When youre item isnt available to fill the uber eats order, you should get a call with alternatives, as was the option selected. As it is, I just got a partial order with no ice cream for the kids. Thanks for the laziness. At lest the uber driver called to let me know.

Went there to buy a pack of cigarets and sure enough my ID was not in my purse. Now their policy is to card everyone regardless of age( I’m way past my prime, lol). However, the next customer in line generously asked to buy it for me.The clerk refused to sell it to him saying that’s against law. Again I’m in my late 40s there was no way I can pass as a 21 year old lady. Long story short- I went back home took my lD and went back. The manager told me that is against the law for another customer to buy tobacco products on my behalf...Smoking is a bad habit I agree, but what’s worst than that is ppl pretending to enforce a law that doesn’t exist.I’ll never buy ANY products from them.

Even though I was there ten minutes before closing, pharmacist refused to fill my 5-year-old daughters prescription for amoxicillin to treat a UTI, even after I told her Id just come straight from the ER, where we had been for more than 6 hours. She wouldnt put in the 5 extra minutes to do her job, even though I was there before closing. If this is the level of care they offer, you are better off going anywhere else. Clearly, they really dont care at ALL about the people they serve.

I went for an item that said it was I inventory and when I get there the lady says ya its buried in the back. I have no idea where. What? I drove 20 miles just to get this item. Great customer service.

One woman, she has blonde hair, she is wonderful. I cant remember her name right this second. I just moved into the area and she the only person in the store that has been more than decent to me.

Theres a reason I bypass the CVS less than a mile from my home to go to Walgreens. Their customer service is top-notch. Today was an especially busy day for them, and Ray Foster, the store manager, answered the phone in the pharmacy. He worked with me to get a prescription for my mother transferred from another state. The doctors staff erred when attempting to send over the prescription, and he worked through it and put my mind at ease. Thanks Ray! Youre top notch!

Pharmacy just doesn’t ask customer service questions. I stopped to pick up my prescription and was never asked for updated insurance. I was told it would be $45. I asked if they even had my insurance and was told “no”. Why wouldn’t that be the first question to a customer?
