Worst experience I have had! Closing did not happen on time, nor was much communicated. In the long run, the sale did not happen, and they refused to return my earnest money, which I was told was risk free if anything happens and you dont purchase house it is returned to you

First of all, I am extremely picky and I know this. I can only say that the used home was beautiful, and we are please to have been able to find it.However, the communication through this process was horrible! Promises were made and not kept throughout. I believe they have good intentions, but if you utilize them for services, get EVERYTHING in writing with VERY SPECIFIC details and timeframes. The gal we dealt with was unorganized to say the least, multiply returned calls from the same message we had left her, throwing out the promises without anything to back them up, etc. And the home was used, but someone was supposed to clean it (one of the promises thrown out to us). Well, when we pulled out the washer and looked in the heating floor vents, we found horribly gross yuck disgust! As far as the miscellaneous items needed/promised to be fixed or corrected, we finally had to talk directly with the person hired by MHMN to handle these things and got the details we needed to feel like things will get done. Also, there was a range in the used home that we wanted to keep, even though we were not using it (we bought it with the home, it was ours to sell). They took it out of the home, put it in a building on their property and now we have to pick it up. Realistically, its their error, they should deliver it to us. We are now at the tail end of this craziness so we will just deal with the range pick up ourselves and move on. I just wanted others to know the experience that we had so if you utilize them, you know exactly what you will be experiencing.

Nice people that work @ Mobilhome MN but I will never buy a Friendship home again. This was my first & will be the last time I buy a Friendship Home.
