In the past, we had very positive experiences here. We have always gotten our computers here whenever any of us need a new one in the house. Today I had a very negative experience. The team member who I was asking for help was not wearing a mask at all. I had a question to ask him, and had brought two of our computers to show him what we needed help with. At first he wouldnt even look at out computers to see what I was asking about. I insisted on him looking at them anyways. He then called one of our computers ancient (a computer that they, by the way sold us). When I told him that I didnt find that very fair to say, he replied not apologizing but by saying again that it was ancient. Usually they are very helpful, but today I received very bad customer service.

Needed a new battery for my iPhone 6, walked in and out in less than 15 minutes. They replaced the battery on my wifes iPhone 6 five months ago. Its so nice to have someone that services Apple products in the Shiloh/O Fallon area. Highly recommended.

I am a 73 year old lady looking for a new laptop. The young salesman refused to put on a mask for my safety. Covid 19 is not a joke. He stated they were a private business and could do as they pleased. I walked out. No customer service or consideration here. So sad.Response to the Owner. This is however a Customer Service issue. The exchange happened exactly as I described. I wouldnt know about your products because the salesperson made no attempt to explain any of the precautions that you took great lengths to itemize in your response. And what I will add this time that I didnt say at first was I did not appreciate his smug attitude. I stand by my 1 rating because thats how I was treated.

The Guys at the store where very knowledgeable and helpful. My Mac couldnt be fixed but they got me in another one reasonably and madesure I was comfortable with it. This is my new go to place for all my computer needs. Cody and Chris are Great! Thanks guys.

Great service and fast! My son had cracked his iPad screen…I brought it in and these guys had it done in a couple of hours. I had called ahead of time and asked a few questions to make sure they understood what they were doing as there can be complications with the fingerprint reader working if the person replacing the screen is not experienced. They assured me that The fingerprint reader can indeed be tricky If you’ve never done it before, but they have done it 100 times before and that is not even a problem for them. The iPad has been working great now for a few weeks...the glass looks like it’s brand new and overall I have been very impressed by their professionalism their knowledge and their skill. They truly care about the service they provide and it shows. Military even get a 10% discount.Highly recommended! I’ll definitely go to them again if I have any issues with my other devices.

Good place to find used/refurbished Mac equipment. It’s going to be a bit more expensive then you’d be able to get from a private sale, but they do back their sells with a limited warranty which is nice. My only suggestion would be more inventory to chose from.

Best service Ive ever had at a cell phone store. Repaired my iPhone for a small fraction of what Apple would charge me. It was almost cheaper than fixing it myself, which I had little to no intrest in doing anyhow. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are amazing! Walked in with a water logged, useless phone, got it back a day later 99% functional. The only thing they couldnt get back was the logic board messed up and now I have to use headphones or speaker phone to make a call. They took extra time to figure it out and tried all they could. Great, inexpensive service. Recommended.

Went in with a 2009 model and a backlight out. Fixed in a day plus had a diagnostic done! Malware cleaned up and excess programs. Job well done! Plus, bought glass cover for phone and it was broke but they took care of it right away. Good customer service! Additionally, Chris took the time to share with me what I would need to do if I ever needed more RAM for my machine. Definitely will be back!

A great experience. Was given a loaner iMac while mine was undergoing troubleshooting to find out why it was randomly quitting during my busiest time of year. After finding out my iMac would need a new logic board I opted to buy a new computer. Experimac Shiloh bought my damaged computer for a reasonable price to use as parts. the loaner computer got me out of a bad jam. I highly recommend this Mac service provider.

I walked in just hoping for advice on what to do about my dead MacBook Pro 2015. Chris took a look at it, had a battery to replace it and changed it that day! WooHoo!Just as a comparison, Durango CO Mac Ranch just told me to buy a new computer. Never going to Mac Ranch again.I can not say enough nice things about Experimac! You guys ROCK!

Suck over priced and don’t give you what your product is worth you can take them a Apple product in never used with apples 1year warranty and the owner will still say he has to cover it in real. I have sold several things to him the bank charges 10 dollars to cash the check he normally rites it 10 over to cover the cost for me but all of a sudden he doesn’t ever remember doing this they offer 50 for a 4th gen Apple tv32gb and sell them for 129 almost retail I would not go to them don’t sell your old Mac use Facebook market place and Craigslist it’s safe don’t let the owner tell u any different. It’s time to put more money in your pocket people and less into these crooks also the 3rd party iPhone screens are not Retina display they are 3rd party cheap go to apple and get OEM and a real warranty.
