Yummy made to order donuts. You can customize donuts any way you want. They decorate the donuts in front of you. Its a cool experience. It is more expensive than most donut places or bakeries but you pay for the experience and customization. So if you just want a more basic donut this may not be the place for you but for something different and delicious you should try them.

While it is fun to play with the toppings, it is not fun when you find out they charge a lot for a simple 6-pack compared to Dunkin which is cheaper. Also when they arrived, the first thought I had was We dont need another Dunkin Donuts shop under another name Sometimes I think Americas got a real problem because they keep giving these places business and the healthy ones not enough business. These places are the reason why people have health issues. Before you complain about my review, Im speaking as a person that only visits these types of places once in a blue moon. I dont have to have it. Most people have a real addiction problem and go every day.

This place was great! Probably the best donut Ive ever had. Got the seasonal dirt n worms donut, chocolate frosting, Oreo and gummy worms and it was warm and soft! You must go here if youre craving a donut!

I wish I can rate this a 10/5. the first thing I smelled was fresh donuts and fresh powdered sugar. I t also looked cool. Once I order my donuts, I saw them make it. The cashier forgot to ring us my donut and the cashier gave the donut free of charge. Once I got home i ate the donut. It was the BEST donut I have ever tasted. And I have tasted many donuts before and nothing compared the this donut. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. 🍩🍩🍩😋😋😋

The donuts are great. I went for my free coffee for National Coffee Day. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for just a little ice and thats what I got unlike some places that load you up on the ice.

Looks like the other donut place just down the street may be going out of business with Duck Donuts now in town. You will forget about everything as you bite into perfection. Finally got to check this place out on my time off, I know it had a grand opening much earlier. Atmosphere of the place is great - You can smell the donuts and you get to see them preparing it in front of you. Theres also a box of common donuts that are ordered so you get to see them in-person. Ordering is pretty straight-forward, and staff was helpful. Everyone wore masks, gloves and were social-distancing. The donuts themselves are really good. I just love how fresh and warm they felt, and honestly theres not a flavor that will disappoint you. Packaging is pretty nifty too which is cool. I do wish the donuts were much bigger, maybe Im used to the donuts I get at Krispy Kreme or Dunkin but these donuts are pretty small. You do have the option of getting mini-donuts too. The donuts can be pricy but I still think its worth checking out. We thought we ordered something that wasnt in the box, and the kind gentleman in the front without hesitation made another one before packaging it separately free of charge. So their customer service is on-point, and its nice to see higher-quality donut shops pop up out here in Eastern Long Island!

I was first made aware of Duck Donuts from my neighbor my friend a week after they first opened I went a week later. I prepared my self prior to going checked web site to see my options so when I go I wont hold up the line with indecisiveness. First impression nice friendly. Now preparation was enjoyable watching these young men and woman nicely preparing your delectable delites. I do have a favorite Ms. Brooke, back to her later. When I settled in my car I bit into that warm delight Mmmm Mmmm and felt euphoria, seriously, been back ever since weekly. Now Ms. Brooke in my opinion just puts it together nicely, just my opinion, nothing against the other staff they do a good job as well friendly and nice. Now the manager Rich. Great job not just the manager he is hands on, I observe well and keep mental notes. Treats you like he knows and he does. He knows his regulars as we are on a first name basis. Thank you honest opinion

Disappointed in my first experience with this place. Ordered online, got there when they said it would be ready, called and spoke to someone. Watched 2 dozen people go in and come out over the next 25 mins. Called back and then they finally came out. Donuts were cold and they clearly forgot about me. They need to work on juggling their in store customers and curbside pickup orders.

Amazing donuts a little pricey but definitely worth trying. The donuts are made fresh in front of you with many amazing flavors and you can customize your own. They’re the best donuts I’ve ever had. The donuts are very heavy so I suggest you wait at least half an hour after eating the first one. Make sure that you leave the donuts at room temperature so they stay fresh. These donuts are much better than Dunkin’ Donuts and Krispy Kreme. I have never had the drinks but I’ve heard their good, but I’d just go for the donuts because that’s what they specialize in. The customer service is amazing and the donuts have never disappointed me and I recommend this place to everyone.

Duck donuts just opened their new location in Selden, NY. I live 5 min away so I had to go check them out. Cute little shop with friendly service. They sell coffee, shakes, hoodies and of course donuts! It smells great as soon as you walk through the door, you can see them making the donuts and dressing the donuts in the variety of creams and toppings. I tried the caramel apple donut, the apple donut and the pumpkin strussel. First bite in I was in heaven! Omg delicious!! Donuts are pricy, half a dozen is almost $14.00 but its a great treat from time to time. Highly recommend!

Duck Donuts in Selden is ok at best. I would give 3 1/2 🌟 if I could. Compared to Dunkin(which I cannot eat) its better. Compared to another local gourmet donut shop, North Fork Donut Company, its does not compare. We went when they opened this morning. The staff were polite. I was shocked not seeing donuts on display. I was unaware that all donuts are made to order. Because its made fresh, if the place was busy I can see service it being slow. The idea of a warm donut was nice but the overall size, texture and geasiness was not. All donuts start on a vanilla donut which in my opinion, didnt taste like vanilla. I tasted oil. Could the fact that I went at 9am vs 12pm and the oil temp not be quite as high, maybe. But that shouldnt make a difference in quality. Im from Rocky Point. Would I make the trip to Selden to visit again, probably not being Im rarely out that way.

Just purchased some donuts at Selden Plaza just to see what the fuss was about and let me just say it is going to give Dunkin a run for their money! Hands down the best donuts I have had. They make them hot and fresh right before your eyes. It was light, fluffy, moist and soooooo good. The staff was awesome, perky and friendly from the moment you get to the door to the time you leave with your donuts. I cant wait to try their coffee and milkshakes which I hear are delish. If youre in Selden, NY stop by you wont be disappointed!!
