My husband and I went to knight furniture today after lunch. We were greeted by a woman named Cindy. When we told her we were just exploring the square and have never been in before, she let us know what was on all 3 floors. 3 FLOORS! Its much bigger than we expected it to be! She made us feel welcome and let us browse around without following us throughout the store. It was such a peaceful experience. The other furniture stores weve been to made us feel pressured. The other sales girls were friendly to us even though we were not their customers. Even though we told Cindy that we were not looking for anything, we actually found a livingroom set that we love and decided to buy. She knew so much about the set and how it was built. I will refer all of my friends and family to knight furniture. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Cindy!

Terrible employees. I walk in and as usual in any places that makes commission they tried to bombard me and i asked them to allow me to look and right after that they just started to turn all the lights out on me and my children. Definitely wont be comming back here and i had money in hand but oh well. I enjoy signature furniture wayy better anyways. Cheaper, and better furniture.

The furniture was all clean and organized and the staff was friendly. Bought a dining room table right before closure and the staff helped me load and didnt even mention me putting them out at the end of the day. I will definitely go back in the future. Kaley was there to help, but not to pressure. We were happy to buy from her.

Great local furniture company. Salespeople Don and John are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a couch and chair, chose different fabric at no extra cost. Furniture is American made and they delivered it in 2 weeks. There was a minor issue on the order but their customer service was excellent and prompt about correcting it. Highly recommend

Walked in just looking & left after buying gorgeous, comfy grey couch & 2 matching recliners. Phil was great. The furniture came in much earlier than expected and was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were great and very careful not to scratch anything. One of them had to come back because one of the neck supports on the sofa wouldnt work, but it was just missing a part which he was able to fix. Highly recommend this store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in after looking on their website and finding a set of Ashley furniture that I fell in love with. We go in and they start running numbers with us. Well at the time we were hoping to finance with them. They ran our credit twice. Again this is An Ashley furniture collection. We were denied so, of course we saved up. A month later we had the full payment so I went ahead and ordered this ASHLEY furniture collection set using my paypal account. About 20 minutes after paying I get a call saying my order has processed and they are out of stock so I would have to wait 2-4 weeks. I’m a patient person so I didn’t mind. A week later I’m on vacation, and I get another call from Knight furniture. Randy Goode told me that “Ashley Furniture” is not letting them have the collection. I was confused but decided whatever. I will just buy from Ashley furniture instead. I was annoyed already and didn’t want to keep going through hoops. We decided to check out Signature Furniture first and what do you know. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. Knight furniture falsely advertises Ashley Furniture merchandise. For what reason? who knows? Thank God Amber from Signature helped us out. I got exactly what I wanted and no hoops to jump through.

The personal at the Sherman location are all very informative, and know there products and any information you would want or need to know about any products they sell... Customer service is wonderful. And service after the sale is tremendous. My wife and I would not consider buying our home furnishings anywhere else.... Kudos to all of you guys at the Sherman location... Thanks again for your time and help... Shop here if you are looking for quality products... You will not be disappointed even down to the delivery personnel.....

I thought I would make a quick purchase of a Magnolia Home shelf for a friends Christmas present. There sitting in the showroom was a beautiful 3-piece Magnolia Home sectional. I made my way over to it and saw SALE!! Thats all it took! The staff was wonderful working with, the shopping experience in the Sherman store was fun! The delivery guys were professional and very nice!I will be buying more furniture from Knight!

I will always be a Knight Furniture customer! There are so many options for mattress and furniture stores but they really are the best choice. Aside from amazing customer service, the quality of their furniture is second to none. My mattress is so comfy and I LOVE my new couch! They have a huge selection in store but Im super picky I was able to build a perfect custom couch that was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price!! I will never shop elsewhere; I was able to get everything I needed to make my new house a HOME!

Our sales person Justin was very patient and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the possibilities. He explained the products and material choices. He let us take fabric samples home to compare. We were just looking at the time and there was no pressure, but planned to buy soon. We looked at other stores and comparable furniture. Knight had the best furniture for us. We bought 2 couches and a love seat that we had picked a custom fabric. The furniture was built and delivered in 2 weeks. It was delivered and placed by 2 of their employees that were very careful with everything. They also moved out the existing furniture.Overall the experience was great, easy finance at zero percent for 24 months. Could not have had any place treat us better. I would recommend Knight Furniture to all our friends just like they were recommended to us.

Buy from people you trust. Lots of places you can go and buy furniture these days. Online, Big Box Stores and family owned stores, I have always bought from the local family owned stores because they know me and appreciate my business.I know if I have any issues down the line, I can get my situation looked into a lot easier and faster than those other options. I have purchased several pieces from Knight and each time, my pieces arrived on time and were just as ordered. I recommend them to my family and friends as well, great company that I feel comfortable doing business with for years to come!

We bought new bedroom furniture from Knight Furniture Store in Sherman. Don Snell was very helpful in helping pick the right items that would fit into our bedroom. Very pleased with the quality and style of the furniture. Hunter and Logan were awesome when they delivered our furniture. They were very helpful and polite.

Sales lady was very polite and down to earth. She was the best person for us because she was never pushy. We saved almost 2,500.00 so al in all, were happy.

Terrific experience, from Sales through to delivery. Don, the salesman who sold the bed to me, was incredibly helpful, and never seemed pushy in the least. He carefully guided me through the options, insisting that I test each bed long enough to get a real sense of what it feels like. The delivery guys, Zack and Jordan, were super efficient, super careful, and very nice to deal with. And.....they were actually EARLY. Great experience overall. I love Knight furniture.

I ordered a Mayo sofa and 2 chairs which we love! However the sofa was oversized and much larger than the door but Seth and Jordan got it in the house with no problem and no damage. Weve shopped at Knights for 20 years and have always been please with our purchases and the service!

They helped us finalize the color we wanted, discuss size, and were very helpful in making the final decision. The delivery guys, Zack and Hunter, were very professional. They made sure I reviewed the merchandise prior to them bringing it into my house. As it turned out, the dining table was damaged. Zach notified the office of the damage in order for another table to be ordered. Both young men took their time to inform me of the process of reordering/redelivery of the damaged merchandise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. I hope these two young men are able to deliver my merchandise when it is replaced.

We visited Knights Furniture in Sherman for the very first time this past weekend.We will be longtime customers/family!Victor greeted us as soon as we entered. He was our salesman.We shopped all three floors so it took us a couple of hours.Victor was patient and knowledgeable. The entire sales staff was attentive. One gentleman even brought a toy over to my son and gave it to him.Victor brought in a very helpful young lady to assist with matching patterns and tones. They were a good team.As we finalized the purchase, Victor called over Boss who is the sales manager because I had a question about the 105th Anniversary promotion. Boss blew me away with his professionalism and salemanship...not to mention him going out of the way to earn our business. Turns out that Boss, who I know know as Randy, was the same kind gentleman that gave my son a toy.Knights Furniture is AMAZING and we plan to return for ALL future furniture purchases. We will be back soon! The family environment is one that is a rare in todays times. I highly recommend them. Ask for Randy...he will get you to the right person on his team.

Bought lift recliners for my aging parents and the service coverage. The recliners started falling apart and Service has been slow. Never called me backor came back to fix the issues with the recliners or replace them. Almost $4000 for less than quality and I wont go back or recommend either Knight location.

We were very pleased with the lift chair we bought from Knight Furniture. The men who delivered it were very helpful, courteous and friendly.

Knight Furniture Sherman TX- bought a bedroom set from them, it was a set we saw elsewhere at a big box mart Hated the experience we had at the big box store, Knight was able to get the same bedroom set for us. We dealt with Randy Goode who is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. There was a little hiccup with the wood bed frame but Knight and Randy made sure it was taken care of and everyone went above and beyond to make it right personally. This is what real customer service is about, service you dont get at those other places. Knight and Randy have beenawesome. So when we then wanted barstools, once again we found some we liked at another store but we refuse to give them the business, and once again contacted Randy at Knight and got the bar stools from Knight instead. We are thrilled with the service and the products, and everyone we dealt with from Knight, from Randy, to Amy, Zak and everyone else involved, we cannot say enough.
