Jian the retail manager is incredible at this store. So professional and sensitive to helping me get set up with a new phone, since I dropped mine in an emergency. What a great store! Thank you

John V. is professional and has a can-do attitude, a cut above. Although my phone was originally obtained from Sprint, that was not a hindrance from getting help at the T-Mobile store. He figured out why the phone was getting increasingly difficult to charge and then proceeded promptly to fix the problem, which contrasted to the experience at the Apple store. There the problem was diagnosed but I was told that I’d have to schedule an appointment and come back again and that the phone might have to be sent out for service. Dealing with John was productive and pleasant. I’ll be back soon to discuss with him upgrading my phone.

Bit shout out to Adara and Travis for their amazing support on December 20, 2020. My son and I both upgraded to iPhone 12 and they did an outstanding job getting us set up. We also had a great time chatting with them while we waited for all of our data to transfer from our old phones to the new. Travis was supportive of Adara, who is relatively new in her job. She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional in her attention toward us. T-Mobile, give them a great holiday bonus and a raise! They deserve it.

Jami was outstanding, smart and a real problem-sol er. I am so grateful for her patience and that she took a half hour to untangle my phone’s issues. She was also pleasant and really easy to work with. It is such a pleasure to interact with her.

By far the best customer service than ANY other T-mobile store I have ever dealt with! From staff to management, the knowledge and care they provide is outstanding! Special kudos to Adara and Travis! Travis, the manager, actually went to my car with me to assist with getting my new Galaxy Note20 connected to my Bluetooth after making sure all my data was transferred from my trade in phone! Highly recommend this location and their people!

This is the nicest people Ive been in. They are all welcoming. Jian was very nice and helped us out activate our phones. Other t-mobile stores were not very welcoming and not helpful at all. I recommend going to this store because everybody is accomodating

Manager Jian and John are fantastic they help me out tremendously where my carrier Verizon could be bothered. My first time with another carrier outside of Verizon I am actually leaving the store happy and reliefs and hope that T mobile and the representatives treat me that well in the future.

My sister in law purchased some of the old and broken iPhones from your store for Coz I have a shop in my country they send me when I turned it on all I see it’s an iCloud locked and open iCloud devices with many of other customers personal stuff and. The manager of this shop phones too with all the details of customer selling and purchasing receipts and the managers family personal pictures I want to solve this issue ASAP coz it’s not necessary to use these types of phones that’s why I’m giving u one star

This is the second time I had an issue with an online purchase and I was not able to get online help. I went to the TMobile store a Jian assisted me and resolved the issues. She was professional and courteous. She has knowledge of the products and technology. The best customer service I have seen in awhile. Kudos to TMobile for hiring such a great Manager.

Me and my wife went to this T Mobile location after having a horrible experience at the former corparate sprint store in Annapolis and we could not have been more pleased with the knowledgeable service and attention to what we wanted rather than just running through the details so fast we would have not understood exactly what we were getting into but Kennard explained the plan and made sure that we wouldbe able to have everything the way we wanted when we switched to T mobile, and Jian completed the migration over quickly and with great efficiency. As I said before we could not have been if we had come to this location in the first place@Thanks again Jian and Kennard again we appreciate all your help today.

Alli was very nice & very friendly. We were greeted as soon as we came in and she went over all of our options with us. She helped us with wireless chargers screen protectors and other accessories. We never once felt pushed to buy anything. Best t Mobile experience we have ever had.

Thomas was very helpful with purchasing a new phone and explaining different plans & prices. They (+ his manager) even stayed after hrs to make sure I was all set with transferring all my info from my previous carrier to my new phone. Overall a great experience, I felt valued as a customer.

Very nice new store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not much inventory kept but able to order anything from tmobile. Possibly a little understaffed. Overall experience was as good as any of their stores.

I went in last night to see if it would work out to my son and I on a plan the girl charged me 60 dollars for an activation fee I said to her if this doesnt work out can I get my money back of course the answer was yes ....it was to expensive last night for the cost of the phones Im not doing I asked about the 60.00 she went to the back and she said she called her boss and they wont refund me the money basically I feel robbed!!!!

Employees helpful till you have a problem then they are no help what so ever. All these cell phone companies are out to scam you
