I rarely take my car to a professinal but when parts break that i am not able to fix myself i only trust Genuine Mechanics. There service team did a bang up job diagnosing and replacing my catalytic converter and were kind of enough to check balance on my spare tire for no extra charge!As a hardcore car enthusiast i am very reluctant to have anyone touch my car. But after the superb customer service and repair work i received they have my trust and respect.

Great place an saved me from sheboygan auto helpers from screwing me! He was super busy an still managed to slip me in to get the work done an charged way less than auto helpers wanted. I am so thankful for this place!

Staff was accommodating and requested work was done quickly. Did have some damage to the headliner lighting unit that the team denies causing. Wasnt there when I dropped off, was there when I picked up. I assume it was accidental but team was immediate to deny any wrong doing... It will likely be a few dollar clip and could have been addressed when I was bringing the vehicle back for additional work. I will be bringing the vehicle to another shop for the future work, due to the response.Shop is right down the road for me and this was my first experience. Sorry to say I will not go back.

They did a great job replacing, and programming a new transponder key for me. I got in the same day I called made an appointment, in 45 minutes I was in and out. Saved me half the money than going to a dealership to get it done, with the same professional staff ! Great job guys. Thanks.

If I could give these guys more stars I would!!! I have had the same mechanic for eight years now, but due to the Covid-19 crisis, his shop isnt open, even to do emissions. After a frustrating experience of trying to get my emissions tested at a local dealership but couldnt because of a rather minor issue, I made an unannounced visit to Mitch Brunners shop for resolution. I was told at the dealership they couldnt test me because of a blown fuse. They could however, make me drive around the bay again, wait in line again, and charge me to replace the fuse, even though they didnt know which one it was. Long story short, (that will be my next review), I left the dealership up in arms and decided to check out Genuine. Within minutes and with no appointment mind you, Mitch didnt hesitate to jump into action to help me out. He identified my problem but quickly realized they didnt have the fuse I needed so the office manager got on the horn, called another dealership for a part pickup and she was out the door to get me what I needed! I couldnt even believe it! She came back quickly and Mitch put the fuse in. Boom!! NO CHARGE, no problem. I went back to the dealership and passed emissions with flying colors. I asked Mitch how much I owed him and he said, Just go on Google and write me a review! Well here you go friend! These are the mom and pop shops we need to support. NOT the DEALERSHIPS! Genuine Mechanics now have my business. And if you are a senior citizen not certain who you can trust, then come here. Their prices on the board are quite reasonable as well. I cant thank you guys enough for making my day today because with everything going on in the world lately, I was ready to jump out of my tree today. This business is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!

Excellent service. Mitch explained the vehicles problems, options for fixing, providing price estimates for comparison of options. Work performed on schedule and vehicle running well. Appreciate that Mitch treats women with dignity and respect, no talking down, just making it understandable. Fair prices.

2016 staff is HORRIBLE!!!Front desk girl is irresistible & now able to return phone calls properly. .We were supposed to have an alignment on one of our vehicles & they forgot.. we had a 1/2 off coupon at the time the car was in & had to fight to get them to honor it.Sadly..Service has gone down hill drastically in just a year!!!Spent OVER $10,000 in 2015fixing my BMW that was an older model with high miles & they did a great job fixing the issues.GOD BLESS you if you hire them.

I had lost the only key for my truck and they were able to program new keys, something that the dealer couldnt do. They had everything ready for me the next day (the truck was dropped off late the night before).
