Visited this locale on October 14th 2021.After reading the owners business description and overview Im quite surprised.Within the Google profile, the owner states the business is family owned and operated.I would have loved to connect with the establishment long-term, yet after my first visit, I am feeling quite Perplexed because I was asked to no longer return to the business. In the beginning, I inquired of her professional licensing as a nutritionist or other and was impressed at her response. It caused me to feel comfortable enough and eager to learn how I may approach the complexities that Im challenged with on my metabolic and thyroid systems. When I was drawn to a homeopathic case near the front of the store, I inquired of its benefits. She was forthright letting me know that she was a novice and totally unfamiliar of the line of product on her wall.I silently thought to myself, why sell something if you are unfamiliar with the specialty products you are offering, yet I dismissed my thoughts and thought I might research more on the topic.Being humorous and hopeful at the same,I stated, Maybe we could take a journey together and learn of the benefits that they might provide.Based off of miscommunication,She called the local police stating I was asking her to physically leave the store with me to go somewhere,Im not really sure and completely still am not understanding. The store did have a lot of good choices, and the woman was friendly and helpful, yet unfortunately Ill have to find a different locale to purchase needed product.Again, Surprised and Perplexed,a quick thought for small business owners:If you have a customer visit your location,Be open minded and flexible.--You can not assume facts based on miss communication, and you may never know how much money a client may be willing to invest with you.Being new to North Wyoming state,I may need to cut back on my use of colloquials, lol.Im thinking people here have a need for purposeful direct contact and interaction.~~No more awkward moments~~
They have healthier food than you can find in other Sheridan stores. They are starting to stock more Keto Vegan items, which is what Im interested in.
Great stop for lunch, drinks and supplies. Lovely store!
EDIT: After review, I was able to speak with the owner and she said the damaged product will be replaced. The refrigerated item still had manufactured pull tab on but was not sealed, and was not expired, that was bought a week prior. I appreciate the fix for the item.
Great place to shop, especially for bulk dried goods, spices, soaps, and expanding. Bring your own container to fill and reduce the excess packaging that comes with products. Please keep expanding, your selection. Thank you for being available in our community.
Very helpful and friendly people. Great selection and are willing to take special orders.
A great selection of healthy options and great customer service. I have been going here for years and despite lots of changes to the business in recent years they are still as excellent as day one and very reasonable on prices!
I live in Denver and cannot find a health food store with this awesome of a variety of offerings...and this includes Whole Foods. Keep up the good work!
A nice neighborhood health food market. If the dont carry something they are willing to try to find it. They carry local grass fed beef, they carry my favorite yogurt and cheese starters, and all of the special grocery items I can find anywhere else in town. And the people are very friendly.
This store is my favorite. The people are great and very helpful. I can usually buy everything I need also. I highly recommend this store.Barb Wohlbrandt
Lots of healthy choice foods.
