We searched all of Sheboygan and ended up at Mattress Firm Clearance Center because no one could match the quality or price also informative and nice lady there

The price of the double mattress was great. The delivery charge was a little expensive, 99, considering I live 2 miles from the store, but Kayla assured me they would take the old box springs and mattress.She was a great sales person. She set me up for a Sunday delivery, otherwise I would not have been able to purchase the mattress. I would like to post another review after the delivery.

Went in there to look for a mattress for my disabled mom’s medical bed and Kayla did a excellent job helping us narrow down the best mattress for her. Overall a good experience. Store Manager was helpful and asked intelligent questions to help us determine which mattresses would be best. Walked through each option. Avoided pushing us in any direction other than recommending the fully adjustable frame. Would have 5 stars but it kills me to pay so much for a bed even though it is the whole industry.

We called mattress firm and they told us unfortunately they had none. Horrible experience. The third party this store uses to deliver their mattresses damaged our wood floor while putting the bed frame together. Nobody wanted to be responsible for the $700 dollars damage. Not even an apology. Makes me feel sick to my stomach every time I look at my bedroom floor ruined.We called numerous times, the store and the delivery company. Steven knows about our case. We dont have anything against him. He was more than helpful at the time of the purchased and after. But unfortunately, our issue was never resolved.

First off, we bought a mattress and adjustable base at the state fair expo in August and The rep we dealt with there was completely awful. He wouldn’t answer our calls and never adjusted our delivery date to the date we were moving. Our two days of moving was stressful enough without worrying about if we’d have a bed to sleep on. Sick and tired of dealing with Matt and his inability to properly help us, I called the Sheboygan store and Steve was so helpful. We were unsure if we picked out the correct bed the day at the expo because they rushed us to get to the next customer. Steve helped us cancel our first order and told us to come in and find the perfect one for us. He started from the beginning to ensure we got the perfect bed for us. He and Dustin were so personable. They made sure to provide us with the experience we didn’t receive the first time with mattress firm. I’m glad we gave mattress firm another shot. Went in there today to buy a new mattress, and the sales guy Josh was awesome. He explained the difference in the firmness, styles, features and quality. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a new mattress to use them. Our last one we bought at a furniture/appliance/bedroom place and were in and out in like 15 minutes and that mattress sags in the middle. Josh was very pleasant and helpful.

Friend purchased a $4,000 DOLLAR mattress. Mattress was delivered with multiple stains and blemishes showing its clearly a USED MATTRESS, the store is refusing to offer a refund and take the disgusting used mattress back. Absolutely disgusting business practices. And to the owner of the store, i hope you read this, how would you feel if you spent $4,000 dollars on a mattress and it arrived stained and clearly used. Theres a special place in hell for people like you. Taking advantage of someones hard earned money is pathetic, and borderline criminal.
