Eamon is such a champion! When a box would not fit in my car, he walked on foot to my apartment to personally deliver it by hand!Tristan was so friendly and helpful too. I rented a storage unit here over summer and I highly recommend. The area was well maintained the customer service was phenomenal! Every time I’ve gone into the office I have had an amazing experience. Tristan helped me move out of my unit and was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the process very easy!

My husband and I just moved here from the east coast and needed to find a storage space to use until we found a more permanent home. We are very glad that we discovered West Coast Self-Storage Sheridan Beach. Eamon and Tristan made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. Not only were they knowledgeable about their services, but they were very friendly and personable. We highly recommend them and appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

The staff is great! (Thank you Tristan & Eamon!) The facility is clean and easy to get in an out of. I always felt safe there, no matter what time of day I was there (which says a lot for Seattle these days!). We had a Pod delivered and had to move everything from the Pod to the storage unit. The staff was very helpful in facilitating that. They were just as helpful with the movers who came to unload the unit when we moved out.

I had a great experience signing the lease and moving in. Tristan was really helpful with getting started and showing me around the facility. It was super easy to get my things moved in with the loading area and dollies, and the whole facility was very clean and felt secure. 11/10!!

It’s a very clean & well maintained location. I like and appreciate that they pay attention to the security cameras and that you can only go to the floor in which YOUR unit is on, as you have to use your code to take the elevator, which only allows you access to the floor your assigned to & I feel reassured that my unit is secured & no one can just wonder around the place or break into my unit without being seen on camera. Also I appreciate that it’s month to month leasing so you aren’t locked into an agreement, in case your unable to continue paying if something arises . The employees are also very nice & very helpful as well.

I had called a storage units facility, and there a very patient and kind and recommended this location. I had called and immediately got to Drew. Drew had phenomenal customer service, I have worked in customer service and medical customer service for the past 15 years. He was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and walked me through everything. He found multiple units when I was unsure of this size I needed and in my price range. When he brought me (with my own map 😁) and advised me where and how I could pack things in. I said to him Wow, you having doing this a long time and he was beyond appreciative it being his first day! I had no idea!! The management of a short staffed team helped with very detailed information as made sure I was comfortable with everything. I truly think Drew is a very special and stupendous part of this team at West Coast Self Storage. Even though its called self storage I was never alone. Drew made me feel like a long time friend. I used this storage facility for quite some time and have never had a single issue with them. They have always been pleasant and courteous, both over the phone and in person. The facility is secure and well acclimated so you should have no worries there either. I have used MANY different storage facilities over the years and if we hadnt moved, I would still be using them. BIG SHOUTOUT to Scott and Tristan for helping me with some move out issues I was having and for being extremely supportive through a tough move I was dealing with. Thanks guys and HIGHLY reccomend!

After a few issues with reserving with spare foot, Tristin was awesome and super helpful and help me get to the right unit for me. He even helped me to switch units the same day because I changed my mind And decided I wanted a different unit last minute. I was truly impressed by this storage company. Not only was this facility clean, it was very secure with cameras everywhere. And nice elevators that could hold up to 2 carts. The staff members Scott and Tiffany were really nice and helpful. And they had all the answers to our questions. Getting the unit and going through all the setup process was so fast and simple. The loading dock was easy to get in and out of with code gates at each end. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Doing most of the sign up work on line was wonderfully helpful and efficient. The online discounted rate was also very helpful. Ive used a few different storage facilities in the past and I have to say that WCSS - Sheridan Beach tops them all. First of all, the facility is very secure and I feel very comfortable storing my things there and being on the property even at night. Each renter has their own individual entrance code to get beyond the gate and to take the elevator. The elevator will only take the renter to their individual floor, adding another layer of security. Another cool thing is that on many of their units the door is on the wide side of the unit (e.g., for a 10 x 5, the door is on the 10 side) which makes it really easy to access your stuff without having to take a bunch of stuff out.When I first started storing there I worked mostly with Tiffany, the manager. She provided great customer service and was always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide me with additional information. On top of that she is very friendly and positive and it makes for great interactions with her. I recently began working with Scott, the assistant manager, when I needed to upgrade to a bigger storage space. I wasnt sure what size I needed and I was in a time crunch, so I was frazzled and indecisive but was so grateful that Scott was so patient and helpful. He was very understanding and worked to make the transition go smoothly even with all my indecisiveness. He really went the extra mile to find me a solution to my expanded storage needs that was close to my current storage space and without incurring a lot of extra costs. I am really grateful for his help during this stressful time. I also had the pleasure of working with Colby, who was in training when I met him. He presented as very knowledgeable and personable and was very willing to help provide a great customer experience. Thank you to all of you!

This is a great storage facility! Fair pricing and great customer service. The facility is secure, clean, and well lit. Scott and Tiffany are both really accessible and helpful. They also have good deals on packing supplies!

Love the storage the employees are helpful and they are open til 10pm which is nice. All in all its a good place to store your belongings safe and convenient.

The location and spaces are very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly Nice! The only minor issue I had was with regards to the elevators and constantly having to add the code and hold the door open. Made the flow of moving a bit more difficult.That said, very glad we moved our stuff from public storage to here! Great deal when first signing up as well

I reserved a Uhaul several days ahead. However, Uhaul kept changing my reservation 10 miles out from the original chosen point. We checked with site locations to confirm there were available trucks and were under my name. Sadly, Uhaul kept moving our location over and over and over again.That being said, Tiffany at West Coast Self Storage was amazing, super friendly, incredibly helpful and over all the absolute best! She helped me over the phone, returned my calls, ensured I had their location code for Uhaul and the correct number for the Uhaul contact center. She was also there for pick up and drop off and of course was incredibly helpful. If ever anyone is in need of storage or a uhaul in this area, I would very highly recommend this location. Thanks Tiffany and West Coast Self Storage for having people like her!

Terrible billing

It was a great facility that I felt safe going to and I knew my stuff was secure. Unfortunately they DOUBLED the rent overnight for my small unit making it absolutely unreasonable. Be warned once you move all your belongings in be prepared for the sticker shock when they decided the increase their prices.Update: They were able to rectify the situation when they realized that I did not sign an introductory rate. They reimbursed me for for the excess charges and ensure I was being charged correctly going forward.

We have used several storage facilities in the area and this one is the best! Dennis is so helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend this place!

This facility is very nice and clean (it was built in June 2017), with excellent security. The customer service I experienced was top notch. Highly recommend. Prices seem reasonable, too - my 5X5 on the second floor is about $70/month.
