When an entire sprinkler zone stopped functioning properly during a recent drought (some heads did not pop up while others only sprayed a couple feet), Chris came over and immediately identified the issue as a tree root pushing on the water supply. He was able to fix the issue same-day and the zone works like new. Great experience from start to finish!

We have used Shakopee Sprinklers for over 10 years. They are very responsive and have never been late. Chris is always very helpful and he will even tell us how we can fix some issues ourselves which has saved us $$$.

They have always done a wonderful job and have very good suggestions. Very friendly and easy to deal with. By following his suggestions I had no trouble with my irrigation system freezing and causing damage before the scheduled blowout.

Used for sprinkler blowout. Extremely friendly. They even took the time to melt the ice in my frozen line because I forgot to pull the plug before it got too cold. Ill be using them for all my sprinkler needs from this point forward.

And why could you not have told me that you were not going to, or could not. Answering and getting back to 1200 calls is a tough thing..I agree...but calling the specific client you missed on that particular day is NOT that tough.Anyway, I am glad you at least responded here. But sorry I had gotten my blow-out done by someone else even before you replied here. I am also going to cancel the appointment for 29th through your website.UTTER LACK OF RESPONSE : NO-SHOW. Chris just did not show up for the sprinkler-blowing appointment we had for October 15th, 2020 (last Thursday). NO Text, No call, NO response to texts, calls, emails, voice messages nothing. And then the snow and freeze happened in the past few days.I am also cancelling an earlier appointment I booked through his website for upcoming October 29th. Because still no response from Chris. I found someone who was far more responsive and cheaper. Already had the blowout done today. There was some freeze that did happen in the pipes outside but we were able to fix it with a lot of hot water. Had anything worse have happened to my sprinkler irrigation system, it would have been solely and solely because of Chris and Shakopee Sprinklers recklessness. Even if he had informed me that he could not make it, I would have looked for other companies right away.

We have been using Shakopee Sprinklers for 7-8 years now and have always had great service! We have had to have some heads replaced and our main control board went out from lightning a few years back, he had the same model in stock and replaced it right away for a reasonable price! We have new neighbors and recommend Shakopee sprinkles to them and they had nothing but good things to say about the service as well!

My winterize provider of 15 years quit operations leaving me scrambling for a replacement. Found Shakopee Sprinkers and scheduled one of their few remaining openings. They came a week early because they were seeing freezing problems. Unfortunately we also had frozen lines. They made extra trip to set us right. Weve found our replacement winterizer!

Poor communication and waste of My precious time. No business ethics or business sense whatsoever... I committed one week to having this guy start up service yet he wastes my time...Every other lakeside irrigation company is not taking customers or are booked thru 2nd week of July...What a joke!!!Talk about Nickel and diming also... I even allowed this guy to view my last billing of irrigation from Curbside so he could set his prices competitively... Dont waste your time.Monday June 3, I Initially had Chris out to look@ the system to prepare the lakeside start up. I had a torn grate so have to order replacement part.I had to reach out to Chris Wednesday, after he came out to look@ starting up my lakeside irrigation to see if he could even order the part needed. I Was told Friday the part arrives.I had to reach out to him again when he didnt arrive Friday to repair and start up system.I was told Monday the part arrives and hed start job Monday June 10.Today I had to leave one voicemail and one text asking if hes coming.Again, was told the Part is supposed to be here Wednesday... I asked if he could come out today and at least get irrigation started so when part arrives, its settled... Now, I will have to pay a separate fee for him coming out but thats not an issue so I dont mind paying additional fees as long as the system is started.No is the response I received.So dont even bother... Seriously...
