Says open 8-5 Saturday....no signs nothing saying they closed yet not open. This is a failed opertunity. Ignorance on their part is not failure on mine will take my business elsewhere since they cant properly post business hours.

They apparently dont know how to schedule appointments. They scheduled an appointment for my daughter on a day that they were closed and they never called or did anything to reschedule her appointment.

I have been going here for years.They have always worked with me, and if frames get stretched they work with me till we find something right.I see a lot of negative reviews, but they sound petty.They have always been good to me.

Made appointment for myself and husband two weeks ago for at 1:45 & 2:00 for exams. Just hgot a phone call (12:30) that they are rescheduling our appointments due to inclement weather. I live a few miles away and weather is okay. Anyway, could not schedule appointments for another two weeks! I explained I am off if work this week, hence, that is why need appointment this week, any time, any day. Nope. No can do. Unprofessional.

Husband went in. There was an issue with insurance. Asked to cancel order within maybe 30 min of doing it. Was told ok. Nope, they ran the payment. Even after husband calling AGAIN to confirm the order was canceled. Care to refund my 160.00 please since you wont use my vision insurance?

My Wife had an exam, and purchased lenses/frames here. Delivered frames were too wide. They heart-shaped them, but reverted to original in a few days. After a few times, they wouldnt do it anymore, and said she would have to buy new frames. When they came in, they had the audacity to ask for the old frames back! With no refund!!! Will not patronize again.

I had my daughters exam and glasses done here about six months ago. The manager was very friendly, the technician was patient and kind to her, and the Dr. was very thorough and informative. The manager ordered her glasses and explained all of our options and pricing in a way we could understand. She really went out of her way to get us the best deal. My daughters glasses have held up nicely over the last six months and shes only four! I am very pleased.

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$** Worst visit to ANY Healthcare facility Ive ever visited.. it started with setting an appointment for myself my wife and my son. And just because of how busy they are when I asked how long it would take for an appointment she said very rudely its over a month to schedule an appointment followed by a tense silence. I then asked well can I still schedule an appointment for then she not only didnt say yes but was surprised I was still on the phone. This is before the actual appointment.. A Month later we arrive for an appointment just to find out we will be filling out new patient information even they we were there just last year. So they obviously are not keeping up with my medical records which is a whole other pot of concern for my family. The receptionist up front both were rude unpleasant and made us feel as if we were imposing on them by bringing them business.. they then made us feel poor because we had been told by the receptionist up front we would be completely covered as far as Co pay. Becuase they didnt explain though The lady who was probably one of the most rude karen type of woman Ive ever met held her hand out after we explained we couldnt afford the glasses she cackled well you still owe me $30 for the co-pay. Also as those were also mis explained for how that correlated to our insurance(I believe they were either new or incompetent) so I had to get my son excited for new glasses only to tell him there was a mistake and the lenses were too expensive for us to afford at the moment. ***BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS POOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDED***

I am new to up here in the mountain and am very satisfied with my exam and my new glasses. They were on time and very professional. You do need to train some of your front staff to be like Rose and be more professional and do their jobs better.

Update-04/30/2021. Saw the same doctor and we had the same experience as last time. Everyone was professional but not stuffy. We will go back next year.Havent dealt with the front office yet, but both Dr Kargenian and Robert, the tech, have been very kind and patient, with my 88year old mother in law. She suffers from dementia and Parkinsons. Great job! Well definitely continue to see this doctor.

Update:. I received a call from the manager Jennifer and she was so sweet and apologized. She is going to take care of my issues and thats all I can ask for. I will keep you posted on the outcome but I feel very comfortable with her in charge. Nice.Will not be going back. I purchased glasses that I can not see through and when I went back I was told that this was my fault. Apparently I dont know how to use bi-focals. Every single person in this location was so rude 😠😡 to me I dont even want to deal with them. Do yourself a big favor and dont shop here go to Burnett and Delaney they are so nice and you get what you paid for.

Dr. Kargenian is wonderful! She and the tech are very thorough and professional. I will continue to go to Nationwide as long as she is there. As far as trying to get glasses - never going back for that! I called a couple of weeks after the order had been placed and was told the glasses would be in soon. Two weeks later I called again and was told the glasses had been picked up. I said they hadnt. A manager came on the phone and told me there was a problem with the frame - discoloration or something. She would have the lab ship the glasses overnight so at least I would have them to wear while waiting for a new frame. She would call me as soon as the glasses came in. Five days later, after not receiving a call, I called again. A manager told me the glasses were in. However, the frame I had selected was on back order and they had no idea when a good frame would be available. She suggested I come in and pick out a new frame and she would try to expedite the order. I asked about getting a refund instead. She said she would have to check with her district manager. When I did go in, two days later, the woman at the desk said my glasses had been sent back to the lab. I waited to see a manager. I saw Shawna. The glasses had not been sent back, but the frame was very damaged. She gave me a refund, and I went to Walmart! Communication among staff is horrible. They are very disorganized.

I was thrilled that they finally got a nationwide vision up here but I didnt get what I ordered and now I have to make another trip of 130 miles just to have them redo the glasses. When my glasses first came in they called and wanted me to jump and come pick them up right now. They had no consideration that I live so far out than well we will put in mail for you than they put the wrong address on and had to wait for the return so they could put the correct address.My grandson got his done at the same time and everything went smooth as glass on his.

They called me 2x the day before if my appointment saying it was at nine, then the day off they called at 8:30 and said I was late. When I arrived the front desk assistants and manger were very rude to me, didn’t apologized for the disorganization and lack of customer service.

Outstanding customer service! Each employee that we encountered was so nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door until the time we left. It was a refreshing change to be greeted with all the smiling faces! You dont find that very often in retail business anymore. My husband and I were very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional the office manager, Ginger, is. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. Even though it was near closing time on a Friday, she was not in a hurry to push us out the door. She was very patient in helping to choose the frames that best suited my husband and wanted to ensure that we were completely happy with our purchase, which we were! We will certainly be using them again in the future. Needless to say, we would highly recommend this office to everyone! :-)

This is the 4th time to get the lenses done right now. Frustrating process but the company did offer to do the lenses at no charge. Rose, the new manager at the Show Low store, has really gone the extra mile to work with me on getting these glasses correct. My vision is horribly bad and require bi-focals too so I know the RX is not an easy one. I am encouraged now that this will get resolved and appreciate the extra effort Rose is making to get a pair of lenses that work for my eyes.

I walked in and tried to make an appointment, but ended up walking out without one. The customer service is horrible. How long do I need to stand there to make a simple appointment? What a terrible experience! I would not recommend this place.

I called and they scheduled me that same day. I had never really worn sunglasses or glasses and the ladies helped me pick out the best frames for my face. I ended up getting a pair of prescription sunglasses and prescription glasses (Ray-Ban and Helium). When I got home and checked pricing online, I actually got both mine for less than the price of ONE pair online!

I was very pleased to have found this place yesterday. The staff was awesome and the Dr. Was super great. I was in dire need of finding someone for an eye exam for my grandaugher who cannot see. Her last paie of contacts ripped. Will be back when I need to go. A PLUS

Would not recommend. The optometrist did not identify a cataract in my husbands eye, did not listen to him & was rude. We made another appointment with a different Dr. & two months later my husband has an appointment for surgery to remove a cataract. Their billing Dept is not user friendly. I hope this helps someone to choose a better place to have their eyes checked; something which is so important & costly.

Nationwide never ordered my sons glasses. Until I decided to go and check to see if they are ready. They had no information on him so I had to reorder it. Went through the whole process again. I was very disappointed. Took about two months to finally get them. And now my other son is still waiting on his glasses going on three weeks. So did the something happen to him? Should have learned the first time.

I cant begin to thank Dr. Kargenian for her absolutely amazing knowledge and patient care. Long story short, I had a large abrasion on my right eye while visiting Pinetop over the weekend. Dr. K saw me Saturday afternoon and has since seen my care through, (even after my follow up with a Phoenix doctor, as I had to return to work on Monday) now 3 days later. She made sure I had her personal contact information in case if an emergency. I was a native of the White Mountains for 17 years, and cant say I have EVER received such wonderful patient care from a doctor up there! Thank you so much Dr. Kargenian, I will be returning to your office for any and all eye appointments going forward!

Got super good service at Walmart ...great eye exam...great lenses for my antique eyeglass frames.Show Low Nationwide Vision is locked and loaded to turn your eye exam into a medical exam any way they possibly can!TAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE YOURSELF BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOU MIGHT END UP PAYING 150 DOLLARS FOR THEM TO TAKE IT AND NOT CHECK YOUR EYES...IF YOU HAVE DRY EYES...BRING YOUR EYE DROPS AND USE THEM BEFORE GOING IN OR SOMEHOW THEY THINK THEY CAN CHARGE YOU AS A MEDICAL EXAM BECAUSE YOUR EYES ARE DRY!Nationwide Vision is only after making bucks on your insurance now. They offer 25 dollar exams if youre over 55. Then they go out of their way to get your medical insurance info ...actually demand it...even though it doesnt pay for eyeglasses. Take your blood pressure yourself for free before you go to this place or they will bill you and your insurance 150 dollars just to take your blood pressure!!Update...SIX MONTHS AFTER ...Getting billed in the mail for an additional 20 dollars now...this place is to be avoided and not used...go to Walmart to get your eyes checked.
