I dropped off a saxophone around June 8th and asked them to please repad, recork and adjust all of the horn. The repairman said it would start around $400 and he would need it for about a week. On July 21st, I called and talked to him and told him I would be in Sheridan for a week and would like to be able to pick it up while in town. He said he would have it ready by then but that it wasn’t ready yet. When I got into town on Thursday, I came into the shop and it was sitting open and looked like nothing had been done yet. I told him I would be back on Monday and he said it would be ready to go. HE DID NOTHING TO MY SAXOPHONE!!! He said to me that he doesn’t like the sax that I brought in and didn’t really want to do it. Super disappointed!!! I will not go back there.

We rented my daughters Alto Sax here last three years, the owner is the best, fixed it no charge happy and with smile, even took reeds clear to the school for us and happy to do it. If you are going get an instrument, this is the place.
