Very nice home town store & here we go again see many of there employees but no greeting,still all seemed to pleasant

I ordered the curbside grocery pickup and I was pleased with the service. About an hour before my pickup appointment I got a text message and email telling me that my order was ready. I arrived at the market and called the store. They told me to park on the front curb while they brought out my groceries. Less than 2 minutes later an employee brought everything out to me and handed it up to me in my truck. My order was correct and the food was fresh. No complaints at all with the grocery pickup.

There is only Reynolds and IGA to choose from in Sidney. Reynolds has more choices and has a great deli area. Fridays is Fried Chicken 8pcs for $7...what a deal!

I just spoke with a person in floral department. I want to order arrangement for memorial service. Stated I wanted arrangement that they have posted on their web site. She stated what they usually do. I asked again for the one on Reynolds site. She stated she cant see those pictures. I suggested she log into web site so she know exactly what I was describing. Again said she couldnt do it. Then she asked me if I knew another person who called in. I did and she asked me to call him and ask him to call back. He had already called back and keeps getting voicemail. I feel like Im putting her out to help me place an order. Hope the manager will return my call since I left another voicemail asking her/him to return my call.

Its always so clean & the employees are very friendly n helpful. I love the fresh squeezed, do it yourself, Orange Juice Machine.

Giving 5 stars because I cant give 6. The gals in the Reynolds Bakery went ABOVE and beyond for my fiances birthday. Getting a cake is a pretty common thing for me to do, so I didnt think it would be of much significance. When I say this cake stole the show, I mean just that. It truly made her day that much more special. Thanks again to the gals in the Bakery!

Clean but REALLY expensive. The employees were friendly and helpful.

How come prices in front of products frequently differs than the price at the register? You go out of the store and check your receipt and find you been had for a couple bucks. Oh, you go back in the store, stand in line again and finally get your money back. Its a pain in the neck. Somebody isnt doing their job.

Stopped in quick for something for lunch and found Reynolds to be a very clean and friendly market. Restroom was spotless, and my food was excellent. Will be back next time I am in Sidney.

Very big and spacious! They set out the sales very well and the cashiers are always willing to split our cards for me and my friends when paying our groceries even when I know it can be a hassle...

Great supermarket for Eastern Montana but be aware nobody wears masks at the store. A COVID-19 breeding ground.

In town for work and this grocery store is truly impressive for such a small town. It’s very similar to what you find in the suburbs of large cities. Large selection, great produce section, deli serves good food, including sushi! The only downside is the prices are high, but that correlates with the local economy with everything being expensive.

Has wide variety of products to fit your needs as a customer. Deli is excellent. Produce has a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and very well put together. Meat department has great quality meat. Overall, my experience here was great. Definitely going to visit again.

Not a bad store, however they are definitely high priced! They keep it clean and as stocked as possible but Sidney, MT is still stuck in the boom price gouging stage! And its not just there, its the whole town.

Clean, great variety, great service, and reminded me of Fred Meyers grocery section in Washington. Was very satisfied at the overall bill for how much I bought! Didnt expect such a big store in a small town!

I live 1,500 miles from Sidney and I called the floral department to order flowers for an upcoming memorial service. She asked when and where and I advised her that I needed delivery by Sunday. She asked who to contact at the church to which I replied I don’t know, just the church. She replied that they are closed on Sunday and she needed to have a name to deliver to. I asked if there was another florist who could help me and she replied “ IGA and I don’t take kindly to being threatened!” I did not threaten her, I simply wished to order a nice bouquet for a memorial service. I then disconnected from the call

Nice grocery store. Everyone is very friendly and informative. I even asked employees some random questions about town. And they have answered everything I asked, really good customers service. Its like mini market but still have everything you need.

I loved shopping at Reynolds. They had great deals on produce, yogurt, bacon and bread. Our favorite was farm bread, it tasted great and was often on sale, 2 loaves for $3. Friendly staff and great products.

Reynolds is a home town store that is always very clean, employees are always so kind, helpful, and always goes out of their way to help if they can. Prices are happy moderate for what it’s worth being a very small community, the employees know everyone and greets them with a smile, they always go out of their way to stay late during the holidays if you call at the last minute and have forgotten something, as well as if you need something for kids, they are always so sacrificing for their community. I really like shopping at Reynolds when I had lived there for 2 years. Thanks for such a positive experience.

The place is pretty clean but the groceries are over priced so I only go when I dont feel like driving to Walmart in Williston.

Love this store its a hometown staple. The employees make it worth shopping here especially Sam Simard. The prices are a little steep though.

The store and staff are exceptional I’ve been shopping there for years! However recently the produce department has been running out of the ad items every weekend and it’s very upsetting. Also The new manager does not seem friendly AT ALL
