Quality service and product at a competitive price. They were knowledgeable and very professional. We ordered our quarts on a Friday, then got put in a bind by our contractor, and they were able to get us installed on short notice (within days), which helped keep our year long build moving forward (thank God for them!). They arrived in a timely manner. The installation was very professional. Their install guys were polite and careful and took great pride in their work. By the time I spoke with Servin I had probably talked to at least 5 other stone counter companies. The kitchen in the house we were remodeling was small, we had trouble getting any companies to really take the job seriously and usually once we sent the plans amd measurements then we just would never hear back, or two companies charged a 250 and up small job surcharge. Tammy from Servin was incredibly responsive. Upfront about pricing structure, and she found the exact quartz stone we were looking for at a great price. 10 Minutes in their stone yard was all it took to confirm it was the stone we needed, they wrote up a job order with a quote, scheduled a template date. 2 weeks later our counters are installed and they look great. Could not be happier with the entire experience. We have other countertop needs planned for the future and we will certainly be back to Servin to fill them.
