Store was extremely clean. Workers were pleasant and helpful.....I was able to find what I needed.

My home store! Welcoming and They have the best customer service! They realize Im a regular so they are accommodating and I greatly appreciate it. Example: They didnt have the Into the Night body spray without sprinkles so they called another location and had them hold it for me.

Just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to store manager Ashley. The district manager that oversees this location needs to know what an great, friendly, outgoing personality and organized manager she is. With lines out the door and wrap down the store front today (With one of the busy day of the season)she never stop helping and assisting customers and still kept smiling. It was an a pleasure dealing with her. Because honestly been to alot of stores for the holiday shopping but have not receive that type of service were someone actually like there job and enjoys helping an person. Great job!!!👍👍

This bath and body works is always clean and well stocked. I have never had a bad experience in here, the service is great. There is always someone there to help you find what you need.

Store appearance is neat. Items are neatly arranged. Number of people allowed inside is limited, so there is a small line outside the door. Social distancing is observed here, which is a good thing in todays times.

They are following all covid protocols. Cleaning counters after every purchase, limiting customers in the store. Great products.

From the start of COVID-19 this place has been protecting the customers by strict social distancing. Disinfecting the countertop in between each customers. Very smart 🤓.

Visited the store with my daughter yesterday. Their greeter was VERY informative as to why we had to wait on line (only 8 shoppers allowed at one time) and use of sanitizer upon entering. She also sanitized the door handles after each customer. Store was amazingly clean. They even wiped down counters after each transaction.I will shop at this location going forward instead of going into a mall

Stopped in and they had some good sales so we purchased a few items. My wife really likes this store and it is a nice store

Super friendly employees. I love how knowledgeable they are. I told them I just burned the last but of my favorite candle and they didnt have it anymore. She asked what it was called and found me something very similar!! I am so happy!! Plus the candles are on sale this week! Win/win! And they always give bags and ribbon so you can wrap your items!

Always clean and polite staff, but had to go back a few times for the scent I was looking for.

Was in there the other night Christmas shopping computer network crashed VERIZON problems staff was very cool about it but I was personally waiting on line for 45-1Hr / cash or charge didnt matter because it was a network issue again and there was at least 15 more people behind us.
