10 out of 10 service, The staff and the manager are all very nice and knowledgeable. Hira (the manager) stood out the most, she understood my needs and had the answers to anything and everything I needed to know. They treated me like family which is a big thing for me, I love you guys and I will see you when I need a new phone lol.

Terrible location. My husband called to ask if they had an iPhone in stock. The man reassured him that they did. He drove 20 min arrived with our 3 year old and the man looked at the women who worked there and said “we don’t have any right? Nah man we’re sold out from a few weeks ago”. Absolutely disgusted. When my husband explained he just spoke to him on the phone he had nothing to say.

They treat their customers with love. I was being going to center-each T-Mobile for many years. One day my phone stopped working I had to stop in in Selden T-Mobile . Incredible customer service. I saved so much money and love T-Mobile .Store manager always get you set up with great deals.Outstanding staff.

I am so glad I found this location, I was with att and I was tired of paying crazy bills and getting bad service. I walked in and was greeted by Hira with a warm welcome and a kind look, she explained the amount I would be paying and put all my fears to rest, I was hooked. I told her she should be running this place, she laughed and told me she was the manager. They have a customer for life and all my friends and family will only come here.

This is not a real T-Mobile. They are an authorized reseller and from the moment you walk in, you can tell.A real T-Mobile prides themselves on customer service. This location (again, being a third party), will try to make it impossible to do anything that you are asking.I went here to switch a line from one smartwatch to another, and was told Id have to pay additional fees to cancel and get another line activated. I had already spoken to a T-Mobile rep at another store (and online), and knew this wasnt the case. I had simply went here due to convenience being next to Target that I had to also go to.When I pushed back, the person that was helping me said that there was nothing he could do, since he called his manager and that is what his manager had to say.So, instead, I went to another T-Mobile (down the road, 1966 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY), and they helped me without issues. I didnt have to pay any additional fees as what the person told me in this location, and was able to get the service that I needed quickly without any issues.Go to the T-Mobile with real customer service and people that want to help you down the road in Centereach (1966 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY). You will be disappointed otherwise.

Pathetic went to switch lines couple of months ago guy at the counter gave the wrong info about how much Ill be paying every month. Every month i was paying more than the previous one when i went there the lady was so arrogant she told me if you dont like you can switch over. T mobile service is so bad in farmingville area every once in awhile i have to reset my phones s20 plus to get service back on. Never again. They never tell you tha truth

We went to lake grove T-Mobile before but this store is very close to my house so we end up went to Selden store. One word about this store customer service was awesome. Robert and the Store manager gave us full attention and helped us through the end. It made such a easy switch.Funny girl and acknowledged.100%recommendations. Love T-Mobile.

Went yesterday and was not helped. They are opened but refusing to let any people inside and will just tell you to call tmobile. What is the point of having employees working if they are sending customers away telling them to call in order to be helped? They should just close. Also the 2 girls working there were extremely rude and had an attitude. Ive been helped at this location before by 2 gentlemen and they were so helpful but these girls were so nasty

I had broken my phone (to the point of no return) during a very stressful week and right before leaving for an out of town wedding. I had very little time and seriously needed a new phone. I walked into this T-mobile and they were so wonderful and helpful. I got a new phone that’s perfect for me and it didn’t take very much time at all. I believe my sales person’s name was Ana, she was amazing. Everyone else in the store was also very friendly and polite. This will be my T-mobile store from now on.

Anna was very nice and helpful, however there was an Indian or Pakistani female there who lacked basic customer service skills. She walked around with a very entitled attitude as if she owned the store. She was very rude and unwelcoming. Everything that you wouldnt want to experience as a customer. I will NOT be going back. Please think twice about who you are going to hire to represent your store.

Everytime i go they treat real good. Awesome customer service and they answer all of your questions. If you are tmobile user, go there for upgrades or any situation with your account.

Went into the store to find out information about how to switch over from the carrier I was with to go with T mobile. They were having a deal, buy one I phone Xr get a second one free. I was not able to complete the deal at that time because I had to go pick up my daughter. I Specifically asked if it would be ok to go back Friday to start the process. They said “ok no problem.” I also asked if the deal will still be going on, and they said it shouldn’t be a problem. I called later in the day because I had a question for the person who helped me and they were busy. I left a msg to please call me back, and they never did. So I called Friday and that particular person had no more patience and hung up on me. I called back several times and then they never answered. I called one more time and they actually pick up the phone and hung up quickly once they knew it was me! Only to find out that the deal was over. I was truly upset and my friend recommended me to go to Port Jeff site and that’s what I did. I am happy I didn’t give them my business, I would never go back to Selden ! Customer service was very poor and extremely unprofessional! I even contemplated choosing another phone service provider all together because of my poor experience at the Selden location, but the great customer service at port Jeff was what convinced me to stick with T-mobile.

Hello Im just sending comments on the girls from store number1219 hira and Anna are excellent employees very helpful a pleasure doing business with unlike most other wireless providers they should be well compensated for there services to the public thank you girls u rock

Was never crazy about walking into this store in the past. Staff was not helpful.I have been very pleasantly surprised when the staff changed.The new staff of Anna and Janee always greet you with a smile. They are very helpful and just very nice people. Im sticking with TMobile as long as they stay. Thank you ladies!!

When you 1st step in, you got a nice view of all the current technology, and see the timeline the further you walk in. The T-Mobile staff members feel like family because they help me make good decisions. The store is very neat and welcoming, best place to visit incase of a phone repair/ change.

I understand the cell phone industry to be a complicated and confusing experience. The transfer of accounts from a competitor and manuvuering through verbose contracts as well as configuring equipment can be a daunting task. T-Mobile Selden has been amazing! I am delighted at the service, professionalism, and expertise I have found here! If you are thinking of a better cell phone experience come here! T-MOBILE HAS AN INCREDIBLE NETWORK AND HAS SAVED ME MONEY, BIG TIME!

The experience I had at the Selden branch was Top marks across the board ! My sales woman was Hira, and even though words cant describe pleasant and helpful my experience was for lack of a better word outstanding ! Amazing ! Phenomenal ! HIRA made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and made me feel as if I was talking to an old friend. Hira you truly are ONE OF A KIND !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!! I couldnt have asked for a more except more stars to give HIRA ! 5 stars just doesnt seem enough ! Also Sallah was very helpful or whatever lol but HIRA was a true angel ! This is the worst place I have ever been to. I signed up for a plan and this girl named HIRA helped me. After I received my statement, I saw that there was an additional line added to my account and about $800 worth of accessories. I did not agree to any of these while signing up so I called t-mobile and they told me to go back to the store. I went back and this lady HIRA gave me such an attitude and denied everything as if she hasnt done anything. I finally had to cancel my t-mobile plan. I will be going back to AT&T and will never go back to t-mbile ever again!!! I will also be filling a complaint with BBB. Never go to this store especially to this girl HIRA!!!

THE WORST store ive ever been too I called t mobile for my account they offered me a free sim card told me to go to this store. I went to pick it up the store manager would not access my account. i gave him the pin number showed him the phone he asked for my drivers license I lost it last week I had credit cards showing my name. I told him you dont need to activate it if your concerned for my account security I just want the sim card ill call t mobile to activate he said no only if I give him $20. the guy is a SCAM Artist. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS RIP OFF SPOT ILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH T MOBILE AND THE FCC
