Teresa the salesperson was distracted by personal issues even though I was the only customer. When she had to swap mattresses she needed my help. When I finally got to try the mattress I wanted to buy another customer came in, unmasked, and asked if he needed to put on a mask. Teresa said no, even though we had just discussed I was high risk. She then came over to me and told me I needed to get up because he needed to lay on the mattress. I had been on the mattress for approximately two minutes. After the unmasked person laid on the mattress he then proceeded to lay on bunches more and I had to wait to recheck the mattress I wanted. I told her I thought I needed to leave and come back at a time when someone was not unmasked laying on the mattresses. At that point the other customer said he would be happy to put on his mask and did it. I had decided on my purchase and instead of returning to help me I was made to wait while she decided to check out the customer that came in after me first. I should’ve left at that point. The next day when the bed was delivered the mattress was defective. They left the box spring and frame and told me a new mattress would be delivered the next day. Teresa was on the phone at the time and confirmed this. Then In the evening Teresa called to say they were out of stock on the mattress and it would be a week before they had more. This in spite of the fact that a few hours earlier they had several in stock. This whole experience has been frustrating and I am left without a bed. When we asked to speak to Teresa’s supervisor she won’t give us their name or their information and says she is reaching out. Hmmm

Teresa is absolutely amazing! She’s a no nonsense woman with an awesome understanding of what we wanted and needed. She made sure to explain absolutely everything when it comes to the different types of beds we were looking at as well as the whole contract. She answered every question. She never made us feel rushed or pressured like other stores. Overall super awesome experience and looking forward to our new bed!

Bought a bed from here about 6 years ago with the 20 year warranty. We had an issue with the bed and it needed to be replaced. Teresa from Mattress Warehouse was very help in submitting our claim. We received a quick response on our claim and we had a new bed within a week.

Everything about our experience here was great! Theresa worked very patiently and professionally with my partner and I for well over an hour to find the best possible bed in our budget. The delivery of a king sized mattress to our upstairs bedroom was done quick and on time with no problems.

Do not try to return anything! We bought a twin bed for the spare room. We decided to get a frame with it. $30. When we get the frame it is too short for the bed. If you sit on the end of the bed, the head end pops up.This will not work for my 3 year old granddaughter. So I call and ask if I can return it. Omg!!!!!Talked to two salespeople. Each one said they would have to call their manager to see if they can do it. Never heard back from either of them.

She did a terrific job coordinating the delivery. Second time was today, to buy an adjustable frame for our father, who is 94. Gave us a great price on the item, made sure the delivery was set up, and made sure we knew all the details. Great service, quality products.

Fantastic experience!!! I was in search of a quality bed frame for our new house. Searching online and calling around to various mattress stores became overwhelming and the individuals I had the opportunity to speak with were unhelpful in my search. I eventually however came across the Knickerbocker Embrace bed frame and instantly realized this is the fame I had to have for my Intellibed mattress. A quick search online showed mattress warehouse sold this frame so I called into this location and spoke with Theresa. She was super nice and helpful. They had a frame in-stock that was black but since I was not in a huge rush to get this I asked if they could have it ordered in gray which they were able to do. I rode over there an met Theresa and Rick and completed my purchase, they were great. Estimated date of arrival was 2 weeks and it actually came in a week early! I stopped by to pick it up and they helped me get it loaded up in the blistering cold. It is now moved to our new house just waiting for us to take care of somethings in the room prior to getting it all setup. I am very excited! This was truly a great experience and I would be happy to work with them again in the future despite being an hour from my new home!

Went to the store and was met by Rick, very knowledgeable and to the point. In less than 15 minutes I bought a Serta king Hybrid Firm. It was delivered in two days, the delivery took less than 5 minutes! Moreover I was finally able to get a good nights rest. Very pleased with the experience. The price was competitive, actually better than if I had bought from the web sight unseen and in a box (my previous experience...too soft). Rick explained the internal configuration of the mattress and surprised me by dropping the price $100 from the sale price, which sweetened the deal. His associate, Theresa provided commentary as we paid for the mattress, and gave us a belly laugh. Thank you Mother Theresa and Father Rick!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Severna Park Location. Store will not honor their mattress warranty which is supposed to be for 10 years. My mattress which cost $1600 is a Sealy Kellburn II is less than 2 years old and it sags and neither of us can sleep on it. Caused both of us serious back problems. Filed a Warranty claim, that process is a joke. Took 3 weeks for them to get some 3rd party service to come out to lay a curtain rod that weights 1 pound on the mattress to check for sagging. The guy who came out verbally said we are screwed. That they never honor any warranty for a hybrid mattress and he gets calls and complaints on them all the time. He said because of the top layer of memory foam which rips and tears it pops back up and their process cannot properly check it. Instead of measuring it with me laying on it showing the problem this is their process. Store manager, regional manager, corporate office just give you from one person to the next. When you call the main office the employees give you an attitude like you are bothering them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE!!!

We went in on Friday afternoon for our second purchase from this location. Rick was amazing, yet again. He helped us with a less expensive purchase for our daughter’s room a few months ago. On Friday, my husband and I went in to upgrade our mattress. We ended up getting A LOT more than we originally planned, but Rick was amazing, and we are beyond happy with our purchase. He helped us determine exactly what we both need sleep-wise. He had us try out 4-5 mattresses and then we did the 3 min. sleep test. Rick literally had us try every single mattress the test recommended— BEFORE we did the test— let’s just say he knows what he’s doing. We only have so many beds in our home, but we will 100% return when we need anything else mattress-related. I really cannot recommend this store enough. Phenomenal customer service!
