We had Shrewsbury Granite install 3 slabs worth of Fantasy Brown in our remodeled kitchen and bar. We chose the slabs months before we were ready to install, and they held them for us for quite a period of time without complaint. The owner was informative and patient, and went out of his way to work with our installation timeframe. The installers were extremely precise and went above and beyond to ensure perfection. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Majid and his crew were professional and accommodating from consultation through installation. We were extremely pleased with Majids recommendations on cuts and edge finish and would certainly have them back for our next project.

Came in for a estimate for some Countertops and a fireplace and the owner was very rude and seemed bothered by my questions....I asked if he wanted me to schedule an appointment and was ignored. I left and went to Granite Guy in Southboro, all my questions were answered and the quote was much cheaper than this so called granite company....zero stars for recommendations

At first everything was good until installation day. We put in a order for two countertops. One large one for outdoor kitchen and grill area and 3 small for indoor laundry room. Once installation day came around the team was great and helpful with any questions we had. The outdoor counter was installed first then came the indoor counter.The indoor counter was simply the wrong granite color. We immediately realized as they were unloading from the truck and even had the receipt to back it up. We called Manjit(the owner) who immediately started blaming us for our “irregular” laundry room layout. He kept repeating in his 20 years in the business he has never seen a layout like ours. After hearing him yell and complain on the phone for a few minutes I think he realized if he didn’t install the correct counter we weren’t going to pay him. He finally said he would replace the counter with the correct one we initially ordered. Even though he kept telling us we were wrong and how nice he was to give us the correct counter even though he was losing $800. He was extremely rude to my mother throughout the phone call even though it was his fault and we had all the receipts to prove it.I want to say his installation team is top notch the guys are precise, respectful and thoughtful in their process. The only reason for my 2 stars is simply because of how Manjit runs his business and how he talks to his customers with significantly less respect than his own installation team. At one point even threatening to call the city on us for some reason. A very deranged owner who consistently thinks he is right and has to have the last laugh.

Highly recommended this place! I had a new countertop installed over the summer and it looks amazing. I went back twice because I was so indecisive on what stone I wanted and they had great customer service and answered all of my questions. Once I chose the perfect piece they came out quickly to measure my kitchen, then installed the stone a couple days later. The installation went quick and my kitchen looks beautiful now. The owner even recommended a nice product to seal the stone that works well. Id send any of my friends to do business there

Great business to work with, their prices are reasonable and have a great selection at the yard with the advantage of taking you to their distributors lot to select from a sea of slabs.Their craftsmanship is great. They stand behind their product and will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. In our case in one section we ended up with a bit too wide of a gap between the wall and the L-shape countertop, Majid and his crew came to the site and we collectively came up with a solution that worked out nicely and now looks even better than the first attempt. I will definitely go back to them, they know the material and they know the craft that goes into creating the product, unlike the talking heads in most showrooms.

Owner was really rude and does not care about what customers has to say. I have not seen customers being treated like this ever. Horrific experience 😢

Went to Shrewsbury granite to look at a slab and owner, majit Behavior was a irrational and seemed downright crazy... Ended up going to granite guy and had fantastic experience.

We used Shrewsbury Marble & Granite in 2011 for our master bath, in 2013 for a kitchen and in 2014 for a guest bathroom. They are professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Examples: I asked them to come back to round out a corner and they did so without complaint. I asked them to create a counter for our pass-through window, described what we needed, and they were able to create it. I recommend them!

Outstanding Experience,Kind professional sales people, never felt pressured in any way. Template and install was done exactly when specified. We live in Ct and I know that was a bit of a haul for them, never heard a word of protest. Granite is of highest quality and the best price we could find anywhere. HIGHLY Recommend

We were very happy with our experience at Shrewsbury Marble and Granite. We stopped in after seeing an ad in our town paper. I liked viewing all the granite slabs in the yard and I thought Majid did a nice job of presenting what prep is needed and what the process is for the installation of the counters. Once installation day came, the demo crew and install crew were well coordinated and the entire job was done in several hrs. We are so pleased with the results- the quality and beauty of the granite counters really enhances our kitchen. I would gladly recommend Shrewsbury Marble and Granite.

Majid will have my business for a lifetime. He not only sold us the counter of my dreams (a leather finish because I didnt want a shiny countertop) but over a year later he ran into my boyfriend and not only remembered him but he remembered his name. You just dont see that very often anymore...

Terrible experience with a recent order of kitchen tops from this store. Oil stained the granite soon after the installation, but the Indian owner was rude and refused to take any responsibilty.

Coming back to fix issues. Will follow up on how it goes.
