Room service is one of my absolute favorites boutiques in Cleveland!!! From their trendy apparel offerings to their warm and cozy home goods, they always have a ton of things I want! This is also a perfect place when shopping for gifts for loved ones, they have something for everyone. The owners are always so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home when you walk in the door. When they were closed per COVID mandates they were still highly effective in their online business, with fast shipping times and convenient and flexible local pick ups. You won’t be disappointed if you visit!

Jennie and Andrew have created a space you’ll want to spend hours in and long to go back to...this is, hands down, my favorite boutique in all of Cleveland! Cannot recommend it enough!

One of my all time favorite boutiques in Cleveland. Jennie and Andrew share their passion through the selection of merchandise with many pieces having a story behind them (I get so many compliments on my wine decanter made from recycled Coke bottles). The service and personal attention are beyond compare.

Huge fan of the store but also the artistic style of the window displays and product presentation. I purchased a canvas bag that holds a 6 pack of beer. I gave it to my Dad and called it his beer purse. He loves it! It has become his favorite accessory.

I love walking into this store because I feel inspired. As a crafty individual, I am amazed by the unique items that they have managed to source - and with such a focus on quality. I didnt know what to expect when I first walked in their doors, and after returning 3 times, I still dont! I just know that I will find intrigue, and also the perfect gift.

Room Service is the cutest boutique on West 25th in Ohio City. Let yourself peruse the store and Im sure youll walk out with an item that makes your heart happy. Room service is beautiful, and a fantastic place to buy gifts. Their selection is so focused on quality and unique local sources that it becomes the kind of place you wish people would go to to buy things for you. They have things that are difficult to describe, a nice selection of really good quality baby products, and a curated selection of books. The books are the type that just beg to be red I kind of want to come back here a lot.

I love coming to room service. They have such cute and eclectic gift ideas :) The owners are very nice, as well.

This store simply has the best atmosphere of any boutique I have ever seen. It is clear to anyone who shops there that the owners put their heart and soul into every detail, and are incredibly knowledgeable about every product. I could literally buy every birthday or Christmas present for my wife from Room Service and she would be thrilled. If you like cool merchandise and cool people then this is the place for you.

This is one of the coolest shops in the Cleveland area. They have a hand curated selections of all sorts of items - from jewelry to housewares to candles and soaps. They love to support local vendors too!

They hosted a seed swap here recently and it was amazing. This place is so cute. They even made wild flower greeting cards (seeds embedded in the card) for the organization. The space felt a bit small but only because there were so many people!

I simply cannot walk out of this store without purchasing something. Whether its a beautiful dress or shirt that I cant find anywhere else, a scarf I simply cant stop wearing, or a truly unique piece of handcrafted jewelry, I can always count of something being perfect for me. And while items are very special, they are reasonably priced, too! But beyond the awesome purchases possible, you should walk in to take a gander at the beautiful, purposeful, and inspiring displays. The shop itself is a work of art, and its different every time I go! Plus, it smells good--like, super good (which means the clothes I buy there smell good for a long time, too!). Last year, we found almost all of our Christmas items at R/S, and we had the most special Christmas with our families-- they could tell that the items were handpicked and meaningful. (Make sure you chat up Jennie and Andrew--they are super interesting people to talk to!) Beautiful and purposeful spaces like this are what make CLE truly special.

You need to visit this store just to see the incredible displays they have. I was blown away the first time I walked in. It is such s great experience and the selection of items is delightful always changing. You are sure to find something for that special person in your life and yourself as well.

Not only will you find unique gifts and cards for any occasion you need, youll get the best customer service around. Jennie will go out of her way to accommodate and try to find exactly what you are looking for. Shes completely in touch with the local creative community but also has a great range of national designers represented in her store.

Room Services selection of goods is unparalleled, as is the incredible customer service. The shops dedication to offering beautiful, thoughtful, and functional objects is apparent by the way theyre displayed, moments that take you to the seaside or on a walk in a country garden. Inspiration abounds there, youll definitely walk away with a beautiful, meaningful object and about a million ideas to make your environment as special as R/S.

We are disappointed that the store did not warn me about their return policy when I purchased a very nice skirt for my young daughter as a Christmas gift in mid Dec 2014 which I charged to my credit card. I was visiting from out of town. Our subsequent attempts to contact the store via telephone were met with no answer on two separate occasions and no responses to my voice mails regarding our need to exchange or get a refund for the skirt since it did not fit my daughter. Upon a subsequent visit to the store with the item in the hope to exchange it or get a refund, the store did not have an item to exchange and it declined to issue a refund on the credit card, or even issue a cash refund. Instead, they kept the skirt AND original receipt with my signature and they claimed they will somehow keep track of who the buyer was and issue a store credit next time we visit. Since we do not live in Cleveland and do not have plans to return to the store, that arrangement is not feasible. I spoke with the sales woman and wrote a letter to the manager and the store did not reply and has not made an effort to make me whole.
