I have had nothing but good experiences at this particular UPS Store and with the staff. They are helpful and always friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

Not sure how anyone could think otherwise, unless they are mad at the world.I have recently had the need to use shipping service on a regular basis, and I never thought Id say it, but I dont dread shipping anymore. I gladly pass by SEVERAL freight services to go here. I cant think of a business that is much better in regards to value, speed, and friendliness. 5 stars for sure.

From my limited experience. This location is lacking in customer service. I don’t know if the gentleman was tired or off but I just left and they need to reassess how they address customers.

I take Amazon returns here almost weekly and they are always so nice and so quick. Today I sent an overnight package in addition to an Amazon return and the associate was so friendly and efficient that I wanted to write a review just to mention it.

I’m not sure how people are rating this store so highly.This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Never have I gone into a business and had a teenager claiming to be the manager scream at me for losing my package.I suspect heavily that my item was stolen, it was an apple watch I was returning. The boy was defensive before I even explained my issue.
I always come to the OFallon store. They are so fast, Im never inside more than a couple minutes. The employees are very friendly and couteous!
ETA: On Tuesday, Nick called to inform me that after reviewing the tape from Saturday, he agreed that things were handled incorrectly. He said that they would be sending me a refund for the over charge and that he’s spoken to the original employee.I went in on Saturday morning to ship a package to California. I had gone in with a package that was all set to go just needed the tracking/shipping label. I admit I was in a bit of a hurry and couldn’t deal with everything at the time I was in the store but when I was able to sit down and look at the receipt I noticed charges that didn’t need to be there and a shipping cost that seemed WAY to high for what I was shipping. When I went in to ask about things on Monday after work, I was told that they took my box, wrapped it in bubble wrap then put that into another box. I was also told had I come back on Saturday they could do something. I told them, I had been in a hurry to get to work and that they closed before I got off. The comment about coming in Saturday and they close at 3 was repeated. I said that I work from 9:45- 4 so I wouldn’t have been able to. Based on the receipt, the box that was used was WAY to big to be used. It was to the point that I paid 4x as much as I should have. Nothing had been communicated with me about it having to go into a larger box or about bubble wrap being needed. I was asked the basic questions, asked to sign a paper, charged, given a receipt, and that’s it. Not even a tracking/shipping label for myself. The situation on Saturday was not handled correctly and even when I went back in things were not handled correctly.
I always receive cheerful service from this location, but today they went above and beyond!I was there on 9/3 around 11:10, had two Amazon returns. The young man took my packages and wrote down my email, phone number and QR codes of the return packages. I asked if it is the new procedure, he said their system is down, hell get the information and finish the process after system comes back up.He could have turned me away and made my morning a frustration like what Belleville store did a month ago. Nowadays business gives too many excuses to not do their job right, but the young man didnt mention their system was down just proceed as how Id expect.Sorry I didnt get your name the staff who helped me, and I hope you got my codes right (sorry I was distracting) Thank you for keeping this great work ethic during this crazy time.
Nick and Sam are awesome! I always get prompt, friendly service. They take excellent care of all my shipping needs whether it’s a drop off return or multiple packages heading to a variety of destinations. They are professional and I know my things are in careful, competent hands.

Today the manager asked me about my broken arm, and when he found out I was recently in a car accident, showed such sympathy and wished me the best. Great Store!!!I have a mailbox with this store. I drive a semi and they are directly off the interstate. Could not be a more convenient location. Nick and Sam are the two main workers there pretty much every hour the store is open. This is extremely helpful when you have to call to have your mail forwarded and when you have the same type of print jobs on a regular basis. I have had mailboxes in many states through many UPS Stores and competitors. This UPS Store is by far the most professional and the best! I do not know what i would do with out them. I wouldnt suggest going there. They were very rude and didnt have information informing you what to do to drop off a prepaid package. DONT GO TO MICHAELS!

Arrived 2 minutes before closing with a couple of documents that needed to be shipped and a prepaid label. She grabbed a mailing envelope, printed the receipt and took care of the rest for me. BEWARE!!!Brought 6 packages in on January 7, 2020 and one was a usps package. ( truly I didn’t realize it was since it had came to my home via ups from Sephora). It was a Dyson Air Wrap that was a gift. Didn’t like it so was returning to Sephora and dropped it off at the ups store. They took the package and scanned and it shows on my receipt. Couples weeks had gone by checked with Sephora and they had not received my package and says it was never scanned in with usps. So, basically it shows like I never shipped it. Called the store and asked and they said it went to usps went to the local post office in ofallon and the manager tried to track the package and check to make sure it wasn’t somewhere at the local post office nothing came of it, the tracking number does not show as ever being received by the post office. So, I have a $500 dollar package that I dropped off at ups and have proof of dropping off and it is missing and the ups store will not help to find they say it’s the usps problem and yet usps has no record of my package being given to them. Not sure if it was stolen at the store and never shipped. The store just says it’s not their problem!!Even tho they took my package and they accept usps package all day!! They will not help to get my package or show any proof it was handed over to usps so that I can file a claim with them.. not a good business at all.. no loyalty to customers or help when true assistants is needed!!!!

Great service! I needed to print my closing documents. Have 7 different documents notarized and then overnight to California for the next morning. I was running late walked in door at 1750 hours within ten minutes they had it all complete for me and on their last truck which left at 1800 hours. Thank you all for simplifying the process that would have taken me days to complete! I have no idea what is would do without this store!
This is a great place to drop off packages without having to travel to the UPS location in Belleville after hours. The staff here is always very nice, fast and timely. I would recommend this place to others. I especially like it because I never have to wait in long lines here. If there are more than 2 or 3 people waiting to send packages, the other employees pitch in and help out everyone. I think this is a great spot.
Talk about customer service! This is the place!! Nick (cheerfully) went out of his way to take care of my package. Just experienced the worst customer service in my life! Not only was a young male worker (didnt catch his name) extremely rude to me, so was his manager (Jerome), who apparently is also the owner. I understand this is a busy season for this type of work, but hire more people then! When I was in there, there was only 1 other customer and did not deserve the treatment I received simply for asking them to measure/weigh my package that I was PAYING THEM to pack/mail. My company has an account with UPS and I will NEVER be returning to this branch! Sad thing is that I wont be returning to Dierbergs either, since thats where this place is.
Ive been a customer of this business for 20 years, dating back through two previous owners, a different location, and even a different franchise name. That fact speaks volumes. I have very high expectations & demands as a business professional. They consistently deliver with wonderful people, attentive & caring ownership, and first class products & services.

The staff at this location was awesome! I had alot of printing to do and they took there time. They also help to entertain my almost 2 year with coloring, stickers, and the packaging bubbles. The manager actually got down on the carpet and colored with him! We will definitely be visiting this location again!

They deserve A -10. I went on 12/12/19 to deliver my sons package by 12/16/19 thru TheUpsStore on Green Mount Crossing. Nick quickly took my package that was in need of a box and told me it would be boxed AND delivered by 12/16/19. I received a receipt from Nick and was shown my Tracking Number to find my package. After Monday afternoon I went on the UPSSTORE site to track my package. It could not be find.I called the 800 number and it could not be find. After about 3 more dead ends. A rep in the 800 line told me it was sent USPS. I was highly confused because I sent it thru UPS, and it was now with USPS. After speaking with Nick on the morning of 12/17/19 he informed me it was sent by USPS because I did not send it premium delivery. Nick not anyone else at the store informed me my package would be sent UPSP because I didnt pay the 50 and 30 dollar delivery options. I live 2 blocks from the Post Office. I would have sent my package boxed and all myself has I known this is what Nick was going to do. My Son received the package on today the 12/17/19 and not only was it only Put in bubble wrap NOT A BOX LIKE I REQUESTED., someone opened his gift, left their fingerprints all over it and didnt replace it in the original box correctly. Nick and everyone else at the store treated me as if I knew the way my package would be sent. I did not. I requested for the owners info and he kept telling me he was the owner. They treated me like I was at fault for their noncommunicational skills. Not Once Was I informed of another agency taking my package. The Store Workers Are rude and careless with the valuables we all send. Now Im going back and fourth with them and USPS company because my package was never sent correctly from the beginning.

I have been here a few times and I swear, if they could charge me for the air I breathe they would. I wanted to just drop off a prepaid package and they wanted to CHARGE ME a fee?! Thats completely NOT ok with me. Id much rather drive a bit further and go to Post Pack and Ship and drop off my package for FREE, have a nice conversation, and even grab a snack and a soda for a few cents. This store is a rip off. Dont bother going here!!!

I found out they offered printing services and it has really been a great convenience for me. I can simply email my document over and tell them exactly what I need and they email or call me back to let me know its done! Its like having a secretary with out the payroll!! It also saves on my printer ink, because I dont like to use the home printer for big/quality jobs.

Clerk insisted on knowing exactly what was in my package (simply a purse), which felt intrusive. When I asked if they have to ask everyone exactly what they are shipping, she says yes because it could be a bomb. The other employee chimed in it has happened. This was a ridiculous situation. I will not ship through this site. Im sticking with regular USPS in the future.

I have been here a couple of times and it was fine until today. I have a package to drop off for Amazon, I usually print out the prepaid label myself and just go in to drop it off. This past 2 times my printer is acting up so I go to the store to print out the label. Last time it was fine. They took care of it quickly, took about 2 minutes in total. This time I came in, send them the label twice, they kept saying nothing shows up. I kept checking again and again to see if I typed in the right email address and I did. So they told me to wait. 10 minutes past and they still say nothing showed up. So I go in and sent the label again. They finally came out and said sorry she(i guess manager) switched email thats why we didnt see your label. Would you like to just leave your package with us or would you like to wait for us to switch email? Im like how long does it take to switch email accounts? Cause i d like to get my receipt i mean this is a log in and log out. And its their fault I have been standing here waiting. The lady that look like the manager (short brown hair) came out and asked me if i need help. And im like im still waiting for my label! And she was like oh one second and walked away... took forever for them to get the label for me. There is a reason people get prepaid labels. Its to save time cause I dont have time to stand around and wait for your mistake.
Charging $1 to tape a box shut is already over the top but now charging another $1 to print out a UPS label at a UPS store is ludicrous. Pack and Ship does both free of charge which is exactly where I went and will go from now on.
They have always got me in & out very quickly! It takes longer to find a parking space & make the icy walk in than to complete my stuff @ UPS store!
