I had the pleasure of being helped by Josh in printing ... He guided me through the process of resizing and adjusting the colors to perfection. More that pleased with the quality of service. Ill be recommending this location for printing from here on out.

The store is clean and the staff seem to be helpful and friendly. I didnt really interact with them though. I went for some college rule composition books and found a total of 2. The shelf was bare and its not even a back to school time frame. So, I didnt get what I went for but the lady at the checkout counter was nice when I walked by to leave.

Called them to find out where to recycle electronics. They said they do it there. Show up and they want to be paid for the box to do the service? That isnt recycle in my opinion, its waste removal.

This OfficeMax is clean, bright, and there always seem to be folks available to help you find the things you cant find on the shelves.It is RARE for me to actually walk into an office supply store anymore (thats what Amazon is for, right?) but when I do need to, this OfficeMax is where I come.

Customer service was great! My husband and I were well taken care of. The gentleman answered all the questions I had when purchasing my printer.

I went in to office depot and I was helped by an employee Clayton Powell in the print center, he was so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and he calmly talked me threw it, I am so grateful to him. He is a model employee, and he made my experience wonderful. GIVE THIS GUY A PAY RAISE!!!!!

Really good experience working with Alex in the printing center. I had originally taken my project to another printing company and was very unhappy with their customer service. I decided to try OfficeMax because I was in the neighborhood. I am really glad I came here because they were so professional and friendly and very competent. The project I needed help with was not easy but Alex took it over and did it with ease. I highly recommend this operation!

Good service but dont take advice on printers. Every experience has been great, the people are nice, helpful. But I think its best to do your research on printers before buying. After kind of knowing what I wanted I thought that in would compare what the sales rep thought. He was so excited about a certain printer that I spent the extra money and bought it. I took it home and looked up the reviews and its a good thing I did because its one of the worst customer rated printers on Amazon as well as best buy and newegg. I dont think the sales guy was purposely trying to stick me with a bad purchase. The specs on the printer was better on paper but in actuality is a thirsty, unreliable printer. Once again I dont think the rep was trying to sell me a bad product I just think maybe they should have a little bit more knowledge about the products they sale. But again they probably arent paid that great and have no incentive to do so. Would most definitely go back for other office items though!

Whenever I did school supply shopping here, it was always so quick and easy. They offered great prices on all of their items. They were always there to help answer any questions I had as well.

I had a ton of shredding to do and a dead shredder. I took it to Office Max instead, saved me time and worry. I was pleased with not only the service but the pleasant atmosphere!

Manager was extremely helpful and willing to discuss my needs about using printers.

They clearly are pricing their Electronics with a time machine that is exclusively set to 1995. Really, a $40 16GB USB drive? No wonder theyre going out of business. Print Shop people are very helpful, and earned both of these Stars exclusively

I love OfficeMax. I no longer have a printer so I go there with a thumb drive and they print out what I need, quickly, helpfully and inexpensive.

A little bit of everything. Generally relatively expensive compared to online and middle road quality equipment, these guys are good when you need something quick. They periodically have very good sales if you keep an eye out for them.

Nice, clean, friendly environment - typically easy to find what you need - nice sales staff, not pushy at all.

Another sort of big box store that has everything. OK, I like that, but the big box turns me off. Yeah its clean, and the people are nice.

Pretty straight forward. Service has been great. Only reason not a 5 star, the backpacks are spread out across the store, not just in one aisle. Same with notebooks being in multiple aisle. Just a bit disorganized imo.

Do not, and I mean *DO NOT* ship your ground prepaid FedEX packages though these clowns that is the Shoreline OfficeMax. I dropped off a prepaid box on a Monday morning expecting it to be in California by Wednesday.After two days of no tracking updates and a few calls to FedEX, I went back to the Shoreline OfficeMax on Wednesday morning and theres the box still sitting behind the counter. It hadnt moved in two days!The manager didnt seem too concerned other than a sorry about that. I ended up taking it to an actual FedEx facility in Bothell to get it scanned in, albeit two days late!One thing I did notice at this OfficeMax was that it was nearly deserted other than a single cashier and another employee wandering around on the phone. At the dropoff area in the front corner of the store there were several small packages sitting right on the countertop, 10ft from the exit. Any thief could have scooped up the lot and walked right out the door. There just wasnt any package security at all. Avoid the Shoreline OfficeMax FedEx dropoff service at all costs. I know I will.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The manager here is a great guy.

Disappointed!! I came in to buy some general office supplies for my new business, but needed to use the bathroom first. I asked the cashier who was standing at the checkout area (looked like her manager was standing right next to her) if I could use the restroom. She asked the manager looking person next to her and then said with a smile on her face no, we do not have public restrooms and you are welcome to use the bathroom over at the Home Depot. No empathy, or even an explanation. This store is probably 10000 square feet and no public restroom? Ridiculous!! I drove 10 miles to this store from Lynnwood just to discover that they do not care about me as a customer. Ill never give this company any of my money!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.- Mike Dougherty

Low quality Electronics and furniture. Good thing they have regular office supplies.

I stopped into this store just to get a small card laminated. The service center was closed, but Fernando went ahead and laminated my card (even though he didnt have to), and was an absolute pleasure. This store isnt really that close or convenient, but I would return just because of Fernando. Thank you!!
