I went to the store to check whether the tinted stain I have is still good. We bought it in 2015 but never used. Ryan, the store clerk that day was very nice. After checking the stain he told me it was still good.We bought a few brushes of different sizes a few days later and we received the same nice help from another clerk, Christian.I returned for another gallon of stain and the same commendable help was received.

Great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe the person that helped me was named Amy. Even though Im a DIYer she took the time to explain options and lead me in the right direction

They were very helpful and patient helping me with what type of paint and explaining my many questions.

Update** after working with Blake the store manager we came to a solution on the service. Blake was extremely accommodating and great to work with. After this experience I would go back to this store and happily give them my money!While the quality of the product that I received was good the staff member i interacted with was awful. He was not interested in helping and while I was not fully prepared when I walked in the store he was just annoyed that I was there. I returned the next day to collect some samples I brought in that the staff member had forgotten to return to me and he didn’t even acknowledge me beyond saying he would be with me In a moment from across the room. I would not recommend going to this location and to find another one.

The team members at Shiloh are exceptional. After spending nearly 20 minutes in a neighboring store without being greeted, I walked in to a friendly associate who immediately offered to assist. I received help and made a purchase in less than 10 minutes and will be back. Its worth an extra few minutes to visit this particular store. Thanks!

I hate to rate this store as I have only been there a few times, but today, I was ready to buy my paint, I had researched the color online and was ready to buy. I go to this location and Madilyn slowly came out to speak to me. I told her what (2) colors I wanted and she had to get into a drawer and I noticed she seemed lost. I told her, I got it off your website. Finally, after a bit, I said, is there an issue, cant you find it? She said, I cant find it. Really? It is on your website for sale and you cant find it or make it? She seemed so unconcerned, she walked off mumbling and I asked, can you at least find another location that might have it?! She picked the work phone and then hung it up quickly. I asked her, are you new? She said, yes. I asked if someone else could help me. She said, no. I am the only one here, the Asst. Mngr. is gone to the bank to deposit the cash. I explained she just did not seem like she cared which is worse than the new part. She picked up her cell phone and walked away and called someone. She finally came back and she, she will be here in a few minutes. Those minutes past and I gave up and left and went 2 stores down to get lunch. This is the funny and sad part, we were there long enough to be 4 sandwiches to go and apparently this Asst. Mngr. came in to get a soda and as we left, she did also and walked into this location, seriously??? What a waste of a trip for me. I wont go back to this location and not sure about this company, this was a waste of my trip today. I hope upper management reads this and sends the newbies to the bank, they should be able to handle that one, apparently the paint business and customer service is not this girls strong suite.

After being ignored at the Sherwin Williams in Belleville, I went to this location. The staff were both helpful and friendly. The selection is excellent and I will definitely go back. It was worth the extra drive.
