Not good got my car back and it was hit on the side..Also didnt make it back home with it keep cutting off wow had to get a toe truck to take it back ..

I WAS CALLING ARD FOR PRICING ON OIL CHANGES I WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO SPEAK W/ MR GENO HE WAS VERY HELPFUL ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS {THEIR SAFETY PROTOCOLS} TOLD ME ABT THE DISCOUNTS SET UP MY APPOINTMENT GOT THERE EARLY CHECKED IN BUT SAT IN MY VEHICLE TIL THEY WERE READY MR MARCUS DID MY OIL CHANGE HE WAS VERY SWEET HAD ME IN & OUT MY TOTAL WAS AS PROMISED CANT ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE......

Excellent and fast service. Had a flat and was towed here. I had a huge screw in my tire, but had only drove two blocks so tire was fixable. Thankfully since tires are only two years old.

With the type of work I do and the schedule I have being able to walk into a decent auto shop to get an oil change is neat impossible. they took me right away and had me on my way in a half hour thank you

Wonderful service, wonderful customer service. Very helpful and accommodating ...well there was an incident where the mechanic was angry because my daughter had the car locked and wouldnt open the door because she didnt know who he was and he didnt identify himself BUT they say he is actually a kind guy, I apologized over and over for not giving her the heads up quicker,mainly because I didnt expect them to move so fast, which is a plus, but he just gave angry glares at me so that was the only downfall, he has to understand that she is a young lady and in any area shouldnt feel bad about exercising caution, its nothing to be angry and dismissive over instead try to be understanding. Besides that hangup, everything was and is always WONDERFUL. When Im not taking my vehicle to the dealership I take it to Firestone and this is DEFINITELY one of my favs. The guy checking us in made up for the upset mechanic.

I came here a few days ago because my tire pressure light came on. A very nice gentleman greeted me, and even though the store was busy and closing in 20 minutes, he said he could check the pressure of my tires. He filled them all up and I was on my way. Super helpful employee, and he also followed Covid precautions. I will definitely be back if I need new tires!

Extremely poor service. Your appointment times dont matter. Last week I arrived to have tires replaced +oil change at opening and it took them 8 hours to get it done, only to find it was done incorrectly! No oil change due to not having the filter. They will claim to check the specs of your vehicle but clearly they do not. Front desk tried to make it right by offering a free oil change - but surprise - one week later they never order the oil filter and are unable to get it on the weekends. This place is in a good location but honestly they dont respect your time or your car. Id go elsewhere if possible until they overhaul how they operate.

This store was very busy ...there was 8 of us in there they were not messing around they were very polite i called earlier to see if i could come in after work they said what time i told him after 430... i was told to come right in after the 430 time i had flat tire i was in an out 45 mins later i thought that was pretty good considering how many of us in there getting work done so i would recommend this place ..

I have been going to this Firestone for 15 years. It has gone way down hill in the last year. I took my truck in for a new rack and pinion. They charged me an additional $250 for a power steering fluid line they said was a dealer only metal line. They did not install the proper metal line instead used $5 rubber hose and a hose clamp. The repairs do not work properly and the hose theyve installed comes off resulting in a total loss of ability to steer while driving. I have taken it back to them 5 times since. They refuse to fix the problem properly for which I paid them to do. The faces of the store have changed completely and the manager is difficult to work with. Brittany is still there from the older days. Shes awesome, but hat is not enough to keep me going back.

They didn’t have the tires I needed in stock, but they ordered them and were very helpful during the entire process. When they came in at 5:30PM, they were incredibly accommodating and they got it in the shop immediately and got the tires on. A++ Service, I will definitely be coming back next time I need anything done.

Showed up for a 10AM appt. to be told at 1030 that they couldnt take my car back until 11 or 1130. I offered to come back at Noon and I did, only to be told by the same person that it would be another 2 hrs. b/c staff didnt show up for work. I asked why he hadnt stated that when I was there at 10, he said he was trying to give the person a chance to show up. This is the simple and polite version b/c the employee actually got indignant when I pointed out the fact that he wasted my time...I wont go back.

The gentleman at this location took such good care of my vehicle and my needs they also very nice young men I will not go anywhere else!

Just an outright horrible experience. Screwed up my alignment. Brand New tires not bought from them. So all they could offer was a lousy tire rotation. Still charged me $100 to put the tires on. Lifetime wheel alignment is the only reason I go & the only reason I will ever go

Got two new tires which were great no issues with the new ones they installed, but after getting down the street realized one of the others were visibly low. Also there was noise from the rear brakes which I was told were okay after they inspected them, and they were not, it was obvious the drums had not even been removed to check them. Very disappointing.

I recommend them! Ask for Gerald! Just dont let them know youre a Steelers fan if you are LOL. Just kidding. Theyre cool guys! The female can be a little nasty on the phone.

I really dont have a lot to say. They arent cheap, but better than the dealer. Most of the time, they fix things right the first time. If not t they will make it right. I go to them because they are right down the street from me. So if cheep is what you need, go elsewhere.

They were so involved in trying to get as much as they can by finding and fixing things, they actually didnt fix what I came there for to be fixed! Beware theyre definitely slow and might be crooks

ITs a national brand, I can walk into another shop and pretty much get taken care of no problem. THIS SHOP was a 1 time deal for me. They completely understood and explained all my prices and recommendations. They kept my price low and didnt let me go overboard for new tires, based on my usage. I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYBODY..visiting or local. Its been 1 1/2 years later and NO problems. but I needed another copy of my paperwork and had to call them. ALEX was VERY thorough and DELIGENT...when you ask, he gets! He has a charm that is unique and it was awesome to get help from him. He is powerful ally for good customer service! I hope he has a long career there! Thank you AGAIN for helping me out.

BEWARE took a classic in and when I got my vehicle back it had scratches and broken parts to the grill they didnt show me there video but when I called to management to ask what was seen on video there phone system went crazy could barely here what was said BEWARE

I had an oil change, tires rotated and battery replaced! Atomosphere was comfortable while waiting!

🤔 I called Firestone at noon they told me to bring my car by 1 and I did I called at 3:30 to see if my car was ready and they say no telling me about something irrelevant I just wanted my wheel alignment fixed and he tells oh okay we can do that but its going to be another 45 minutes to 2 hours because its car in front of mines even tho my car been there since 1p.m. unprofessional I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER FIRESTONE IN THE STATE OF OHIO.

Scammed my girlfriend into buying a factory recommended fuel system cleaning for around $200 dollars. Called back 15 minutes later to tell them not to do it, they said they already did. Yeah right. Honda does NOT recommend fuel system cleaning as regular maintenance, period. They flat out lied to her.I already knew that Firestone suckered people into unnecessary service, its too bad she had to find out the hard way. I expect now there will also be coincidental new problems mysteriously showing up soon.

Without an appointment! I was there an hour maybe but no longer. With my oil change, I was in and out.

Recently: Their sales job on new tires has gotten too aggressive. They wouldnt rotate my tires b/c treads were 3/8ths and 4/8ths, so they lost the sale of the lifetime rotation from me. Consumer Reports says A good time to start shopping for replacement tires is when the tread is still about 1/8 inch deep in any one groove, so this feels more like sales pressure than professional integrity.Last Review: Always gone to this place,probably will next time. Promised my tire would be done Saturday when I dropped off, then it would be Monday once they had it. When it was ready they said they couldnt put it on for 30 minutes at the desk. Fortunately, the guy in the garage saved the customer service situation (this was a 2 star rating), doing it right then (as they should have - 3-5 minutes instead of the 15 it would have taken me.

The are terrible they didnt put oil in my car when I got a oil change then the 1st time they put to much oil in my car they just blew my engine and dont want to fix it wasnt anything wrong with my car before I went here to get a oil change gave me a good bill of health on my paperwork said all I need was tires now I need a engine and water pump call attorney and the bbb very unprofessional and unacceptable
