This used to be my go to spot for my hair needs. Not anymore! I really despise business that don’t care about repeat customers and the lying on the government concerning exchanges and returns.Just went here to “EXCHANGE” an unopened ponytail and the Asian guy who l thought was happy with me coming to shop every couple of days to every week or so would not allow me to exchange for something l needed. I am very rationale when it come to personal items such a ponytail. I really just wanted to exchange for a different color. He proceeded to tell me the government said he can’t make exchanges. Umm we live I capitalist America all lies.Moral of the sorry don’t buy from here because you can’t return here. It’s ok to take my money but when l need customer service it is not apart of this establishment.I have a right to exchange goods in original unopened unused packaging. Period!I will not shop here ever again. My money matters to me!

You can always find the last minute things you need here. Clerk is awesome and very helpful. Never worry if you buy too much of something bring back unopened package for exchange with other great products

I shop here quite alot The stories is always clean and very well lite The Owner is a very nice guy that greets you every time you walk into his store with a smile on his face No one follows you around like youre going to steal something so youre free to take your time and look He has just about everything You may need when it comes to hair and beauty and if you dont find it just tell him and the next time you come back most likely it will be there He always has a worker thats also very polite and very willing to help as is he,,,, He tries his best to always keep up with the trend So its not like you are going into a store and see in the same things all the time His prices are for the area in which we live in we live in Long Island his prices are still not bad at all,, and most times he always has sale on Different Bundles of hair which helps alot The Owner is also very understanding and makes sure his customers are satisfied with the products that he sells in his store I had an incident with hair that I bought in his store one time I must say he did his best to rectify the situation And I left his store very happy and contented Like most stores you go to and run into a problem with their product their quick to point blame and refuse to listen I didnt have to raise my voice not once I didnt have to get upset nor did he,,, there was a smile on his face the whole time while making sure that I was satisfied will another product I will definitely recommend this store to everyone 😊

Person behind counter very rude. I bought a hair color and when I got home realized that I got the wrong shade. Went right back and wanted to swap it out for the one I wanted and they wouldnt. The box was never opened. I returned about an hour after orginal purchase and she said she did not remember me. I have no clue what happened to receipt so that was my bad... But all I wanted was an exchange.

Great, I love this store We never had a beauty supply in this area that is willing to accommodate every customer. If they dont have what you need they will get it in stock just for you. A+ service will definitely recommend to others.

I just came back from this place, and I LOVE IT!!!! Omg, I was going to a place out in Brentwood that has POOR selection and swore, over the phone, that they had what I was looking for. I wasted my time, money there, and hated what I bought. I just found out about Starbox, and they are literally RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER from me, and I didnt know! They sell ALL WIG BRANDS, EVEN FULL!!! I bought one from them, terrified it wouldnt fit my big head (and I also have thick hair underneath), and not only does it fit, but theres even extra space for those days I just wanna put my hair into simple braids and go. I LOVE IT! Plus, theyre super sweet, very helpful, and the store is very clean and well-kept. I got parking right outside the doors. I will be back!!!
