Tractor supply phone skills are worse then a toddler forgetting they are on the phone.2 days of calling 4 times today and twice yesterday, just to get someone answering the phones that cant remember who they are answering phones FOR then to say ok let me see if I can find someone or hold on let me place you on hold,..... Just to have someone answer 10 minutes late for the same repeat, then my local store that I did a local online order threw cant find my order in there system so I get told to call the 877 number to get a lady named michelle who cant answer my questions and or give me a reason that my order wasnt sent out with 5 days after everything else I ordered the same day is here.Not pleased in the least bit, training for this job need to be done better. This is my first time ordering from this store and I will never do so again not will I recommend any to the service of this store location, not even as far as online goes.

I called to see if they had any garden rakesJust left Lowes & Home Depot, they were both out & had been for awhileThey checked, they did & they held it for me till l got there. It took one month to get fencing. No explanation. Ordered on April 4th was SUPPOSED to get it on the 12th per the email. NOPE! Finally delivered April 27th. I asked why? What kind of compensation am I going to be offered for having to cancel my move twice and pay uhaul twice for cancelation! I needed that fencing for my dogs and livestock. Couldnt make the move without it. Apparently according to the store manager my inconvenience was worth about $20. Im done doing business with you guys.UPDATE! My son went in there for peat moss. Looked it up says its in there store everything. Go in THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PEAT MOSS EVEN IS! Someone needs to train better! Oh and website said its in the store...NO IT ISNT! AGAIN DONE!

This store is a joke, Im not even sure if anyone works here,Ive been in the store for 35 minutes trying to buy a propane tank there is one poor lady at the register and none else to be found, there are 14 customers ahead of me! Not sure who manages this store but they should be terminated immediately

I love Tractor Supply they almost always have what I need in stock and at better prices than their competitors. They need to work on training their cashiers however on calling for a back up, in the past few months im regularly waiting in LONG lines 8-10ppl to be checked out while the cashier is chatting it up with the customer for several minutes AFTER they’ve already been cashed out and done.

Sarah D. & her coworkers helped assemble a rather large purchase for us. I was beyond pleased with the customer service experience. Very pleased to have this store & the people working there on the Mountain.

Get my propane every month from whatever TS is near where I am, and Ive been ALL over the country...Never have I had to go in and pay while the employee holds my tanks hostage.Always been able to put my tanks away and finish shopping and pay all at once. But not at this one...you lost another 100 bucks and my business at this store.

I was told by my water hauler that this was a patch on a new $1000 tank. John the manager of the Show Low store was kind and diligent in explaining it was an information tag that had been scraped of in transit. Although we didnt see eye to eye at first, he made sure to research and call me back kindly to explain and for that I am grateful. When I went in originally to purchase, everyone was so helpful and kind, going beyond good customer service to excellent customer care and concern for me. I recommend this store.

Tractor supply is fine. I was there for shots with pet vet - i love the people they treat my guy amazingly...but the long wait was too much for my health. We need some kind of ability to schedule these clinics for better service and less issues with the animals n people. Thank you pet vet

I went into the shop today to get a 1500 gallon water tank and pump. I cant remember the mans name I think It started with a k. But jojo and Janet helped me at the register and they were so nice. And that man got me all squared away. Ill keep going back..

The staff at Tractor Supply is about as helpful as you can get. There is a good selection of farm supplies, usually well priced. The home decor section is always fun to browse.

Staff inside have always been great. The guy that loaded our stuff out the barn, well just call him W, was rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service would be an understatement.

I really like this place. Good prices on animal feed and dog food. Also hard to find items with good pricing. They have things other stores dont offer or have higher prices on

They were having a low cost pet vaccination. We got great service from the store and from the visiting vet. They have great prices and price match on everything but online.

I have gotten the best customer service and better help and assistance here at this location then I have at almost any other feed/pet supply or home/garden supply store. They always go out of their way to help, find stuff for me, answer questions to figure out the best solution and even do special orders!

What a great place! All kinds of deals. Huge supply of products for building stuff, fixing stuff, feeding stuff, growing stuff trimming stuff, etc. The selection is grand and the people here are friendly. You dont have to be a farmer to appreciate this place. If you havent gone there yet, check it out.

All the people working at this store are so helpful. They seem happy to assist you in loading feed or whatever. Ive even called ahead to have a cart loaded and never a problem. They are knowledgeable with product info., with a wide variety of pet supplies and hardware, and this is the store I choose!

Vary pleased with the merchandise. I got me a chain saw, a case for that chain saw and a warranty. The cashier who helped me gave such great customer service, Id be happy to return again and again.

I was staying in my home made RV and it was 13 degrees out so I needed a heater. I first went to Wallymart and they were sold out of the little buddies that run on propane. I saw tractor supply and decided to see if they had any. They had them in a few different models but the one I was looking for they charged 10$ more for. That’s really the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. It was green instead of the normal color so I guess maybe that’s why the price difference? The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Love TSC... Buy my dogs dry food here, 4health...rated good and is a fair price. Plus buy treats for my cat and dogs too and treats for me, their huge tootsie rolls. Love their inexpensive pants for my hubby.

They are pet friendly! Always bring my husky/samoyed with me when picking up her food and treats, great customer service and they give her treats ever visit!

While walking out, found out that used/returned product that was faulty (missing parts) and unoperatable, was sold to us. 2 employees were talking about it being used, not just a display model. While the supervisor claimed it was new. Wouldnt have been upset if we werent lied to. Never shopping here again. Unacceptable.

I had to run get reimbursed for a brand new tire Adblock that blew up on me and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes quite happy with the tractor supply store that I went to

They have Hills dog food and good selection of pet food. The price is right for products. Certain hardware and chemicals for weed control is worth a look for speciality items too. Hope this helps in your decision🤔

Understaffed with to few who cannot provide good service. Last bales of feed went into the compost pile as they were such poor quality The Corporate Bean counters have taken over and service is not the name of the game. There are far better choices in the area.

Diane helped me out this day and she acted like I was bothering her when I inquired about a trailer I wanted to purchase. I was talking with her and up comes another customer and she started checking his things and ringing his order up. And was basically being very rude to me all the while. I left and went back home to purchase from somewhere else. I dont like being rude to.

I go to Tractor Supply primarily for animal feed. Its difficult to find a cart to haul 6 bags of feed. I saw Brandon, an employee pulling an empty flat cart - just what I was looking for. I asked where I could find a cart like that and he said at the front of the store. I told him I had just been up there and there were none. I asked if I could have that one. He said no, that he had to go pick up some empty boxes. I went back to the front (now the third time) and got a medium size cart from someone returning it. I didnt get as many bags of feed as I had intended to.This is not the first time I could not find a cart. Also, there are so many pallets of feed in the isles, that getting through with a cart is difficult.In conclusion, no employee EVER asks if I need help getting all the bags loaded into my truck.Not impressed with Tractor Supply customer service.

They have a good array of things not found in other stores, such as trailer axle and wheels. I would recommend stopping by and taking a look.
