This is probably the only place I’m going to be buying cars from at this point. These guys will go out of their way to get you the deal that you need/want. I had a great experience while shopping for my vehicle, but I purchased a service package that I have only used twice in the two years I’ve had my car because of the horrible service from the service department. If I would’ve known that they never have available appointments I would’ve never purchased the service package. They are literally booked 4 months in advance and aren’t open on the weekends? I usually try to book an appointment early because I know how terribly booked they are, but 4 months is simply ridiculous and I still can’t manage to make it work. I call to see if something can be done about it and I rudely get told no, other dealerships I’ve dealt with always figure something to make it right. I find that if you’re that booked you should do something about it, either extend your hours, work weekends, or expand. It has been a waste of my money.

Adrian and his team were hands down the best! The got me in, fixed the main problem on my car then last minute my windshield wiper fluid was leaking and I mentioned it as I dropped my car off and when I came to pick it up, that was fixed also. I’ll never go anywhere else if I have any further needs for my Kia. Thank you!

One star is a stretch!! After sharing our concerns over the condition of the tires on a vehicle we were looking to purchase the guys at this auto mall convinced us that the tires were inspected properly and in passing condition. We figured out the very next morning that there was a nail in one of the tires, less then a month later a different tire went flat while we were driving and we discovered the tires had a patch put in!!! First and last time we purchase a car from a company who doesn’t care about the safety of their customers!!

I actually bought my Kia at another dealership. I felt pressed to make my purchase the same day at Selma Kia. We were told one thing outside and it no longer applied once we went inside. All the stories you hear about high pressured salesman with a great big smile happened at Kia Selma. I could name names, but wont. There were 2 salesmen. Good guy and the wheeler dealer guy. They were supposed to call me when they found the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Never heard from them. I found it myself.

I bought my Kia from this dealer a couple of years ago. I got 5 years of mantainance included in my contract. All these years, Kia service has been really amazing. I havent had any problem with them. They have been really friendly and they have been there to help me when I need it. If you buy a car from them try to get q lot of years of mantainance in your contract (by negotiating lol). You also get a free wash every visit, so make sure you ask for it. If you dont ask for it, they wont do it. Also be careful like with other dealers, they will try to rip you off

I was very excited at the idea of purchasing a new vehicle from Selma Kia but my experience has been nothing more than a waiting game. I’m very aware that I am not the most ideal applicant or whom the sales representatives should cater to, however I am still a customer nonetheless. I’ve been waiting over a day now and have continued to reach out for the status of my application just to be told that it is still being worked on; I would rather be told that my business is not wanted.The last conversation I had was with someone who told me that “I wasn’t the only person trying to buy a vehicle,” which is true but being in the customer service field is flat out rude and unprofessional.Countless emails and phone calls later, nothing.If searching, I’d recommend going somewhere where you don’t feel like a burden or inconvenience.

Im out helping my cousin decide on her first new vehicle. I showed her to get pre-qualified and she did. She wanted a sedan with a great fuel economy so we decided to check out the Kia Rio and head to the dealership. When we got there we were approached by a sales guy. We told him that we wanted to see the Kia Rio S they had and he asked if it was the color she was looking for. Since it was white and she would prefer blue, the sales guy all of the sudden was expecting another customer. Then out comes sales guy #2. We asked to test drive the Kia and he was hesitant and asked is this the color youre looking for? She stated no, I prefer blue. He then backed off and wouldnt allow us to test drive that car. This was a huge mistake. We were there to look at 4 different Kia and with an attitude like that we did not want to do business with them. We then left went to Visalia Kia and ended up buying a Kia sportage knightfall from their showroom. We ended up spending twice what that 1st car was but the attitude here was so much better and she is overjoyed with her selection!!

Hi, I have a appointment on 05/23 Thursday at 10 am for 2018 Chevrolet which has been on sales. I talked at least 10 times with sales person Sammy and his manager Eric. Also I emailed them couple times and we already talked about price and everything. I came this morning little bit early around 9 am and went into inside the dealership. They told me that they are vacuuming the car and in 10 min car is gonna be ready and I said that’s ok I am waiting. And 10 mins later they bring the car like that. You can see the pictures. I set up appointment on Monday for Thursday and yesterday I called them and check if the car still available because I am coming from Menlo Park which is 3 hours drive. When I saw the car I just shocked!! I never this kind of thing in my life. I trust the dealer because they are selling under the KIA company! And we one more thing; on the website list the mileage was 31,948 but when they are showing the car mileage is 34,489. Basically just want to say STAY AWAY from them!!!The Customer Service instead of apologizing they are lying under the my review. Their car on the sales list already but never detailed and inspected. And another thing I don’t understand that how can they show the car to me like that! How can a human being can use the car that you don’t own like this?? Check the picture, it’s clear show everything!! They are lier and they have terrible sales person. Again stay away!!!

Horrible service when it comes down to scheduling an oil change, ordering parts takes forever, I am never buying a car here again, just the lack of service from this place is enough to make anyone mad, never open on Saturday, I bought my car from Kia, like I said earlier I am never shopping here for vehicle again.
