. My first visit I was told they didnt receive my prescription for my daughter who is very ill and the medication is time sensitive. Every time I call the location I am on hold 30 plus minutes. I spoke with the my daughters physician again and he states the prescription was sent it and he even called the pharmacy. POOR SERVICE AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will be switching to another pharmacy immediately. Shame on you Walgreens. I have an infant who is in desperate need of her medicine and hours later I still dont have it. I will be heading to the ER thanks to you. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
I received my first vaccine at this location. Lost my card. Tried to get the e card, said my information did not match. Called 1800 Walgreens, they said their system showed I cancelled. I went back to this Walgreens pharmacy. I told the woman my issue and she said with attitude all she could do is print a paper. I called 1800 Walgreens again while at the pharmacy. They told me to speak with the original pharmacy. Told them I was there but they didn’t want to help. The phone rep told me call Excelsior. Excelsior said the original pharmacy had to submit my information. Went on line again. This time I had a man. I told him the same as I told the woman. The woman came over to listen. She then took the paper back and said she’ll do it, went to the computer, told me to wait two weeks.I shouldn’t have had to wait almost 2 hours for her to do what she knew she had to do. I found a manager. The manager went over to pharmacy, then told me I have to wait two weeks. I explained I did not have a problem with waiting two weeks. I had a problem that (1) I had to come back in the first place because my information wasn’t properly entered after my vaccination, and (2) the woman I spoke with didn’t want to do her job the first time I spoke with her then had the nerve to come over while I was speaking to someone else for help. The manager kept telling me I had to wait 2 weeks.
Slow. And Pharmacy is even SLOWER. I feel bad because they do have maybe one or two workers who move quick but they need to fix this. Been that way for too long.
Do not use this pharmacy, wait times are horrible and they will tell you a prescription is ready when it is not. I went back multiple times in one day to be told it in fact wouldnt be ready until the next day.

Nancy is amazing. Very sweet and willing to go above and beyond to help you. The store is always clean and inviting. Just left now and love going there. Well stocked too.
I find it very disturbing that the drive-through is constantly down, thats exactly what I want to do after a long day at work is come through the drive-through pick up window to only find that same sticker that the drive-through is broken come inside, s million corporation and they can fix the drive-through? I find it very suspicious, if youre shortstaffed then say youre shortstaffed, but dont inconvenience the drive-through or if thats the case dont have one

If your vaccination slot is at 8:15 AM they gonna check you in 8:40 and vaccinate around 9.. please make sure to post pone all your work.

Guys, count your meds before you leave especially if you have a controlled substance. I truly believe someone is skimming pills here. Ive been short adderall pills on pick up twice now. I guess times are tough and people are desperate, but its an expensive med that my insurance barely covers and Im not getting a full prescription.They said the manager will be in touch regarding this, but Im pretty sure theyre going to give me some BS about how I accepted the proscription so theres nothing they can do... .if the manager even bothers to call me back.

Absolutely terrible place normally i dont write bad reviews but this pharmacy is horrible. They are completly overwhelmed which im sure people understand but the treatment is terrible. Couple of times we had to argue with them about scripts that they were wrong about how many meds to recieve and what insurance would and wouldnt cover after we had already spoken to the dr and insurance company about be fore speaking with them. Most recent issue is today my dr sent over 3 scripts they recieved one. My dr called and they say they have all 3 and i go to pick them up they have only one. They never recieved the other 2. Dr calls again they have all 3 they say. I asked them to contact the dr its a qwik phonecall to verify the issue and im told i have customers to help am i not a customer? He said he helped me and i never got my meds so how did he help
The worst Pharmacy ever, couldn’t get prescriptions because I Identification was expired by a week, I haven’t been able to go down in the DMV because of this COVID-19 pandemic, they refused to give me my prescriptions, i’m going to use a different pharmacy from now on I will never recommend this place to anyone BEWARE other peoples prescriptions have been missing or short Very shady pharmacy!

This pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve been to. i’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting on my script when there’s no one online (see photo) ..”Roxann” in Pharmacy has no business having a job with the public. She was extremely rude to say the least. As I walked up to the counter to fill my script I stepped up and she finally looks over after not even acknowledging me what so ever and says in the rudest tone, and as if im bothering her “Uhm can i help you?” ...ummm obviously...that’s your JOB. So i told her i need my script and she rolled her eyes and just walked away without even assisting me what so ever just completely ignored me. this lady has ZERO business working with people. i don’t know who or what made you react this way to me but i certainly didn’t deserve the less than mediocre customer experience. thankfully a nice asian man was able to help me but the interaction. with Roxann was awful and as a Walgreens customer I will never have my scripts sent to this pharmacy or recommend this pharmacy to anyone EVER AGAIN. Shame on you walgreens you should definitely throughly intervjew these people to make sure they can deal with people face to face. don’t take a job dealing with people if you don’t like people....

Overall a great store, however they have this Asian girl who works overnight at the register thats VERY SLOW and doesnt pay attention to detail at times. I dont know if thats due to some internal issues but it can be a little annoying.

Dont waste your time filling your prescriptions here, the pharmacy staff are so paranoid of the DEA that they wont refill your medications until youve already run out of them. only Walgreens on Long Island that has ever refused to fill my prescriptions on the day they were due because theyre allowed to make up their own personal policies for their store and dont go by the state laws or guidelines put in place by New York or the Walgreens company. absolutely disgusting.
I Kept calling the pharmacy this morning and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up immediately. This is extremely annoying when trying to get a prescription switched to a less expensive pharmacy. I think the nitwit is answering before the phone call is actually connected and thinks theres nobody there. Patients PhD holder.
My husband and I currently dont have insurance. We havent received any unemployment yet but my husband needs his medicine so we use Good RX. When he went to pick it up not only did they try to charge him over $200 more than the website said but the nasty lady who was there at 5:45pm today told him basically he is a liar, did not make any attempt to help him and remained nasty to the next customer as well. In the beginning of the year we were forced to use Walgreens when we had insurance but now we will NEVER go back there again! This was the second time we had a issue. During this terrible time in our country how do people treat each other like this? Shame on you!!!!!!! So disgusting..

Worst pharmacy in area, pick up medicine for my mother in law on a regular basis. The drive up is horrible and poorly run. The staff is rude and couldn’t care how many cars are backed up. People on line are usually banging on the glass trying to get someone’s attention. CVS across the street, is run much smoother and the drive up is much quicker.
Went here after the chiropractor to get a back belt. The woman pharmacist was extraordinary. Very helpful and intelligent. Now a days its rare to be met with such amazing service thank you
Pharmacy leaves a bit to be desired. Usually a longer wait than I would like, but the rest of the store is great! Clean, well stocked, and pleasant staff. Woman at cosmetic counter told me I dont need to die my hair, which made my day
Dawn at the photo center is really helpful and goes out of her way to help, I had a complicated passport photo to be taken and she went out of her way to do her best to help and she did, she did an excellent job, deserves 10 stars not 5. Thanks you guys rock thanks Dawn
I wouldn’t even give one star.. place is horrible as well as the customer service... every negative review on here is 100% accurate. With one person in front of you in the drive through you will wait at least 30 minutes.. when they call to say prescriptions are filled you get there and nothing is filled.. happens almost every time I’m there.. worst Walgreens around
Always a pleasure in this place. I am a late night person so sometimes i come in here after 12am. There not only open 24 hours and have much of the necessities, but the staff was ALWAYS pleasant. They may be CVS priced but every now and then they have damn good deals, like named braned school supplies for dirt cheap on clearance and also there named brand cereal can be picked up for under 2 bucks at times.... also other geeat deals.... but you have to look for them!!!
First let me say the staff is beyond rude. I went inside because the line at the drive thru was so long. As Im walking towards the pharmacy I notice blood on the floor. I get to the pharmacy ( in clear site of them I might add) is a puddle of blood. There was an older gentleman that obviously is on a blood thinner, I was correct in my assumption. I told the people at the pharmacy,they shot me a dirty look and ignored me! Keep in mind there was a line and nobody said anything?! I then told them they need bleach and gloves to clean it up. In a huff hhey put a wet floor sign near it and left it. To top it off they couldnt find my prescription that was sent in the day before and when they did it was the standard answer about an hour.In Walgreens time that means 2 hrs. Go anywhere but here, the worst nastiest people I have ever met.
Only person in the store and at the counter, no cars at window. I came to pick up an rx that was called in hours ago, lady at the counter looked overwhelmed and with a sigh stated its going to take at least a minimum of an hour to fill this. An hour? To put 7 pills in a bottle. Only wallgreens and cvs have this issue, stop &shop- 10 mins ready and pharmacy staff is actually competent. I am not sure what causes such delays at these stores but its my last possible choice. Their computer system is a joke.
Pharmacy technicians very courteous and helpful. Scripts filled quickly except sometimes the line inside the store can be long. Drive up window can be quicker
If you’re in severe need of your medication and this is the place that’s holding and filling your scripts you’re better off mixing and making your own. Worst customer service ever. (Only speaking pharmacy section). Pharmacy techs can care less about you or your problems.
Dont bother to call them after hours,nobody will pickup or they will just disconnect your call .Widow is so slow if I see more then two cars waiting I just live...its looking waiting ahead.
Horrific pharmacy service. If I didnt work so close by I would not use them. Consistently have to wait a half hour at the regular. Text notifications for filled prescriptions are a joke because you get there and they are not in actuality filled at all leaving you to wait even longer. Twice they have run out of my orescprescri and had to call around others to try and find it.
Drive thru takes forever, they let people sit at the window for 10mins for them to fill a script on the spot while there is literally 7 cars behind me. No courtesy for anyone that used the drive thru for any kind of convenience. Ill go back to CVS where customers actually matter to them. Location gets negative stars.Update: here for 20 minutes now in the drive thru with this one car in front of me. Stuck between cars to even leave and NEVER come back to this pharmacy again

PSA WARNING!!!!!! : This is literally THE WORST and SLOWEST Walgreens i have ever been too. I have filled my scripts here a handful of times and every time i do i regret it. First of all, after holding for almost 45 minutes on the phone, calling multiple times, i come in the store and the young man behind the counter says “We’re too busy to pick up the phones.” Today I come into the store Due to the drive thru line almost out of the parking lot. I waited more then 20 minutes standing in the line for them to tell me my script was not filled even though it was called in 24 hours ago. They also did not fill my second script that i was told would be ready by this time. She told me she has no idea why it was not filled but it will be another 30 minutes. I come back a few hours later and after waiting again now in the drive thru it was another 20 minutes just to get the window. They STILL DID NOT fill my script!!! Took another 15 minutes for them to “finish filling it.” Absolutely absurd. Extremely rude staff, very very slow business. I should not have to go a whole day waiting to fill my prescriptions! Never going back here I’ve had it.
The actual store walgreens is great.... The pharmacy is HORRIBLE.. Not only are they slow and not helpful, but they will text you several times and tell you that your prescriptions are ready (even if you call, theyll say theyre ready), but of course they have no idea what your talking about.. It didnt just happen once, I would say between the 3 people in my family, all of us experience this at least 5 times each.. They did this to me, at 2 am upon my release from the Stony Brook during a severe snow storm. I will never use their pharmacy again.
So Im waiting on hold for Walgreens pharmacy for 20 minutes. Decided to just go there as it might be quicker. From there I sat on line their drive through pick up. I finally get to front of line. Phone is right by the drive through window and no one is on it. I kindly tell the lady at the wonder that Ive been on hold for 20 minutes as well as waiting on the line for another 20, and how thats very dangerous if someone had an urgent issue with their medication.Her replyI waited on line for a cup of Starbucks yesterday for 20minutes, sometimes you just need to waitWhere is the professionalism and care for a persons safety? Horrible and discerning service.

This place is the epitome of inefficiency. The pharmacy is never ready with your meds and will claim they just got it even when I waited 24 hours to pick my meds one time. I will never ever use this pharmacy again.
Waiting is a common thing in this store. Its the 24x7 pharmacy store. Most of the time pharmacy is super busy. My worst wait time (drive in) was near to 30 mins. Employees of this store are polite (especially one young guy). Better to go in than drive in. Other than these, its a regular Walgreen.
They fill prescriptions wrong!! Watch out someone will die or be hurt by their negligence. Rude staff dont even try to correct error.

This is by far the one of the slowest pharmacies I’ve ever been to unfortunately they never seem to have enough staff drive-through was always super long as it is when you go in to pick up medication inside.
Everyones nice, just avoid the pharmacy like the plauge. I cannot speak on why its so bad, maybe its just too popular, but in store and drive through are both a 30 minute wait before being helped, on average. They have a wading river walgreens that is a 5 minute in and out store and pharmacy at all times so I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that one if its an option.
The wait to pick up or drop off a prescription is absolutely ridiculous. I have waited an hour before just to pick up medication through the drive through. I went inside the next time and it was still at least 20 minute wait.

Update: pharmacy staff has gotten much better thankfully, so Im still using them...Pharmacy was the absolute worst!!! There were 2 cars ahead of me at the drive up window and I waited over 30 minutes to just be told my insulin (thank god i still had some) was out of stock, yet I received a confirmation email that my meds were ready...they have always been slow in general but this was the absolute worst..Ill be taking my scripts to CVS....oh btw maybe if they hired competent pharm techs that actually knew what they are doing, instead of looking like deer in headlights, they would be a better pharmacy. They only have one good tech (he may even be a pharmacist) there..the younger gentleman that works there. Hes great..other than him.. they r useless!! Sorry, rant over
Great employees but auto refill not always accurate
Pharmacy is horrible...long wait at drive-up window even when I am the only person there. No one comes to the window even when I push the bell. Then they take forever to get my precription. One time they gave me someone elses meds. And one time they gave me a large does pill without telling me...good thing I noticed before taking the meds...very dangerous! I put up with them for about 2 years before I finally went across the street to CVS. Much better service at CVS and not waiting at drive up forever.
Holy crap why would walgreens hire a pharmacist that doesnt know what he is doing. My medication is cover through no-fault. He stated I dont know how to do that, your gunna have to wait for the next pharmacist. Now i gotta deal with my injuries, and No medication smh. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Im changing pharmacies.
Extremely slow and inefficient - both as a customer and a prescriber. After being on hold for over 30 minutes to call in a patients prescription (and being disconnected twice), I actually called one of their competitors instead. As a patient, I have waited hours for prescriptions that were supposed to be filled in twenty minutes. The pharmacy often has inaccurate information in their computer, regarding which scripts have been filled and what insurance coverage is provided.However, all of this is made worse by the pharmacy staffs persistent rudeness and flippancy. A little customer service would go a long way!
My doctor called this pharmacy this morning for Mupirocin 2% ointment for my son who hasan open wound.My husband went to pick it up 12:30 this evening and it was NOT ready!!!!!So I had to apply something less effective.That is not acceptable especially after 15 hours!Im quite upset over this delay and to top this when I called they said it should be ready by11-12 oclock tomarrow! You got to be kidding me another 13 hours! Im definately going tobe looking into CVS,Rite Aid and Walmart Pharmacies.

This store pharmacy sucks.my little pharmacy can fill 5 scripts in 5 minutes.Walgreens takes atleast an hour even when Im literally the only person in the whole store.Six employees are stocking stupid candy and stationary while the pharmacy is always backed up or out of stock.
