Needed a battery put in and they got us in and out in about 20 minutes! We would have done it ourselves but there were parts in the way of the battery. They charged us $20. I would do business with them again! They also made sure our battery was on cardboard which I thought was a nice touch🙂

Needed the front end of my GMC repaired, they got it squared away the same day. So, I brought moms truck in in the morning and they had it taken care of the same day as well.Excellent price and a great bunch of guys working there.Thank you Pat, Matt and the rest of the crew. Arizona Suspension Specialists is awesome! Great service! Brakes were squealing and Pat, the owner, estimated $300. However, on teardown, just a stone that got kicked up into the brakes. No charge! The place just has the feel of honesty and competence. I highly recommend. Especially if you are a from out of town and need an honest place that wont take advantage of you.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They worked on my 2017 Nissan Frontier Pro4x. Using Bilstein 5100 adjustable struts and the original springs, they put my truck level. They used camber bolts to get a proper alignment done and the truck came out better than expected! Really amazed with these guys! I went to another shop on the mountain and they seemed lost when I tried to get this work done. Dont go anywhere else!

This place is a 10 out of 10 for me and everyone I know.. pat the owner is an awesome guy. Honest and straight to the point. He doesnt try to Nickel and Dime you he takes care of your problem. Ive taken 2 of my vehicles to him and a 3rd in coming to him soon for a leveling kit. I honestly will take my vehicles to him for as long as he stays there... I would recommend to go and see how they can help you!

Worst customer service ever..... There was a miscommunication on time to arrive to drop off our car, so WE wasted THEIR time...sorry but maybe send a confirmation text on time to drop off or call before when you have all the parts to confirm. Dont be a a jerk about it right off the bat and say we are disrespectful when we just didnt have any set appointment time. Severely disappointed...Take your business somewhere else folks because they clearly dont want it...

On my way home to Phoenix from the white mountains, my truck had a mechanical issue and I wouldn’t be able to make it home. Despite being a Friday, and late in the day they were able to look at my truck. The issue ended up being very minor and Pat and Jeremy fixed it at no charge. They could have easily raked me over the coals, but were very honest and super cool guys and were very knowledgeable and willing to take time out of there busy day to not only fix my issue, but pass on some other information about my truck. Very impressed with there honesty and knowledge.

I was involved in an accident in Show Low on a Friday afternoon @ 5:30. Everything closed, stranded, 2000 miles from home, no contacts. My car was pulled to a Chrysler dealer who was open on Saturday. He said he could not even look at my car before Tuesday. He thought the repair would be 2-3 thousand dollars and would take 2-3 weeks. I called Patrick Bell of Arizona Suspension @ 8:am on Monday morning, ask him if he would go look at my car and let me know if he could repair it and what the cost would be. An hour later he called and said he could do the repairs if he could find a rear axle assembly. Later in the day he called to say he had found the axle and it would be about $800 parts and labor if he did not need to replace the tire and rim. I gave him permission to start the work as the parts were to arrive on Wednesday. I called on Thursday morning to make sure everything was going OK and the part was delayed until Friday. (the seller did not have it ready as promised.) He told me the part was in Tucson, I ask if I could pick it up since it had not been shipped. I picked up the part delivered to Patrick on Thursday afternoon at 4:30 He had checked my tire, It was OK but the rim would not hold air so I needed a new rim. He had found one that matched mine mounted and balanced tire so it was just replace the rear axle assembly and I would be on my way. Friday morning @ 11:00 am Patrick called,said my van was ready.. I was really dreading the bill. Removing the old axle, installing axle assembly, wrecker bill, new rim, mounting and balancing the tire. It had to be expensive. I ask about the bill, he said it would be $479.00. ( I did pay $225.00 for the axle assembly but he did not add any markup.) I didnt know what to say. He had me over a barrel so to speak and could have charged me twice that and I would have paid it. I cannot say enough good about Patrick and his team. He is a man of integrity and compassion. They deserve the highest rating available and I gladly give it. Whether local or passing through you will be treated with honesty and respect. This is a business that is more than fair and you seldom find that anymore You cannot find anyone better to service your automotive needs

They have diagnosed my vehicle and fixed it properly for a fair price. Thats gold in my book. (Ive had lots of troubles at other places with those simple tasks.)

These guys are great, highly recommend if your vehicle is in need of repair. I got the part needed to fix my truck which most places wont do. Brought it with me to my appointment, in and out in the time he said it would be at a reasonable price.

We had them replace the shocks they put on junk, they broke in about 3 months. We also had them put on tires at the same time major junk didnt last 16 months these guys are a joke DO NOT buy from here you will get ripped off on price and be replacing it in less then 2 years. We own a business and if we treated our customers like this we would not be in business not sure how they are still open. Shop around dont go here!!!!!!!

I was out of town on a campout and my Explorer had a banging sound. I met Pat and could immediately tell he was genuine and sincere. I would rate this a hundred stars, if I could, based on the experience that I had. Pat and his team spent 4 hours working on the car. They replaced multiple parts which did not end up fixing the problem. Because of that, they put back on the original parts of the car. Although I hesitate saying this so that they dont have to do this very often, they did not charge me one dime for those 4 hours because they were not able to fix the problem. They could have easily charged for their time. I wish all businesses operated with that level of integrity and honesty. Thanks Pat and Arizona Suspension Specialist!
