Trying to deal with them on a vehicle listed on their website is an exercise in frustration.I sent in an offer, received a request for more photos on my trade so they could get rolling and then crickets.The next day I chatted with their representative and was assured the vehicle was still available. I asked what was the status of my offer. I expected a counter offer.After I was assured the vehicle was still available, I was then told it had been sold the day I made my offer.One key to a good business relationship is prompt, complete and accurate communication. After reading several other similar reviews it seems Sheridan Motors frequently fails in that regard.

I had my car detailed on the inside and outside by Craig. It feels like I am driving a brand new car! The leather is clean, the vents are fresh and the outside is bright and shiny! Thank you!

I stopped in on a Saturday with issues on my 2017 Ram 3500. There was no Ram tech scheduled for the day, was told it would be Monday before they could look at it. Got a call from service advisor Kenny Phillip’s an hour later stating that Ram Tech Sam Phelps who happened to be in town for a bit “preparing for his sons wedding” would swing by the dealership and give it a quick look. Sam diagnosed the issue very quickly and made a part recommendation. Chris Gore, parts person advised they did not have the part but called a dealership in South Dakota that happened to be on my trip itinerary. They had the part, Chris put me in touch with their service advisor and we scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10:00 am. Did I mention that Chris was off that day as well and just happened to be there at the time. Between Chris, Sam and Kenny you are in competent hands with this dealership!Great Costumer Service !!!

Found the pickup listed on car fax. After expressing interest Sheridan motors responded and helped with getting everything set up. It was not possible to go to Sheridan to look at the pickup and close the deal so everything was handled on line. They had a driver bring the pickup to me in Casper. I am totally satisfied with how this was handled.

Sheridan Motors is the only place to buy a car. Not only do they have a great selection of new cars, but a wide range of used cars, trucks, and SUV. I drove over 6 hours round trip to pick up my new jeep because their customer service exceeds all expectations! They are honest and so easy to work with. Very professional sales, not high pressure, they just try to make sure you are taken care of. Jason And Benton we’re great. Some of the use car prices are a little high, which is par for the course around here but they will do whatever they can to work with you and give you a fair deal, what more could you ask for. New car prices are pretty competitive in there transparent about the other costs and fees. All in all I would highly recommend Sheridan motors, and I couldn’t say that a couple years ago. They definitely earn my business and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

My experience was overall good. This was my first time buying a vehicle so I chock it up as an expensive $3k learning experience but it was to my understanding we set on one price and they changed it when it came to buying it. Next time I know to get up and walk away if they change the price on me but I was disappointed that I was lied to.

EPIC VEHICLE Purchase...Traveling across country-PA to Oregon we were between Gilette and Sheridan Wyoming.Our Suburban engine blew sending a piston through the oil pan.Stranded right near Buffalo, WY we stayed at KOA, Buffalo (Great Place, Great People).We NEEDED a vehicle, I searched Large for SUV’s because we had 2 Adults and 3 kids (13,11,7) plus pulling a 4400lbs Travel Trailer. Their Service Department is awesome!! I was traveling from Minneapolis to the Big Horn Mountains for a Jeep event. My oil change indicator alerted me that it was time to change the oil while passing through South Dakota.The Jeep dealership in Rapid City wasnt interested in helping us out, so we continued on.I stopped into the Service Department, talked with Dakota and she was able to squeeze me in right away. They also took care of the nail that was in the back tire that had been there since the beginning to the trip. They saw the nasty amount of dead bugs on the wind shield and decided to run it thru the wash. I had the cleanest and shiniest Jeep at the start of the 10th Big Horn Mountain Jeep Jamboree.
