Lately I find that the pharmacy people are slow and rude. I also hate that the whole pharmacy closes down every afternoon for lunch. So very inconvenient. Im planning to move my business to another pharmacy.
Disorganized flu shot experience. i made an appointment and showed up 10 mins early as directed. came here because i believed it would be an easy and quick experience and save me a doctors office visit. was there for 50 mins, most of which was waiting. i will go to my primary care in the future.
Had items I was looking for.
Shout out to Beth in the pharmacy for going out of her way to help me find much needed insulin for my brother tonight.
Awful experience. I was on hold 2x and disconnected 2x. Total time 1hr 20 minutes before I gave up and called CVS to transfer my prescription to them. Only took a 5 minute phone call to CVS.
Staff is incredibly helpful. And cashier helped us replace our car key battery! Much more helpful than the Auto Zone next door.
I have tried coming here several times and its always the same. Supposed to open at 8 and never open until a few minutes after making customers wait because the employees are late for work. Then you cant even buy allergy medicine because the pharmacy doesnt open until 9. What about people who work? CVS or Rite Aid are far more customer friendly. Super disappointed
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, went out of thier way to help me with a car key battery, opening the key up for me even though I was about to buy the screwdriver myself. Great selection also.
They can develop pictures and have a pretty good selection, a little bit if everything, kinda like a general store.
Just went to pick up script I dropped off yesterday, WHAT A NIGHTMARE, 2 hours later, I finally have it. They said my script said DO NOT FILL UNTIL AFTER MARCH 13....I said no it doesnt, give me my script back, so instead of giving my script back, they came back and said, I was right. It said DO NOT FILL UNTIL MARCH 13TH. I should have reported the girl but I let it slide...so then the older pharmacist man came out and asked for my drivers license and insurance card and asked when the last time I filled my script was....I didnt have the bottle .....so he handed me my d.l. and ins. card back....and walked away from the drive thru window....5 minutes later a girl comes up and says what do you want?.....I said I was waiting for my script and she said OK....then walked away, ....then the older pharmacist man announced on the intercom that I would have to wait 20 MORE minutes and I would have to come back....so I pulled into car wash place and then I waited 25 min before pulling back around only to have him say that I would have to wait a little bit......NEVER GOING BACK !!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WOW,,,, WERE THEY UNNECESSARILY RUDE !!!!! This Severna Park Walgreens used to be the bees knees, now thru new employees, they are horrid. One cashier at the front and 8 people in line, one guy put his stuff down and just walked out.
I stopped in to pick up my prescription. I thought to myself let me use the restroom since I have ways until I get home. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Smh
Drive thru too long of a wait always understaffed . Updated 4 2 2019 drive thru still is the worst everytime it is such a long wait. I went in and they were searching thru boxes looking for lost prescription.
I asked a question and they answered. Definitely 5 stars.
Poor quality printed photos. They are always blurry and cut off half of the picture.
This is my favorite Walgreens, I drive an extra 20 minutes to go to this one over the others.
Great store. Good selection.
Not a good customer service
