The staff at Big 5 Sporting Goods was excellant. I purchased an inflatable kayak and requested they inflate it to see there were no leas as I was leaving the state. They were happy to oblige! Christian the manager did the inflation and deflation for me with no complaints. Great store with great staff!! Definitely will shop there again and recommend to friends!

Arrived at 9:03 am on a Saturday to find the doors still locked. After knocking on the door someone slowly comes up, assuming the way he was dressed he was the manager, and informs us 1 person hasnt arrived so he cant open. We waited another 20 minutes and doors are still locked. Who does that? Is this guy really that lazy? Is customer service really that foreign of a concept today? If one person doesnt show you still have to open for your posted business hours. We have hit a new low.

Was in the area stopped in at Big 5 sporting Goods..Purchased few items. The cashier was polite .the store was busy with customers..

Big 5 was the only store that had golf frisbee in stock. Their website didn’t show any so we called the store and they verified they had multiple sets. We found one at a great price and went back the next day for a second set. They don’t offer curbside, but hardly anyone there so I went in w mask. Employees had masks.

The young man in the shoe area was very knowledgeable and polite!! We left with what we needed.

Found just what we needed and it was on sale. A backpack with a 2.0 L bladder.

Had a good selection of gloves and boots but I wish I tried the boots on my fault should have gotten a half size bigger in that type of boot.but yes nice store.

They have some things that others might be out of. But their idea of a sport shop is lacking extras for guns. Wasnt very impressive.
