They recently switched the locations of Targets customer service desks & the Starbucks around. At this point its now highly inconvenient for folks to get coffee after theyve made their purchases & the entry to the store is effectively clogged. Plus, the special childrens shopping carts are blocking the stores exit. What once was a relatively functional entry & exit way is now a total bottleneck. Good luck with the coming holidays. I see the attempt for uniformity among the other Metro East stores, however, this stores functionality has been sacrificed. Whose ideas were these?

Staff is usually friendly but seems to be only positive thing. They switched the locations to where the help desk used to be so it is awkwardly by the entrance instead of the exit. And almost every time I try to get something it is sold out. They never seem to have anything in stock.

Amazing as usual. Jist covid-19 has made things difficult. But this is everywhere.

Great coffee and the staff is friendly but VERY unorganized. Waiting 30 minutes for two drinks and being asked every five minutes what Im waiting for is ridiculous. Especially when 9 people are working..yes I counted. Its like this every time I go to this location. They need better management to develop a system. For what people pay they dont want one drink fresh and the other sitting for 30 minutes.

Please adjust hours. I just detoured 25 min from a 15 hour drive to get coffee because it said I wouldve made it 10nmin before close which I did. However, it was closed.

I like this location. Fast, friendly and the flavor i always choose: carmel&apple cinnamon is the best.

Asked for a nitro cold brew which they don’t make at this location which is fine instead I ordered a black iced coffee with foam instead. The girl but so much dairy in it that I literally ended up being sick after wards. The second girl working walked by with her hand down that back of her pants didn’t wash them and the proceeded to make someone else’s drink. The fact the she had the AUDACITY To give me a dirty look when I said it out loud is terrible please proactive good hygiene and stop diggin in your butt in front of customers that’s gross

Throughout the entire pandemic we have been able to walk into the store and buy a coffee before shopping, this morning the barista rudely after waiting in line for a few minutes tells me he doesn’t trust me to not take my mask off and take a drink in the store so he is unable to serve me. Not only did this Starbucks lose out on my business today so did target.

Good service, pleasant people and observing social distancing.

They have all the classic Starbucks coffee and tea with the new coffee shop build smell. Right inside the Target, so quick to get your coffee and stuff from Target. Big improvement over the mini-Pizza Hut thing they had.

Rude staff. Asked for a simple house coffee, not a blended anything just a simple cup of coffee. They kept trying to push one of their blended drinks asking repeatedly if I wanted to try various concoctions. Starbucks is supposed to be a coffee shop... why is asking for a simple cup of coffee such a big deal?

Jennifer was working alone, and there was a bit of a line. She handled it like a pro, providing prompt and courteous service, with excellent drinks. She was amazing!

Nothing special, coffee ok but terribly overpriced.

Couldnt come in due to target not letting people in for vulnerable shoppers.

While my drink was spot on the customer service here stunk today! I probably said thank you atleast 6-7 times while in the drive through and not a single time got a response. One more time at the window I said thank you during our money exchange just to see what would happen and yet again got a blank stare. Just plain Rudein my opinion.

Always helpful and great at what they do! Whenever they are out of a seasonal item, I try something the Barista recommends and im never disappointed
