Wonderful staff at the Sherman store. We had an issue getting supplies from the company and the staff at the Sherman store called and got it all straightened out and even made sure we left with the needed supplies that day instead of waiting for them to be shipped.

Healthline was a wonderful place to learn about the medical device necessary. They were warm and welcoming when I walked in (even opened two minutes early to let me bother their lunch break). Mitzi was wonderful and when fitting the device she went into plenty of detail to explain how everything worked and made me feel quite comfortable using the machine on my own. This was a great facility and is highly recommended.

I love this company they always delivered my oxygen bottles to me when i get low on oxygen.

All of the staff was so friendly for my husband and I. We had all of our questions answered and made sure that we felt competent about how to operate the equipment before we left. Especially during the fitting process, the original machine was making a weird noise and Mizty didn’t want us to have that one because the motor sounded like something was wrong. She was super helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Ive done business with Healthline in Sherman Texas for years but it seems that lying and dishonesty to grab a few extra dollars is thier moto now. I purchased a new CPAP and paid my co-pay and was told the unit was mine in full. However, for months I received a $15 bill that my wife paid because she thought I wasnt through paying for it. Come to find out they were charging me for modem usage even thought the prescribing doctor never ask for or needed it. Dishonesty has directed me to get my supplies elsewhere!!

My wife and I are both c-pap users. I have a particular problem involving a narrow nose bridge. I told Mitsee (Sherman,TX) that because of my narrow nose I wasn’t getting a good seal and the leaks were too noisy for my wife!Next thing you know, Mitsee has this new mask on my face and no leaks! At my appointment, Mitzi spent so much time answering all of my questions and finding solutions to my problems. She checked for proper mask size even while moving my mouth, air leakage and whether CPAP machine was working properly. She also checked on monitoring my usage, my SIM card and also printed detailed usage reports. She called in a technician who tested my machine to see if it was meeting my required settings. I am very impressed with her knowledge and her friendly patient attitude!

HEALTHLINE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, INC...across West Houston from Dairy Queen. Its been there forever, but I understand its under new management.I am speaking from the point of view of a Medicare patient. The equipment I was given was state of the art, eg. my tubing can be heated. But thats not even the good part. I was met at the door by two staff members who were expecting me by name. Where does that happen?! Then I was introduced to this maze of equipment (intake to nozzel) by Mitzi, in such a methodical yet easy going way, allowing for all my questions and having me practice every step, that I left her knowing that equipment was MINE. Which showed up in my first night of use. I slept without any discomfort or wakefulness. I dont think everybody has as good first night as I did, but Im absolutely sure that Healthline and Mitzi will improve anybodys chances. They go above and beyond because, and its obvious...they truly care about their patients. Where does that happen anymore!?!!

After searching for the best place to get my CPAP I decided to move my prescription over to Healthline. I now know that it was a good decision. I was very reluctant to start using the CPAP, but Mitzi was very pleasant in helping me to learn what masks are available and how to use them.
