The wife bought me a 10hp Mercury motor earlier this summer as a present so we could take out the grandkids fishing. They said we had to come back the next day to pick it up. Well.....2 times we got stranded in the middle of the lake. It would not start very well on shore, nor trying to get back. We took it in. They said it was not setup right. Funny, they were supposed to set it up in the beginning. We took it out a third time and got stranded again. Took it back for a refund. Nope they said. Today the wife stopped by to pick it up. Its been at the dealer for a month. they loaded it up in the truck for her. When she got home, I saw that they loaded it with the arm facing up. Funny......on the other side of the motor it says this side up. These guys are obviously not intelligent because they just flooded the cylinders with oil. Is its either a refund at this point or a lawsuit. Im guessing we will see them in court.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. From sale of the boat and gadgets, financing and the install. Tracker Boat Center exceeded our expectations. Then, it got better. This goes beyond service. We had them install the lift and deliver the boat for us. After finding out the water level was too low and and we didnt have any dock parts to extend it, the installers hired by TBC, left. Thats when Matt, the store manager/GM jumped in, dug out the posts for the lift that allowed us to enjoy our boat and lift. He was there for over 5 hours by himself, making sure my family could have the weekend of boating we were so excited about. I have had people spend 5 minutes to help out or provide extra service. Never have I had someone in his position take service to that level and do it himself. Matt and Tracker Boat Center have customers for life. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We love our boat and our lift!

Tracker Boating Center in Shakopee is a great place to buy a boat or get your service work done. Every experience I have had dealing with the employees at TBS has been great. They are friendly, fair, and go our of their way to make sure you have a great experience!

A great place to buy a boat and accessories...sales and service go above and beyond what is expected. Bought a boat here, and had trouble getting repairs done under warranty at a location in Rapid City, SD....these guys helped me out, even though I was 700 miles away.

I know peak season is gone, but the sales guy a dealt with knew less about the boat than I did. Most boat dealers I have dealt with will swap the engine for you before you buy the boat so you can have the boat the way you want before you buy it. Not this place. I would have bought the boat today but they sales guys was super disinterested, then he tried to sell me next years model by pulling up the pricing tool on the website. I can do that at home.
