They definitely wanted to get me in a car and could tell i was pretty desperate to get into a car. All in all we got a deal done for not much down but they are definitely coming out on top of the deal. So my advice is if you can afford it and arent in a rush make sure to shop around a but you may find something better for much cheaper and once you sign with them its in blood so just shop around if you can.

Bought a used Hyundai Elantra from this location back in 2018, and its held up as a sturdy little car. I was nervous a used rental car might drive badly or have issues but Ive had zero issues since purchasing! The process was so painfree, I test drove three cars and had signed and financed the best of the three in under two hours! If youre leery about sales people or shady tactics on used car lots, I suggest coming here, theyre clear and straightforward, no tomfoolery!

Good car-buying experience overall. Spent less than 2 hours on-site and drove away with our new/used car that we purchased. Price was competitive for the low mileage vehicle. Only drawback was our new car had one tire that was worn and did not match the other three, which had lots of tread life left. I ordered a new tire through our local tire shop to match the other three on the vehicle. Aside from that minor issue, I recommend Enterprise Car Sales for folks looking for a well maintained, low mileage late model vehicle via a no hassle purchase process.

I will always recommend purchasing from a rental agency when buying a new used car. Enterprise was polite, answered my questions, and valued my time. I strongly recommend reading up on GAP Coverage before visiting, as it is a more complex product that may come up.

I wrestled with the star rating for quite a while and settled on 1 star even though some aspects of service were actually 5 stars. The good: Nikki, the sales person was awesome. Very communicative, on top of everything, and very friendly and professional. 5 stars for her. Id buy a car from her any day. Good luck with your career. The bad: Jim Lane. While everyone at the dealership (including all customers) tried their hardest to create a safer shopping environment during the COVID-19 crisis by using face masks, hand sanitizer, etc., he casually walks in and promptly takes off his mask and proceeds to walk around the whole place like its pre-corona times. None of the employees advised him to put his mask back on for the protection of everyone around him. I confronted him, he put his mask on, but you could tell he didnt care (I give him the benefit of the doubt that he understands why masks are important). As a high-risk individual, I appreciate to do business with companies that make shopping safer. Its simply a sign of care, respect, and solidarity for those around you. The mask you wear is primarily for anyone around you! I was in the final stages of buying a $26,000 truck, but I cant spend money at a place that employs people that couldnt give a damn to protect customers and co-workers. I am sorry, Nikki, but Jim cost you your first sale today.

I have been buying cars from enterprise since 2008 and I have bought more than 10 cars for my self and family members. All the cars that we got from them we never had any issues and when they hit 100k we trade them in. They will give Kelly blue book trade in plus extra $500 to $1000 depending your customer history. Isaac Ruiz is my favorite sales person. After, buying a lot of cars from him now we become friends. I highly recommend enterprise car sales.

The vehicle received high marks from our mechanics review and the no-haggle price was fair. The sales rep was friendly and accommodating - delivering the vehicle over 90 miles from the dealership - after hours.The process of financing has been problematic as they couldnt accommodate the paperwork for the 84 month term that my financial institution allows and approved. I am still waiting for the loan to be booked (3+ weeks), because the dealer has not yet provided all the required paperwork to the financial institution.The vehicle was delivered without floor mats or owners manual and the interior needed cleaning - especially carpets. We are still waiting for the promised replacement items.I would purchase from them again, but would know what to ask/check for before I took possession of the vehicle.

However, test driving cars was not as straightforward as one may think of given the lock-down issue due to  COVID-19. Therefore I decided to rent cars from various manufacturers through rental car companies to get a real taste of how each car may drive without any long-term commitment and obligation.  With that said  I opted to go with Enterprise car rental since I was a member of the Enterprise car rental community and rented a Subaru Legacy which I liked very much. When I was ready to make a purchase, I changed my mind and decided on Subaru Outback instead. However, within 24 hours I decided Outback is not the right car for me, and returned the car and exchanged it for a Legacy.I think my experience could have been a nightmare if I went for a traditional dealer (pressure,pressure,pressure) or private party (limited selection). Ive been to other car lots dont really like how they treat you when your credit isnt that good theyll tell you to come on down Ill get you in even though your credit is not good you get down there its just a line of BS not here though we dealt with Katie shes a great salesperson talk to her numerous times over the phone even had to delay by in our new Jeep she said no problem got exactly what we wanted got down there was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes explained all things to us they have a great warranty plan too I highly suggest coming to this car lot to buy your next vehicle and great prices here too I will never shop anywhere else

I worked with 2 people, and both knew their inventory, AND the inventory of their other offices and helped me pick just the right car for what I was looking for!Im extremely picky, but not even in a very solid way, I need to FEEL the car, and they were able to work with that!I got 2 keys, and on one of them, the little loop that you use to hang it on your keychain was broken. I brought it in, and they got me a brand new key, and gave me the one with the broken loop (the key itself still worked) and did it all for free, on my time.All in all, great experience, definitely worth checking them out!

I am so Happy with my new car. I totaled my car in an accident. Rented through Enterprise which has always been good. The employee who picked me up in the rental car told me about Enterprise car sales. I had forgotten but quite a few years back I bought a car through them and it was a good experience the car did not give us any problems and we had it for years.So I called them and they worked with me on financing, I also was able to get a 4 year warranty on a car that was 2 years old. My car payment is doable and I have such a great car that you can tell it was taken car of.The people were so nice, no stress.This was such a good experience, you would not be sorry to check it out

The search and filter features on their website made shopping online easy. I then called the Enterprise in North Seattle and Kim answered my questions. I asked her what days she worked and she said she would be happy to come in on her day off (Wednesday) if that helped. My wife and I made an online appointment for a Monday. After looking at a few cars we test drove one and liked it. The team sanitized an area so I could fill out a credit application that linked to my bank BECU. They discovered that my drivers license had expired three days prior and they sat me at another computer for the DMV and I renewed my license. We arrived at 10 AM and by 1 PM we were driving away in our 2018 Nissan Sentra SV. Great crew and a great deal on the car!

After my Honda CRV was totaled, my husband rented a car with Enterprise. We wanted to replace the CRV with a safe SUV. After some research, my husband talked to Fred at the Aurora Enterprise in Shoreline who told him about Enterprise car sales. The day we returned the rental, we both met with Fred who showed us what was available. He showed us a 2019 Nissan Rogue which had the safety features we wanted. Fred’s customer service is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. The site had a good selection of nicely maintained vehicles as well as access to many others at different locations. They went out of their way to move a vehicle from another site so that I could test drive it locally. The process was straightforward and relatively quick to make the purchase, and after the sale they caught an error in the paperwork which ended up saving me a lot of money.

I just bought my THIRD Chevy Suburban from Enterprise in Shoreline WA. Service was top notch, while some of the quality checks had missed stuff, the sales staff took care of it right away. The windshield was cracked, didnt have info on oil change or brake wear, and was missing a center console tray, but again, the dudes sent Safelight windshield glass to my work and had the windshield fixed in a jiffy. Info was sent after about the oil and brakes and, dude offered to give me straight cash on what I paid for the center console tray. I go back there to buy my trucks because its easy, car anxiety free and they give you a fair price for your trade in. Ill go back for my 4th rig in few years.

Great experience at Enterprise. They only have cars 1-3y old, and although I was interested in something older they spend a lot of their time giving me advice and explain things. They seemed very trustworthy and honest. I will definitely go back if I want a a newer car.

We felt at home right from the start. Desiree, Richard and their team were open, friendly and incredibly honest about every detail, and that allowed us to feel safe during the whole buying process. Although the buying experience was great, it turns out that there is a recall on this vehicle that Enterpriwse did not do. It is now up to me to take the vehicle into the dealer and hopefully that fill fix the serious/safety problem I am having with this vehicle. Good job Enterprise.
