I took in my 3 year old daughter to get her eyes checked, they were patient with her. They were extremely nice and considerate. It was a great experience for the first time and they answered all my questions because Ive never had glasses and my daughter needed a pretty high prescription. I would definitely recommend going here. They had a cute little play area for children and they were pretty quick even though they were kind of busy. Thank you for the experience I will never forget it!

He and his team (knowledgeable and amazing doctors, great technicians [Emma and so sorry I forgot our other technician’s name!], and optician [Lauren!] worked timely, diligently and very kindly to correct an initial oversight. Have been going to this practice since they were Peepers located in Severna Park. My entire family uses this practice. Easy to get an appointment when you want it. Kind & caring staff & eye doctors. Don’t mind paying for the one extra scan that is liking getting an MRI for your eyes. Always work with your insurance & look for specials to help you out. Good selection of frames to choose from. 👍👍

Well organized, available for emergencies, and best of all, they will work with your insurance and help you save money. When it turned out I wasnt eligible for frames for a few more months, my wonderful doctor helped me out with some sample contact lenses. Whole thing cost me only ten bucks. Im happy. Everyone is courteous, too. Best of all, Im really fussy about how my glasses fit and whether the prescription is right. Ive gotten bad glasses at other places, including an expensive place in Annapolis. I never have to worry about it here. Painless eye exam, no puff of air on your eyeball, which I appreciate.

Wonderful staff, all the way - the front desks/receptionists, technicians, and optometrists are efficient, friendly, and helpful!Their website has a handy function that allows scheduling an appointment online. The store itself is spacious. The waiting area has a coffee machine and a kids room with toys.They are honest about charges, informing you about the cost of services/materials with vs without insurance/discounts/rebates, without pressuring you to use their services/order materials through them.

Severna Park Eye Care is fantastic! Not only do we see them for regular visits but we were offered an immediate opening and seen promptly when my daughter had an emergency. The office is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. Absolutely would recommend this office!

Great service here. The doctors and the techs are great. They spend a lot of time making sure to get it right. They don’t rush you when picking out glasses. Speaking of which, they have a great selection of glasses. Sunglasses, reading glasses and regular glasses. Brianna was hugely helpful. Because of COVID she suggested I go in an exam room to try the glasses without a mask and then helped me choose the pair from a safe distance.

The staff here are all very pleasant to work with. They are efficient and get you in and out as quickly as youd like to be, and quite reasonably priced. Masks are still required during your actual exam, which I disagree with, but if you have trouble with the lenses fogging up during your exam the doctor is ok with you pulling it down for a moment, and I understand the owner is between a rock and a hard place on this considering everyone feels the need to complain about masks not being required. He goes the extra mile to make sure clients of his practice are pleased with their experience.

Ive never had a bad experience in my years at Severna Park Eye Care. Most recently, I had a great visit with Dr. Brown. He took the time to discuss not just my eye care, but to explain the options for my young children should they inherit my terrible vision. Dr. Roman explains things in a way that is easy to understand and spends time listening to concerns. There are also a large number of frames from which to choose and the turn around time for glasses is reasonable.

I went to Severna Park Eye Care last week. The whole staff was very nice and professional. I did not have to wait at all. The doctor seemed caring and listened to all of my concerns. They also use updated technology that makes the testing easy and comfortable. The doctors are happy to talk you through the results and any concerns you may have. My husband and I both came in as first time patients, and will definitely be back. We were so impressed with the office layout, and feel of the environment. The staff was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with the high tech exam and all the tests we had access to. It was so nice to have Dr. Kevin Johnson explain in great detail all our results, while referring to all the high tech images we had to go through together. The staff is absolutely amazing! I took my mom for a routine check up and service was next level. Dr. Patel was so patient and diligent and informative! Brianna was helpful and generous during a frame selection. Our experience was beyond elevated when I arrived late to pick the frames up and the building had closed but I saw a gentle who was leaving and decided to ask if he would not mind allowing us to still pick up my moms frames because she had an early flight out the next day. Without hesitation Grant asked for us to confirm the name and information of the order and he went back into the building and hand delivered my moms glasses. Normally I do not write reviews but felt that after the excellent care I received, that one was due. This was my first visit to Severna Park Eye Care. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient there for a long time. I had been traveling back to my old eye doctor for years and it took a lot for me to try a new place. I was very impressed with Dr. Roman who was referred to me by a friend. After my eye exam I met with Ally, Optical Technician. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Ally. She is very professional and yet very kind and friendly. She went out of her way to make me feel like I was their most important customer. That kind of excellent service is what makes people refer their family and friends.

I arrive at 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time and I was called back within 5 minutes. Dr.Henderson was awesome and explained everything step by step.Meagan my tech was great and I think her name was Wendy ( explained about the glasses)was phenomenal as well.

I have never been to an office with everyone is nice and helpful. I had called earlier with questions and the receptionist was very helpful. They explained my benefits with a way that I understood without all the medical lingo. Very clean with tons of glasses options. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for over 20 years and this is by far the most easy going running smooth office I have ever been too. Will definitely be back.

Dr Brown is truly a blessing! My daughter went to see him because we thought her vision was just getting really bad and he was able to find a rare underlying medical condition right away. He gave me his cell phone number incase I had any questions after leaving his office because as a mom trying to retain all that info and being told to go to the ER right away was a lot to grasp! His staff is amazing also, they quickly got us taken care of and out of there and let us leave my daughters keys with them for a family member to pick up her car. This was my first visit to Severna Park Eye care and it was excellent. It was a Saturday so it was a little busy, but no real wait time to be seen. The technician was super friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. I saw Dr. Marta Roman, she was super friendly and nice as well and explained all the tests she performed and asked if i had any questions. They have a wide variety of frames to chose from and the process was very easy. They look up your insurance benefits and let you know what you are allowed through your plan. I definitely recommend them!

Professional machines, professional people. Last year I went to Walmart (i was there anyways). This year, Peepers. Let me tell you the difference is night and day. The advanced Images of my eye, amazing. No chairs with tears in them. Hug selection of nice glasses, not just the cheap ones. I paid extra and instead of getting my eyes dilated they used an advanced machine. Parking was easy, many spots right around the front of the building. Everything was clean clean and clean.

Always prompt service, patient centered, without any pressure whatsoever, on top of a spotlessly clean facility.

I want to send a shout out to the outstanding service I received from both optical technicians that assisted me with new glasses. Additionally, Dr. Brown the optometrist, was thorough and knowledgeable in his assessments and provided product info/tips that would help with dry eye. While the first Optical Tech I met with was professional, I ended up not being satisfied with the eyeglass choice being too large and heavy for my face. Returning a bit disgruntled with my selection after a week, and embarrassed to complain, Kat M. assured me with a smile on her face that this was store policy and worked closely to select glasses better suited to help with on and off efficiency and cosmetic appearance. With a full guarantee return I now have new glasses that I love and am grateful to Kat and Severna Park Eye Care for being such a friendly and professional Optical center.

The facility was beautiful, of course everywhere was super clean. It also has a state of art equipment for all the testing. I did not even get any eye drops in order to open the pupils, for example.The best of all, the doctor has given me such a thorough job: not only the testing and checking with the explanations about my condition in easy-to-understand ways to me, his manners toward patiients were superb. I just want to thank the staff for being so sweet, kind and caring with my grandmother today. I want to thank Stacey Turner for coming in and saving the day.My grandmother had fallen out of the rolling chair when she tried to reposition herself and she couldn’t get back up. Stacey came in calm, cool and collected and got her up in one try. She then worked very well with my grandmother ( she was struggling with all the steps) to get her test done especially the eye picture test. I give 5 stars out to the staff for being wonderful but would like to recommend maybe having two options of seating for their patients as rolling chairs aren’t as stable or safe for some patients.
