In short: great service, fair prices, and awesome customer service. I have used Pinnacle Bike Service three times. In the spring, I was able to take advantage of a promotion and get a complete tune-up for a discount. My bike felt and looked brand new (they cleaned it all up for me) when I got it back. In the fall, I got a basic tune up and after a summer of commuting with it and triathlon training, they got it all set to go for me to go on a fall bike trip. Best of all, I was on a tight schedule and they accommodated me picking it up off hours. Ive also used them to quickly fix a flat when I was biking near by on the Oak Leaf Trail. It was great, I was on my way again within 5 minutes, and I might decide to never fix my own flats again. I am lucky to live close by and will definitely continue using them!

I visited another bike shop with a repair issue that they we’re not willing to make a effort to repair. A Presta valve stem fell inside my rim when removing the tire. I found this shop with a google search. I stopped in, the tech took my rim and had the piece out in less than 2 minutes. I asked how much for the work and he said no charge. This will be my store for all my bicycle repairs and upgrades. Thank you for your effort and professionalism. You have yourself a new customer.

Great little bike shop serving Shorewood! Not pretentious whatsoever. Great folks that just love working on bikes, new and old, so no need to be intimidated if you’re not a bike ninja.We dropped in to air up tires after we thought we’d have to abandon our ride down the Oak Leaf Trail, but Brandon got us rolling in no time. Call for hours as they’re willing to work around your schedule and get your bike in tip top shape again!

Took my bike here for a minor but incapacitating repair. The shop I purchased the bike from said it was to be over 2 weeks. Pinnacle fit me in the same day. They did great work for an honest price. This is my new bike shop!

Had a flat tire on my kids 12 inch bike ficed problem promptly!

Absolutely amazed at the service. I blew a rear tire on my recumbent - not the easiest thing to fix. There was one person in the shop, and she admitted she wasnt a mechanic, and wasnt at all great at recumbent repair. But, she took on the challenge while I waited. Without getting into all the details, she got the wheel off of the frame, changed the tube and got it back on the bike. I was amazed. Yeah, Ill be back to Pinnacle. You should be there, too.

I seriously cannot recommend this bike shop more, quality service and the turnaround time is insane. They are so transparent about all of the costs and it really could not of been a better experience.

I hesitate to give another 5 star review, but Pinnacle earned it. Beginning in October, they had a 25% discount on a tune-up, so I got the complete tune-up, a tire change, chain change and new brakes for my mountain bike. They did a beautiful job, trued the wheels, adjusted the derailleurs and brakes, all flawlessly and for the price they had quoted me. Ill be a repeat customer.
