Went and rented a skid street and trailer, told them I would take it for the day but if I get done with it in less that those would bring it back. OK cool the associate said! I walk in 3 and 1/2 hrs later to find that they no longer do the 4 hr minimum. So I rented a piece of equipment for 3.5 hrs and paid $517!! When I expressed my concern I was treated complete nonchalants. No care no concern. I spent thousands of dollars a year at this location, but I can tell you this, they will never see another penny from me!!!

Billy at the Show Lo store was great to work with and went the extra mile to help finding me a truck and since I was not from the area he helped me with some other questions I had about the surrounding area and finding other things I needed. Billy was a true pleasure to work.

David has been awsome in helping us get our rental needs met!

I rarely leave reviews, when I do, its either very bad or very good, glad to say this is very good. As a retired contractor, Ive rented tools many times over the years, and I have to say, Ive never had a better experience than with these guys. They are friendly, fast, honest and knowledgeable. And they gave me a great price, way better equipment and pricing than that big box store. And, get this, ITS MAINTAINED! I live 2 blocks from Home Depot, I live 7 miles from United Rentals. Ill do my renting at United from now on.

Reserved trencher online, was given a better price for weekend rental at desk, took less than 15 minutes to sign for and load trencher. It started w/ first pull, ran strong and did a perfect job. Unlike Home Depot’s junky rentals.Had it back by 7AM Monday, was greeted with a smile. Will rent again!

GREAT SERVICE

The equipment is nice and well maintained but prices are exorbitantly high I will not be renting from them again they are very unwilling to work with anybody on pricing they are basically the only game in town for large equipment and know they have a monopoly it is cheeper to hire a local operator with the same equipment than rent there over priced stuff a professional is efficient and will save time and money anyways please shop around first before renting anything from United in showlow

Called and talked to Billy in parts Dept was trying to order some part for a Genie lift that I purchased used from themGave them all the info and they said they would get right back with me I even called back and talked to Person Bill he said he would give him the message a week has gone by but still no Billy so went on line and found my parts and already got them delivered to me this week

The website really sucks cant even look anything up with out being asked for my email 20 times
