These gentleman has had to deal with us the past few days and must I say, they were awesome, especially Mark S. At store #08776. Not only does he know his stuff, ( for he was very helpful, patient and polite with every question that was thrown at him, giving responses and examples to help make sure we knew our answers for our how tos before leaving the store) but he also endured the annoyance of a overly excited woman that would keep interrupting their, In-Depth Man Car Talk, just to ask my fiance for his input on anything and everything I had stuffed in my arms to show him that I thought would be wicked to decorate our car with. Lol, his sense of humor, their prices, and the way they helped, definitely makes my decision easier on where to go for auto stuff. Thanks Mark for your time and your help!

They definitely go above & beyond, the one employee helped me put my transmission fluid in & stood out in the cold with me so i didnt over fill it. You just dont find good ppl like this anymore, the ones who help bc they truly care ❤

This store has a lot of cool tools, decals, parts, paint, performance parts mostly for chevy small bock engine loved the crome alternator made me want to get another show car looking at all the cool accessories. Everyone was friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this place and will definitely shop here in the future.

Very shady customer service! So disappointed with my recent experience. I went in because I wasnt sure if my battery was bad (the light had come on) but I also mentioned that I thought it could be my alternator. This is my primary vehicle for carting my kiddos around in, so I didnt skimp on a good battery for our Honda Odyssey and got a pricey one that day from AAP. Three days later, my car died again, took it to the mechanic, and was told the folks at Advance Auto Parts should have been able to easily tell you that your alternator was bad. After the mechanic, I went back to AAP (my van barely made it there and died in the parking lot), I went inside and kindly asked why no one offered to check my alternator when I had initially visited 3 days before; I was told that a SYSTEM CHECK is a service they offer but you 1) have to know it exists and 2) have to ask for it because they wont offer it to you. To me, this is incredibly shady; if you have the capability to do a system check and tell me if my battery is actually bad or if my alternator is bad, then why not offer it? Because then I wont buy a brand new 200$ battery for no reason? Thats no way to do business. Long story short, stay away...we have too many options these days for shopping locations. Next time, I will certainly go elsewhere. But....if you find yourself stranded or HAVE to go to an AAP, be sure you ask for the system check prior to buying a battery, because they wont offer it otherwise ;)

The customer service at this place is a joke. I will never do business at this place again. There are 5 other Auto stores within 2 miles of this store. Do your self a favor and go to one of those stores. I purchased a battery for my lawn tracker late last fall (2015) because my battery had died. It was the last mow of the season - I wanted to do a last mulch of the leaves. After I was finished I turned off the mower and it would not start again - no charge. I assumed it was the alternator because the battery was new. I decided to wait until the spring to have it serviced. When I had someone come out to fix the mower in the spring - I was informed that it was a bad battery. They tested the alternator on the mower at it was working fine. I took the batter back to Advanced Auto and explained this to the clerk - he told me I was out of luck because they only have a 3 month warranty. He told me most places carry a 12 month warranty on that battery but they only did 3 months. I asked him if they could do anything for me - he said no. I asked again because they had obviously sold me a defective battery - he said he would charge it - I told him that you could not charge a defective battery. He said he had to do that first before they would do anything for me. He told me he would call me back that day. This was around noon. He did not call that day nor the next morning. I went to the store at 1:30 the next day. When I arrived the same clerk was working from the day before. I said to him, you never called me. He replied that he was to busy to call me. He went and got the battery and said it was dead and that I needed to buy a new battery. At this point I looked at him and said so you are not going to do anything for me even though you sold me a defective battery. Then another guy comes over (who I later found out was a supervisor) and yelled at me that I should have brought it back a year ago. The battery had only been purchased late fall - I believe in December or late November. I was shocked at the rudeness of this man. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he was the supervisor and if I didnt like it to take my business elsewhere. I happily took to Koi auto and the service was great.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. There was me and one other customer in there at the time. The woman working there was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me find the parts I needed at a good sale price.

This advance auto parts is not that good. The employees are complacent. They dont have an engine light tester for some reason. Its the auto parts store that I use if Im in a bind because it is close to home. I would rather go down the road if I am able.

The workers here always try there hardest to help me out, I recommend anyone stoping in this location for parts, they let me use tools and change out things there, they show me the computer screen when telling me which part and price I would like to pick out, just in all very helpful place the guys and gals at this location are very nice and they are people friendly I appreciate them a lot

You pretty much know what you are going to get at Advance Auto Parts. It was not the biggest, best, or cleanest one that I have been to, but they had a pretty good selection of things and I would go back.

From my limited shopping with this store it appears variety choices of parts and competitive prices. Most recent shopping was a car battery. Mine OEM one did not survive the first snowing day in the winter after 4 years - already a warranty replacement. So couple internet search and a couple phone calls led me calling here for inventory check. The lady answering the phone confirmed everything and told me online order + store pickup would save me 20%. Followed the suggestion and got my battery. Though the sign on the wall offers free installation, I elected to do it myself, borrowing tool kit from the store.Anyway, happy with what I got and the service is friendly here. Just ask for help.

I asked for a price check on some cleaning products since they were on clearance. Counter guy told me the price, then after I grab a few of them said he could not sell them to me and said the had to be disposed of........why would you tell me a price if it can not be sold? And why are they on the shelf then?

This place sucks. They never listen to you. Always sell the wrong part and want to act like its your fault they are an idiot. Plus a man that work there was grabbing his penis thru his pants abd was pulling on his private area. I will never step foot in any AAP ever.

So im 21. Single mother... my air went out... and they wouldnt even walk outside to show me where to charge it. When auto zone would. You have to have a shop do that really? No u dont. Stick to autozone people. Terrible customer service.

Need new store manager. I came for oil as I always use to buy there. Manager did not even know they out of stock for that oil. Promised call me next day. Guess what nobody called. So i called my self and asked if they received it. Guy on the phone has no clue what was on the truck. He said they dont have it and thats it. Did not offer to order. They careless.
