I just picked up two pieces I had framed. The work was excellent. At the time of drop-off, I appreciated the suggestions for framing materials. During the course of the work, it was delayed due to an issue with the frame when received. The staff CALLED ME instead of my having to make a call to inquire about status. This is a group who is dedicated to the customer and the art of framing. You will not be disappointed if you utilize their service.

Im a four-time client of Gastonart & Frame and will continue to give them my business. I regularly buy canvas paintings abroad and need them stretched for hanging, and the work they do is impeccable; the customer service is just as top notch. Im thrilled to shop local with this kind of service, and I love that an expert is handling my paintings with care. I cant say enough kind words about them (and I should also mention that I find their pricing to be incredibly fair for the sizes Im asking them to work with.)

I put in an order with less than 2 hours to go before they closed for Christmas break and they managed to get it done with 30 minutes to spare. The print and framing itself looks great, accurate skin tones and color, and the frame looks nice and feels sturdy. Fantastic customer service too, I expected I wouldn’t be able to get my print until sometime after Christmas but they called mere minutes after I submitted my order online (which was a very easy experience) to let me know they might be able to get it done for me before they closed. I’m a first time customer but after this experience I would be more than happy to give them my business again.

Ive had two degrees framed here. Selection was good, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They seemed surprised that I went with a cheaper frame and mat set for the second degree, but the options were all pretty expensive, and this school have a cheaper/smaller degree, so I figured why bother.

In addition to framing, Gastonart & Frame also hosts art classes for children and adults. They have one room dedicated to studio space with two experienced teachers. Classes run all year long in 6 or 8 week programs in drawing, painting and so much more. Plus there is a once a month themed paint party on the first Saturday of the month for children and parents. Eight year old Elena said, I never knew art could be so much fun!
