Tom in parts/warranty has been outstanding in helping us with anything we have needed. Our service techs have even complimented him on how helpful and polite he has been with them, which is huge. Tom has always been around to answer any questions or get me in contact with the people who can. On more than a handful of occasions, he has been able to help us out with tech support, warranties and parts. Thanks Tom!

Called to order some decals for a customers service truck and Tom was extremely helpful. For such a small order he certainly went above and beyond than the orders worth. We are the sum of our actions and he is a testament to that.
