If I can give negative stars I would!!! absolutely worst experience Ive ever had was not sold the phone in the photo was haggled on site by a person not even wearing a mask despite state law, they tried raising the price to sell me a worse quality phone I ended up with a phone with dead pixels that they claim were in the photo, they actually hid with a sticker in the photo! absolutely unacceptable business quite positive theyre selling stolen phones, very sketchy vibe. I made the mistake of informing them that I was disabled and had a brain injury and was in desperate need after breaking my phone and they fully took advantage of all of it do not go here unless you want ripped off

Fair deals, cash only was disappointing but thats a personal preference. Swappa or individual seller works better imho in this scenario. 🍀✌😊

These guys gave me a week to return the phone if i diddnt like it. SELLING a previous-gen phone for 500 dollars off is going to be HARD, so take it slow and give the guys a break.You can download apps, and test the phones in the store, TAKE YOUR TIME and pick the phone with the best balance for you here. They wont lie to you, you just need to be careful.Test the screen, the speakers, the wifi, make a call. Watch a super dark video. Then a super BRIGHT video. If its all good then you just got a hell of a deal.

I have bought around 7 or 8 phones here. Best place to buy unlocked used phones in great condition. Customer service is fantastic. Fair to low prices. They are cash only so dont go without cash, checks and credit cards are not accepted. I will continue to be a customer and if you go there you might too.

Sold me a phone still on contract owing $160 something. This guy is a scammer con artist that sells stuff in the same condition as Craigslist, just about 75-125 more expensive. he will try and sell you defective hardware hoping that you dont notice, and then try to charge you more when you bring it back for one that does work correctly. Absolute scumbag, this guy should go out of business.

My friend told me about this place, i went to tmobile to check the phones but prices was way too much so i went to this place and find the same price for half of the price . its lightly used but i am happy to pay half price for the phone i wanted to buy .

I had to buy a phone quick after I lost one. I found this guy selling on Craigslist and the place looked a bit shady when I went in. Instead he was really helpful. He made sure the phone I got would work on my carrier abd made sure I had a good battery. I will go back the next time I want a used phone.

All the 5 star reviews are fake. The majority of 5 star people only have a single review, and of all places this place. USE YOUR HEAD. Super Shady. Sold me an unlocked verizon phone for use with a t-mobile sim card. Problem is you cannot unlock a verizon phone to use the same mobile network as t-mobile. He straight lied to me. All sales all final BS I had a witness to what he said to me. I just want my money back.

Buy at your own risk. warranty is 14 days and they are not willing to stand behind the products they sell.this is a fair review. nothing made upwent to buy a phone. seemed legit. phone looked ok for a used phone.paid more than I would for a same phone on craigslist hoping that they would take care of me if something happens.a month later my mom says the phone has been dropping calls constantly and freezing. nothing has been installed its just as they gave it to me.before I sent it to her I noticed some nicks looks like the phone was dropped before. but I didnt give it a second thought.politely asked the seller to work with me since the phone was obviously defective when I bought it and he just blew me off like its not his problem since he already got my money and could care less.because even with new phones the problems might show up few months later and 14 days warranty really doesnt help with anything its just a sales pitch...so a warning for people buying from used cellphone stores. its like buying from a used car dealer... you never know where your phone has been prior to you buying it... a small business should be a bit more flexible on their policies. we are small business also and honor lifetime wararnty without question. thats why we have a 5 star review...

Find this guys on offer up went in to see the phone, it was in great condition almost new resonable price after i was doing serch for a phone i felt more safe to buy from a actual store not a privet person and happy made a right desission . nice people they even helped me to transfer my sim from my metro pcs phone to my new phone and also they did took a time to call meteo pcs for me to set everything right and also did a test call to make sure everything is working right . will be back for my new phone :)

They sold me broken phones and refused to exchange it. I would say that poor customer service.

Avoid business here. They’ll promise a full refund within 2 weeks but then they will deny this if you come back wanting a refund.

Phones dose come with warranty . someone lest a revue that the phone did not worked after a week that is not true . there is 14 days Replacement warranty on the product if the phone dose not work right .

Bought two phones over 500$ worth and both stopped working of course after two weeks exactly so that blows.

Phone store dose provide a 14Days Replacement warranty in case if there is anything wrong with a item they do replacement with no question ask . replacement warranty dose not mean that you can crack a screen and bring back the broken phone to replace . Lets be Fair .
