Wouldnt ship a scope even though it is 100% legal to do so. Scopes and other optics are not a regulated item like serialized firearms are. Not the individual employees fault, owners are to blame.

I sent a package at 1 pm for 2 day ship to California - costed me $90 - the label was printed 4 hours later and it was in Casper at the 48 hour mark. Expected to arrive 7 days after I took it to UPS store on Coffeen Ave. Bummed.......changed to 3 stars as once my review was noticed by owner, he reached out to apologize and explain. Seemed honest and heartfelt - my experience sounds like not the usual experience.

We had been dealing with a lost shipment issue due to store mislabeling from previous owners for months that added up to years with no luck or satisfaction whatsoever. I happened to be in the store to deal with this issue yet again on 12/3/2018 and the new owner was on site. He looked into the issue and dealt with it within a couple of hours. We can not begin to explain how appreciative we are of the new management style illustrated by him. Professional, courteous, and more than reasonable dealing with something that was in no way his problem.
Im not to happy . i get meals sent to me weekly and for the last month my meals have been broke open because the person is dropping my box on the ground .tonight they needed to pick up some boxes and he was very rude .

I wish there is 0 star to start.I work for the local Amazon business company . It has been a pleasure to use the UPS as our primary carrier. Usually we schedule the boxes pick up service from UPS web.However when I try to drop off an prepaid shipping label envelop off Today, 3/16/17, at 5:59 pm at UPS store ( 51 Coffeen Ave #101, Sheridan, WY 82801). I get told I can ‘t, because Front Desk staff Erin Brinkerhoff has closed the register before close time 6:00pm, or told me that I can drop it off at warehouse next to airport.When I suggest it is not convenient, ask if I can just leave the package and people who work in the morning shift can scan it, I get very rude and disrespectful response .She is yelling at me and threaten me if I leave the package without scanning in the store, Its not safe, I am responsible for what will happen to the package.Why I can’t trust UPS store or the staff to take care of a labeled package?Later she start shouting at me leave MY store, its 6 o clock . it’s closing, you need leave And there is NON-UPS worker, a guy stand up from back office walking towards me, try to hush me out with his body.Why there is Non-UPS worker stay at the back office during the or after the business hours?What kind service is that? I suggest the store owner to pull out the surveillance camera video check for safety.someone has no attention to help the customer in the right manner, and does not want help you improve the customer service experience, doesn’t care about if your business is successful or not, should not work at your store.I have sent the Email to the store owner, but no response so far.I will never use this UPS store anymore. It is not safe !
