Stellar workmanship. Crew was amazing! Knocked off 1 star for timeline and communication. Timeline was slower than expected but still relatively in range. They fixed a completely botched DIY job on the front window. There are no words to describe how bad of shape it was in. Thanks Window World and team for cleaning that up and solving the lock issue on the sliding glass door!

I have got to say that from start to finish this company was excellent! The sales rep was amazing and the installation was flawless! I had a minor issue with one of the windows and they came right out to repair it. They even called to see how everything looked and if I was happy.I would highly recommend using window world!

I absolutely love my Window World windows. They looks so beautiful and have added much curb appeal with the top grids I ordered. They make my house look amazing. I would recommend getting the grids on the top because wow I’m blown away at the difference in how my house looks from before when I had no grids. The installation team was beyond what I expected. There were two guys and a really nice woman who were here and I can only say that they worked so efficiently together as a team. They were so clean. She was the best assistant and even vacuumed the floors when they were finished in each room. I was afraid that my beautiful 140 year old woodwork would be damaged somehow during installation because when I had Lowe’s install 4 windows here they were not the best installers and my woodwork was damaged. I had to repair it and repaint it. These guys were so good at what they do that there was zero damage and I don’t even have to repaint a thing. I’m shocked. The windows also have some sun and glare tint and protection and I love how they look with this tint. I love my windows and I have over 30 windows in my home. I had them install 13 to see how I would like them. Well I love them and I’mGetting 13 more as soon as I can. I would never go anywhere else ever again but Window World especially if you have beautiful old woodwork and don’t want it damaged. And if you want insulation and sound proofing these windows are doing an amazing job at both those tasks as well. Couldn’t be any happier at all!!’ Thank you to that installation team!!!

I decided to replaced all my windows back in 2017. I spoke with 6 different companies and chose Window World for their product and price. Installation was on schedule and they got the job done fast. Even though I already had replacement windows, I saw a noticeable improvement in heating costs. I’ve been very happy with my choice.Recently the inside pane of my picture window broke. We’re not sure what caused it. Maybe the pets or the kids? I was relieved to find out it was covered under warranty! Just another reason to continue recommending Window World to friends and family. They’ll be my first choice if I need to have windows replaced again.

Window World was great. The house we purchased had half the windows already replaced. We had that same company come to quote so the windows would all match and their price felt really high. It was double what window World ended up quoting. They were due to install the day of a hurricane and called to reschedule. I was figuring it would be months but they booked it for just two days later. Really happy with the quality. I like them more than the other windows the previous owner installed for double the money.

We used Window world because they had a very good price and a good product. We needed 6 bedroom windows replaced. They did do it in the amount of time they said they would. Only thing about the windows I wish they had a full screen and not a half screen.My negative is the installer. He should not be going shirtless. Seemed unprofessional to us. Especially when in the house the AC was running.

The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. They were able to install them sooner than I expected and the installers were great! They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves.I called because I thought I was having problems with the lock on one of my doors and several people got back to me. They were very responsive and in the end they weren’t needed. I am very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Window World!

The installers got her on time and went right to work. Installed 10 windows in about 2 and a half hours including all the clean up behind. They left the place cleaner then when they got here including the driveway around the area where they parked.I would absolutely recommend Window World to anybody looking to replace there windows!!

We had a warranty issue with some windows purchased several years ago. Window World of Boston, Shrewsbury office, sent their service manager Mark Cataldo to analyze and resolve the problem. Mark was very friendly, courteous and professional. He was flexible in his scheduling. He corresponded with me throughout the process, and was prompt to arrive. He checked all the windows to make sure they were all operating correctly and removed all the trash. He was an outstanding representative for their company.

I had two appointments for someone to come and take a look at window measurements and each time no one showed up upon calling the company I would always get all kinds of excuses and I had also found that when they told me they call me back they wouldn’t call me back it was just several issues with these people I did finally end up going with them in the end because I had waited so long in the timeframe was better than others not sure how I’m gonna feel if I ever have a problem with the windows and I need to get some service from window World. So have a problem with a few of the windows and screens I called it has been over three weeks and no one has been untouched with me. Do not use this company!!!

I recently purchased 17 replacement windows for the entire house. I had the best possible experience. Matt, the sales person was very polite and always on time. Replaced 10 windows in home - very pleased with the windows. Very windy days lately and windows were durable and very effective with a tight seal.The installer - Luis was the best. He and his co-worker worked all day. Installed all the windows/ replaced the siding and picked up all debris at the end of the day.

The Design Consultant was very friendly and efficient when he came out to measure our windows and provide the quote. Our windows came in earlier than estimated and there was no pressure to schedule our installation. The installers arrived on time (even on a rainy day) and were polite, quiet and worked quickly to complete the job. They wanted me check out every window to be sure I was happy with the replacements (all seams caulked, all repair work of sills/aprons performed to my satisfaction, etc.) and we were provided with instructions on how everything worked. They cleaned everything as they worked and 9 replacement windows were installed (including 4 sills/aprons that needed to be replaced due to rotted wood) in three and a half hours. Very happy with Window World.

The windows arrived two weeks ahead of schedule and were installed two days later, thanks to a cancellation. The crew who installed them were fast, professional and friendly. The flashing work outside is excellent and the caulking is smooth and hardly visible. Overall, an excellent choice to use Window World.

Very happy with the installation of our new windows. They were very professional. The window installation took a lot quicker than I expected it to for only 2 guys and 14 windows I was very impressed and happy! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for windows!

Showed up on time and worked quickly. Windows look very nice. A few minor issues with scraping of wall under most of the windows but nothing concerning. Most of the marks were not much more than scuffs.One wall had quite a few scratches and paint removed, which would not have been a problem except that I did not have any extra paint and wasn’t sure of exact shade. Overall I am very pleased and hopefully I’ll see a big improvement with heat bill next winter.

After having four different companies provide information and a quote, we decided to go with Window World. Design Consultant Lou Glein was informative and made us feel totally comfortable with our decision. Windows were ready in ten weeks and Ronaldo and his crew, scheduled for two days, put in twenty new windows in less than seven hours. Unbelievably efficient, professional and friendly. Looks like we moved into a new home. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of our new windows.

From the Salesman to the installers, everyone was very professional and came when they said they would. The windows look good and were the best value I could find. I purchased 14 windows from Window World in 2007. I had two sashes and two screens damaged from a wind storm this past winter. I called Window World of Boston, gave them the registration numbers off of the windows. They ordered two new sashes and two screens under the Lifetime Replacement Warranty.I received all the replacements about 30 days later and they all fit perfectly. No charge and no hassle. 5 Stars!!!

Still have cracks in frame which were there from the initial installation. Repairman came but didnt have the right materials and had to order them. That was four weeks ago. It means yet another day off when or if they finally get the materials.Installation crew was very nice and respectful.
