The guys at DuAll are FANTASTIC. Recently, my AC stopped working and would only blow out hot air, a miserable problem during the summertime. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day to diagnose the problem and when I arrived, they were all hands on deck to get my system fixed. They walked me through everything they were checking, allowing me to understand the components in the AC system a little better, all while practically doing backbends to diagnose the issue. I ended up driving away an hour later with ice cold air blowing through my hair. I couldnt have asked for better service from a mechanic team and I know where Ill be bringing my car in the future if I have any further problems. Thank you DuAll!

Our Suburban broke down while passing through Sheridan. They were able to get us in early than expected. The vehicle had some pretty mysterious issues but Travis didn’t let up trying to fix it. He communicated with me each step of the way and was ALWAYS professional. He and his co-workers showed genuine care about my situation. The repair took several days due to the difficulty of it. I am very satisfied with their work. Too bad they are 12 hours away from my home! I really couldn’t recommend this place enough for your automotive repairs.

Hands down fantastic level of service! This place is busy, but took an hour of time to look over our RV for overheating issues, while we were 1,800 miles from home. Friendly employess at a fair price. If you should find yourself stuck near Sheridan Wyoming you are stuck in a friendly welcoming town. We had to make lemonade out of our 🍋 while there

I need to have a new fuel pump installed in a 1991 Pace Arrow that we are resurrecting. We had it towed to Duall and on a Monday it was installed, oil changed, all fluids checked, and a new universal join installed by Tuesday the next day!! Who does that Duall did it!!

Heading through town to Gillette and my truck went into limp mode about 20 miles out. Checked a few places. Taylor dropped everything he was doing to run diagnostics and help find the issue. Hoping the plugs the issue! Thanks for being so accommodating guys.

I highly recommend this place. There is alot of mechanics in Sheridan that will rip you off.DuAll told me what was wrong with my truck and showed me the damaged parts before they started to work on it. They also got it done a couple days earlier then expected.I will definitely go back!

Our car needed a new alternator while we were on a road trip across the country they got us in and fixed up the next morning even though they were really busy. Much appreciated!!

Was driving through sheridan and needed to get the oil changed on the rv. I called them night before and asked if they could do a quick oil change so I could get back on the road, and they said come on in.Got in next morning, they got the rv up and oil changed in half an hour, they even helped get my new spare tire up underneath in the storage rack. Great service.

They saved my day. On vacation my travel trailer brakes quit. Limped into town, they took me in and had the broken wires fixed and I was back on the road in one hour. Thank you guys! Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend DuAll for any diesel issues, great people there. Was passing through in a 6.0L powerstroke and was having problems. Stopped in and they got it back on the road. Recommend them to anyone with a diesel pickup and might be having issues and need a repair.

Thank you DuAll service for your honesty and great service. When my diesel pickup broke down late in the day passing through Sheridan I was certain this was going to be expensive and would probably take days. Turns out it was a simple fix. They had me back on the road in less than half an hour and the total bill was under $50. Thanks again guys!!!

They were extremely helpful in our breakdown. We called them within an hour they had prices on motor. Kept us informed on how the work was going. Drove the truck around and broke in new engine. Let us store 5th wheel on property while truck was getting fixed, at no extra charge. Picked me up from the airport. Estimate was comparable with our local mechanic. They did great work!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Allen and Travis at DuAll are the best. Traveling across country from NC and the AC went out on my truck. They worked me in same day with friendly service, even gave me some tips on our next stop, Yellowstone!

They squeezed me in when the brakes on my Rv failed and got me on the road again within a few hours. Quick and awesome service from DuAll!My kid pushed my 30amp electrical cord into the bottom of my trailer. Couldnt fish it out myself with no tools. Called DuAll and they said they could help us out. Very nice and professional mechanics! I drove my 1999 chevrolet prizm from New York to Wyoming, but there was noise near engine, when I got Sheridan. They quickly found out the problems due to AC compressor and changed it as soon as they can. Also, there was only one quarter engine oil be left, when I got Sheridan. They checked my car and gave me helpful advice. I appreciate their help very much, so I can come back New York by my car! Recommend Duall strongly!!
